It shows teens dumping garbage into the inlet just behind me, while Michael Kirby and Charles Ruth now face felonies following those actions as. Nearly a week after this video went viral, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission announced that two juveniles have turned themselves in. We now know them to be 16 Year-Old Michael Kirby and 15 Year-Old Charles Ruth. Each facing third degree felonies. This video, captured by drone on Sunday, shows the young boaters along with others in the Boca Inlet, illegally dumping two cans of garbage into the ocean. A trail of trash can be seen floating in the water. Ruth is said to have been operating the vessel, while Kirby seen here posing for the passing drone. This as the boat headed back to the popular event Boca Bash, FWC investigators launched their investigation a day after the video was posted in a statement, WFC investigator said they quickly identified Kirby and Ruth by the vessel.
