name if you have a need in your body we're going to go before the lord in prayer and we're going to open up this service the right way if you have a need just raise your hand all the saints let's look around at those that have their hand up and let's call on the name of jesus let's pray together god in the name of jesus lord we love you we worship you god we ask you to do what only you're able to do god your word says by your stripes we are healed we plead the blood of jesus god work in a mighty way god let the miraculous be at work in this church in the name of jesus god we plead the blood will be here at six o'clock to do that uh the community prayer will still be happening during that time so if you're not a part of the play that's a good time for you to be praying for the people that are in the play and for the people that are going to be attending uh sunday morning is normal sunday morning service and then sunday night is our this is that drama at seven o'clock so be there and why don't you uh right where you are you're sitting close enough to people if you feel comfortable turn around and shake their hands right there you are don't go across anywhere if you don't want to don't don't be offended just wave at them they reach their hand out just wave at them that's fine thank you jesus oh hear that that's called fellowship right there hear that hallelujah well god is so faithful and you may be seated god is so good to all of us i'm so happy to be here and my goodness we had such a great time this weekend didn't we what a wonderful god thing and uh i have been feeling in my spirit leading up to this weekend that uh that we we want to hit this thing again and so this is what i i believe has happened and people that are here is people that were here last week they are talking about this so everyone that you invited that came or if you invite them and they said oh i had something this weekend call them back say we got another opportunity for you but all those that came call them again and say you know what we're doing it again do you have anyone that needs a miracle do you have anyone that you think needs something like that i'm telling you and if we were all weak the rest of this week just keep putting things out about what god has done and what he's going to do and just the excitement of it i believe god's going to do amazing things uh this sunday night i'm excited about it and uh this sunday morning obviously i believe god's gonna be doing some wonderful miracles and uh i just know god's doing great things and uh we are in a the normal flow of standards and i am uh deviating is that the right word going away from it but i'm coming back detouring coming back it's a detour i'm not leaving it just detouring it for tonight because i feel like we need to make sure we capitalize on what god is doing last weekend and what he's going to do this weekend and so i'm i'm just going to be talking about uh us being prepared uh for the harvest and helping bring in the harvest and just seeing what god is going to do i love monitor but i think there's a little bit too much monitor brother thomas that may or may not be you whoever it may be i just don't want nothing ringing thank you jesus and um and so i'm just i'm excited about what god is doing when we have any time we have an altar call i've got at least three things i'm going to be talking about tonight as a matter of fact we're also going to do a bible study before we leave this place tonight so you know you can teach a bible study i need some guys up here oh this is nice paper this is on like thick paper come on now um so please just go ahead and pass that out to everyone everyone should be able to have one we're not going to get into this until the end there should be enough for everybody should be enough for everybody so please let it come to you um but while they are passing that out uh i just want to make sure that we we always keep in mind the importance of the altar call this is not a time to check out and say well i don't need anything sometimes someone needs your help to get up on the altar and uh and so whenever it's alter time we don't just check out we we focus in we pray we we least move up we may not move all the way to the front because it's i can't wait to get in a new building where we have room up at the altar hallelujah um but nevertheless right now i know we can't all get in the altar and still have guests up here correct and so but you can move a couple of rows up just to let the devil know yourself know god know i'm connected with what's going on here and i think that's important to do and so altar calls are very important uh in this church every altar call but with this is that it's important that we are inviting our friends to the altar giving them an opportunity to come and pray uh and so we're going to be talking about beyond azusa whenever we get started here uh in a few moments but i want to just talk about uh this is a series i did and i'm just pulling part of the series i did a couple of years ago where i talked about reaching the lost and teaching the lost and so right now i'm going to talk about teaching the lost okay and then we're going to get to beyond azusa but keep that up there so on the back of your paper if you have a pen and you just want to write things if you like doing that just turn the whole thing over to a blank page and and right at the top teaching the lost write that at the top teaching or teach excuse me teach the lost and then if you want to go down and write it vertically down your page because we're going to talk about it so this is the acronym and t we're going to talk about this which is talk about the bible next one down e eat with them a ask god to give revelation c connect them to others and then h home bible study i'm going to say that one more time so if you're writing it down talk about the bible next eat with them next ask god to give revelation next connect them