from the little information that was provided it sounded like he um had one or perhaps two types of underlying heart problems one is an enlarged heart which might be a dilated heart that's not functioning well or it might be a thickened heart you know which is called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy which is actually a cause of sudden death in young athletes he also was said to have what's what was referred to as a myocardial bridge and that refers to when one of the main arteries of the heart some segment of it tunnels into the heart muscle and so with high activity it can be squeezed and blood flow to part of the heart muscle can be diminished setting up the possibility of a severe Rhythm problem so you know that's it might have been that one or both of those predisposed as person to a severe heart rhythm problem that may been the Fatal event that one's that one's a little so hard to know at low doses um capsacin which is I think the compound in Chile is has some actually it's been reported have some favorable properties in reducing inflammation and some heart risk factors but you know at very sudden very high doses which perhaps you know we're injested here um it's been said to cause heart blood flow problems so it it may have been you know in sudden very high doses with an underlying heart problem that may not have been known that the two of those may have combined to caused a severe Rhythm problem you know it's it's pretty easy not to know because many many of these both of those types of heart problems can exist without causing any symptoms until either later in life or uh when you faint from a rhythm problem so um it's that's that's not unusual you there are people walking around who have these things who don't know about