to others and then the next one is home bible study so if we are going to teach the bible says that we ought to be teachers can i hear an amen from the church and one of the things you need to realize is i'm going to be talking about a formal bible study by the time we're done here tonight but you don't have to open up a bible study chart to have a bible study and to teach someone the bible but one thing that we need to get back in the habit of and that is simply talking about the bible we just need to talk about you know jesus just talked about the scriptures i have no doubt he got in depth in some of the studies with his disciples but you just see he was constantly talking about the bible and i believe that's important for some people some of the most effective bible studies just come out of a simple conversation of just talking about the bible and doors begin to open up and we need to learn to talk about the bible like we talk about sports like we talk about nascar just like we talk about hunting just like we talk about shopping just like we talk about our kids something happens and you say you know my kids do stuff just like that this happens and and you and someone you don't even know you see them at the grocery store and they're buying something and you look over at me say you know at this store they've got them cheaper all of a sudden you just you just want to talk about things that are important to you just like that you need to talk about the bible when someone is talking about can you believe this pandemic that we've we have had you you need to say you know the bible talks about that you know the bible talks about there's going to be pestilence what the what's happening right now is in the bible we just need to make bible part of our conversation i believe that um that when we when we uh look at our our generations before my grandparents even my parents it it seemed to me like they just talked about the bible more brother and sister burroughs uh we they just talked about the bible and when you talk about the bible more bible gets talked about more things begin to happen little things in your home mamas uh you know if i would say you know tomorrow i'm going to go play basketball my mom would say if the lord wills you'll go play basketball what was she doing speaking the word my wife does it all the time when my family is going around and we're saying this or that she's going to quote a scripture she's just going to throw it out there that is a great way to teach your kids that's a great way to start a conversation just start talking about the bible uh the end time i'm going to probably start a series not this sunday i'll be finished up the series about the miraculous this sunday and then i'm going to step into another series on the end time the following sunday um and we're just going to talk about stuff but but to go to things like endtime.com and this here you know they they do a good job of talking about what's happening today and relating it to the news and the word of god if you read some of that and listen when someone says something you're able just to say this is what the bible says about that and so i'm just here to tell you when we talk about teaching the word it's not just a formal bible study but it's simply talking about the bible i don't care what's going on in your life the bible has the answers i don't care what it is the bible has the answers i don't care i know there's some people that think well we're dealing with different things no the bible says there's nothing new under the sun every situation you're dealing with the bible has the answer [Applause] i was sitting i was sitting at a restaurant this was a couple years ago and while i'm sitting there i was by myself and uh i i it was a chick-fil-a i just ran in and uh the the line was long and the drive through so i said it's quicker just to go in and eat and i'm sitting there and uh there were two men young guys uh probably in their 20s that were sitting kind of behind me and i'm listening to them because i'm nosy like that and uh and i'm sitting there by myself and i can hear them and they're talking about someone that died and i mean it was in the way they were talking about it obviously it was someone that you know the way they're talking like they love these people and they're so sad that they died it was really you know kind of gut-wrenching listening to it and as the conversation went on what i realized is they were talking about a tv series and one of the characters had died and they were so sad about it you know if the world can sit in a restaurant and talk about a tv series with some passion what would happen you don't have to open up about i hope you do but you don't have to open up a bible but what would happen in cracker barrel if you talked about what jesus was doing every now and then and you talked about the word of god every now and then i wonder who might be listening at the other table that just might change their life oh help me lord i'm not getting through this i can tell help me lord but it's important that we we keep going i'm just going to jump down those that have my thing go down to e we need to eat with them if you are going to be effective in reaching people and teaching people the gospel you've got to sit and eat with them you've got to spend time with them you go through the bible acts chapter 2 begin with verse 42 and they continue steadfastly in the apostles doctrine that's important but in what atmosphere and fellowship and breaking bread and in prayers jump down to verse 46 and they continuing daily with one accord in the temple and breaking bread from house to house they did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart they just kept on talking about the things of god while they were eating you need to learn if you're going to effectively teach your friend your loved one your family member learn to sit down over a meal and just eat together and when the right opportunity comes just say something about the word of god now this is how this works when you say something about the word of god if they retreat then stop don't be like oh you're retreating for me bless god no sir in the beginning he was the word and the word was with god and the word was god no no no no you you got someone told me today pat in my head today and said i had common sense we need more people with common sense some things you don't have to be spiritual about you just have to open up your eyes but the clients is famous for saying the first step of revelation is observation it's a wonderful statement and it's true open your eyes and look so if i begin to if i bring up a scripture or i bring up church and they lean in i'm saying something else but when i say i can feel them withdrawal i'm just going to stop and keep having a good conversation but you need to sit and talk with them i can talk about people in this church that that there are people that they never did a formal bible study with but they got in the church because they went to their house and they set and they ate and they laughed and they talked and had a good time this i'm talking about how to teach the lost first of all talk about the bible make it part of your conversation secondly learn to eat with people not with the same people that you only always eat with eat with some different people people that are new to the church let me tell you there are people in this church oh i'm jumping ahead to myself in my notes but there are people in this church that simply are able to communicate certain things about the bible that i would never be able to communicate to that person because of the life that they lived oh come on i want to do both of these things before we're done tonight a this is so important ask god to give revelation if you're going to be a teacher you've got to learn to pray for the people you are teaching that god would give them revelation if you want people to know the word of god it's more than just a book it is spiritual remember what the bible says first corinthians 3 16 paul said i have planted apollos watered but god gave the increase that's first corinthians 3 6. i know i'm jumping all over these notes i'm sorry brother that's first corinthians 3 and 6. i was i planted a polish water but it's god that is giving the increase god is the one that helps people understand i don't care how good of a teacher you are god hides things in plain sight everything is right here ready to be understood but god wants to make sure you're hungry if people aren't hungry if god's not drawing them they can read the same thing over and over again and not get it but when god gives them revelation and understanding and so here comes the question can we participate in someone getting their eyes open absolutely look at second kings chapter 6 verse 17 what's happening here is elisha is there and his servant is there and a servant goes out and he has been elisha's been talking about the other king and telling the king of israel all of his secrets what's happening in his bed chamber they said and so the army's coming around them and the the servant of the man of god walks out sees the army coming against them runs back into elisha scared to death and elisha walks out smiling and i can see the servant thinking have you lost your mind do you not see the army around us and elisha prayed a prayer second kings 6 17 and elisha prayed and said lord i pray thee open his eyes that he may see and the lord opened the eyes of the young man and he saw and behold the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about elisha you see they were there but they had to have god open his eyes to see it so i can sit down with the bible and i can try to explain this as as detailed as i can but if i can learn before i sit down to tell someone about it god open their eyes to see it god give them an open understanding an open heart so they can retain it you see it over and over again psalms 119 18 open mind eyes ephesians 1 18 the eyes of their understanding being enlightened look at uh luke chapter 24 verse 45 the bible says then opened he their understanding that they might understand the scriptures it's not that they didn't have the scriptures but if you're going to help people understand the things of god you've got to get along with god first and say god when i'm sitting there with joe blow when i'm sitting there talking to him open his eyes let him see things greater than i can teach it if you will begin to pray that way you can stumble around the scriptures and their eyes will be open because this is a spiritual thing it's not an ordinary thing it's a god thing god's working with us the bible says we are laborers together with him i feel the holy ghost clap your hands to the lord i'm trying to hurry hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah he opened their understanding so they can see so they can understand we need revelation see jump to see connect them with others this is what i started talking about earlier we do better together people are going through something and i don't have what i i've got the word but i i cannot i can't quite relay it the way brother burroughs can i i've got the word but for them brother nee smith can say it better than i can so we don't need to say oh i invited this friend and boy i'm they're going they're my soul now you need to stick with them you need to have that responsibility but don't think of them as oh this is mine y'all stay away i'm the i'm the teacher here no no no no we are the body of christ we are helping and i'm telling you the more people you connect them with two things will happen first of all they're going to be more connected but secondly i don't care how good you are about teaching the word of god there is someone in this church that can teach some things better than you can and so connect them with as many people in the church what am i talking about pastor what are you saying i'm talking about teaching these people that we have invited these people that came that god touched their lives don't give up on them now talk about the bible with them sit down and eat with them spend time with them pray for revelation and connect them to others everyone said amen connect them to others then the h home bible study there is something special about a home bible study about just sitting down now now i've already said it you can just talk about the bible but the bible says first of all let me say this oh i brought them to church that's good but the bible says that paul taught them publicly and from house to house don't get out of balance either way some people get out of bounds so they well i don't need the church i'm just going to do everything at home you're out of balance oh i'm just going to go to church and i'm not going to talk about the bible anywhere else you're out of balance works both ways so make sure that we are talking about the bible and looking for opportunities to teach the bible or or that you're going to set up a bible study and get brother madison to bring someone in to help teach that bible study amen the church said amen amen and so the bible says in hebrews chapter 5 verse number 12 when in for the time ye ought to be teachers i'm here to tell you you're supposed to be a teacher you're supposed to be a teacher of the word of god he doesn't say you have grown up to a place to sustain yourself the growth factor that he was looking for is not are you self-sufficient but are you sufficient enough to help others there are those of us that we're just reaching to be self-sufficient in christ but what he's looking for maturity is when you are able to teach others that's what god's looking for and so i just want to go through a bible study that uh i put together and you have in your hands uh now you got it in your hands you keep it in your hands but if you have a smartphone i want you to get that in your hand right now if you have a smartphone get that in your hand oh and i want you to type in go to the like you're going online and type in that whenever you do that on a regular computer there are advertisements that come up that we don't want to see not on your phone but on the right computer asa we need to think about that all right so don't do that don't don't do what i told you to do we're not going to stream that hallelujah um but go there and so what you see there in igogobiblestudy.com it's a bible study a website that we have not set up right so on the left side i'm trying memphis training center that's the word i was looking for if you go in there there you'll see videos about how to teach a bible study how to get a bible study it will help you now go all the way to the right side on the bottom and resource center you see that click on that everyone see a bunch of bible studies there the resource center all right yeah i go here it's at the bottom that's what you hit you see i mean there's a bunch of bible studies that you can teach here they're laid out wonderfully go all the way to the bottom now you see beyond azusa there you go you hit that right there and that's going to bring you up where you have a pdf on the left side there's audio to teach this so you can hear it being taught and this bible study normally will take you 15 to 20 minutes to teach however long you want to do it but 15 to 20 minutes you should be able to teach it on the right side if you'll click that it just lets you hear it so you can hear oh this is how i teach this bible study someone's actually watching videos right now um and so that that's there i wanted that you to see that because what you can do is just go there take that pdf right there and send it uh to someone that in your job send it to their phone send it to their ipad and they can have it right there or you can take this copy make more copies however you want to do it but i'm just going to teach this real quick it's a very simple bible study and we i rewrote it to tie together with the azusa street play we just had so some of the people that you just invited that came uh some of the people so what we're going to be doing and another thing we got this coming sunday night that we're going to do the performance again and then in a couple of weeks we're taking all of the videos and we are we haven't live streamed any of this but what we're going to do is we are going to uh make sure we get all the best cuts and then we're going to premiere it one night it's going to be premiered on a few different networks and so you can be that's another thing that you can invite someone to watch uh watch it with you or watch it in their home however you want to do that but again this is just tying into there so you got a conversation man that was incredible what a great play man did man i felt the holy ghost some of the things i i was hearing people said i felt chills when i was there uh my wife loved it my husband loved it i can't believe how much they enjoyed it so they're talking about it and you say you know what my pastor asked us when people see this just to show them some things in the bible about about azusa street and going beyond okay and then you're going to go through this you all ready acts chapter 2 verse 17 and this shall come to pass in the last days saith god that i will pour out my spirit on all flesh do you know that we are living in the last days do you know that that's happening and the bible tells us right here in acts chapter 2 verse 17 that in the last days god's going to pour out his spirit and that's what's happening it's happening all over the place and the more that the spirit begins to flow through us we begin to see more revelation look here in john chapter 16 and verse number 13. this is what it says if i am teaching this you heard me just go into my my bible study teaching flow huh uh when i'm teaching this with someone that is comfortable reading i let them read all the scriptures just a little tip for you there it saves your voice and it gets them plugged in letting them read the word uh john chapter 16 and verse 13 how be it when he the spirit of truth is come he will guide you into all truth and so this is what happened happening we are living in the last days and and the more that we receive the spirit of god the more that that spirit of truth gets in us the more truth that comes to us and i'll give you an idea of the progression of of how this happens if you were to look back in uh in july uh july the 8th 1741 there was a preacher by the name of jonathan edwards and jonathan edwards went into a meeting and he preached a message and this was the title of his message sinners in the hands of an angry god now that doesn't sound like a very fun message but there was such conviction that came in that place that the people that were there said that people were crawling on the floor to get to the altar and what happened from that sermon was what was known as one of the first great awakenings that happened in america and it was a call to repentance every time that there was a great awakening whether it be in america or over in in wales or these other places it was always started with a revival of repentance but it never stops there if it does what it's supposed to do and time goes on and and there's another uh a bit of history here so that was repentance with william seymour and the azusa street revival after the holy ghost fell in the bible school in topeka kansas charles parham he started multiple bible schools one of them was in texas and in texas there was a student his name was william seymour that came to to that bible school and while he was there he was taught about the holy ghost just like they received it in the bible but uh they asked him to come to los angeles and when he went to los angeles uh he had he did not have the holy ghost yet but he believed in it do you know that there are things in the bible even if you haven't experienced it if you see it in the bible you can still believe it and you can still tell other people about it even if you haven't experienced yet yet seymour had not received the holy ghost but he was on a porch on the front of a house and he is preaching to people about the holy ghost that he had not yet received and while he was preaching about the holy ghost he fell backwards off of that porch and when they walked around to check on him he was laying on his back speaking in other tongues as the spirit gave him the utterance so the holy ghost began to fall the holy ghost and see the thing is is the more that you dig in the truth the more revelation that comes there was in 1914 at a camp meeting there was a man by the name of reverend mcallister and he was simply talking about the fact that baptism was important and he just mentioned the fact that every time someone got baptized in the new testament it was always in the name of jesus when he said that it was like the firing of a gun at a race something happened to the people there they saw the revelation they began to search the scriptures and when that happened that revelation began to sweep over the world again just like the holy ghost did now these are three important revelations repentance baptism and the holy ghost and while none of these men uh had a uh just an exclusive on these they were very instrumental in opening the door for it to happen in their lives next page so in a nutshell what god gave these men over a period of time he gave on the day of pentecost all at once acts chapter 2 verse 38 then peter said unto them repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of jesus christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the holy ghost but see revelation begins to come to us as we reach after the things of god and the more now here's the deal if you won't take this step you'll never get to this step you've got to take the step that's in front of you so let's talk about it are these important repentance is that important well in acts chapter 17 verse 30 the bible says at the time of this ignorance god winked at but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent so there was a time that god winked what was a wink mean it's just like i recognize you i see what you're doing and god was just kind of working with him it wasn't that he was okay with sin he was just like letting them know i see it but there comes a point that he says now he commands all men everywhere no one is excluded from repentance how important is repentance luke chapter 13 verse number 3 i tell you nay but except ye repent ye shall all likewise perish if we don't repent the bible says we will perish so is repentance important yes what is repentance repentance is simply a change of direction there are everyone in here has repented what have you done you were living your life in this direction and you said i ain't doing that no more and you turned around that's repentance repentance is not just saying i'm sorry you should say you're sorry but repentance is an actual change i'll give you an example right here from the word of god in matthew 21 verse 29 and he answered and said i will not but afterwards he repented and went what's going on here there was a father talking to a son asking him to go and do something and he said to his father i will not but then he repented and went see that's repentance repentance says i'm not going to go to church but then i repent and i go to church see it's when you say i'm i'm going to go to a party but then you repent you say no i'm not going to the party i'm going to a bible study that's repentance and so if you want repentance in your life you've got to make up in your mind you're not going to live the way of this world anymore and no one can do that for you you've got to make that decision how about baptism is that important let's look at it mark chapter 16 verse 16 says he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved he that believeth not shall be damned is baptism important read that one more time he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved he that believeth not shall be damned sounds like baptism is important to me let's look at another one first peter chapter 3 verse 21 the light figure wherein to baptism doth also now save us it goes on not the putting away the filth of the flesh otherwise it's not because you got dowel soap and you cleaned up real nice but it's because you obeyed the word of god and baptism says it doth also now save us so is baptism important absolutely and how are you baptized that's a very important question because every time i don't know if you know this or not but every time that people were baptized in the bible it was always in the name of jesus did you know that every single time that's that same thing mcallister remember i was talking about how revelation keeps growing and you've got to keep reaching for the things of god every single time i'll show you a few examples acts chapter 8 verse 16 for as yet he have fallen upon none of them only they were baptized in the name of the lord jesus how were they baptized in the name of the lord jesus look turn your turn the page the next look here's one more acts 19-5 when they heard this they were baptized in what name in the name of the lord jesus every time they got baptized in the bible it was in the name of jesus where is the name important is that even a salvation issue at all well let's look at this next verse acts chapter 4 verse 12. neither is there salvation in any other for there's no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved the only way for us to be saved is to have that name attached to us how do you get that name attached to you in baptism just like they did in acts over and over again now not only is it important that we are baptized but it's important how we are baptized how about the holy ghost that's the other revelation that came is that important let's look at it romans chapter 8 verse number 9 but ye are not in the flesh but in the spirit if so the spirit of god dwell in you now if any man have not the spirit of christ he is none of his if you don't have god's spirit inside of you the bible says you are none of his that's a serious understanding from the word of god let's look at one more how important is it for us to do these things john chapter 3 verse number 5. jesus answered verily verily i say unto thee except a man is born of the water that's the baptism we just talked about and of the spirit that's the holy ghost we're talking about he cannot you can underline that if you want to he cannot enter in the kingdom of god so is is baptism important yes is the holy ghost important yes well how do you know if you receive the holy ghost in the new testament when people received the holy ghost or the spirit of god they spoke with tongues that's how they knew i'll give you a couple examples acts chapter two and verse number four and they were all filled with the holy ghost and what happened and began to speak with other tongues as the spirit gave them utterance when the holy ghost came they spoke with tongues acts chapter 19 verse number six here's another example and when paul laid his hands on them the holy ghost came on them and they spoke with tongues and prophesied when you receive the holy ghost you're not going to have to wonder just like it happened in the bible just like it happened at the play that we were at the other night you can have that same experience or if you got that experience this is what it's all about it's about the spirit of god moving inside of you but this is so important you've got to learn i have to learn all of us have to learn to go beyond our last experience with god it's so important that we are willing to go beyond our last experience because one of the biggest dangers one of the biggest things that get people stuck is in their past experience whether it's good or bad right some people have bad experiences they can't get over someone did something to them someone said something that's what repentance is all about because when i repent i can't truly turn my life to god if i don't forgive other people god can't forgive me and so i repent and i and i start putting that under the blood but a lot of people are so stuck in what people done don't let people control you like that but let me tell you people don't only get stuck in bad experiences people get stuck in good experiences all of a sudden they had an experience when they were a child and they say well that god did it at that time and you know i can't ever grow that's it i've stopped right there or or maybe it was a year ago or maybe it was last week and you experienced something with god and you just stop you've got to go beyond you see azusa street was wonderful but if we just just didn't play and that was the end of it we were missing so much we've got to go beyond our last experience with god you know in the bible when jesus after he resurrected and he was about to ascend into heaven the bible says that he gathered his disciples together they're together this is a great moment and while he was talking to them he has begun to ascend into the heavens and they're watching him go up into heaven and he's telling them he's going up and he's telling them go to jerusalem i've got something better for you i've got i've got the gift of the holy ghost the promise of the holy ghost but you got to go to jerusalem and they're so excited and they're watching him and they watch him disappear in the heavens and they're just standing there do you see that wasn't that the greatest experience you've ever seen in your life and while they're there enjoying their last experience angels appear to him to them and what does they what do they say they get onto them acts chapter 1 verse 11 the angels ask why stand ye here gazing into heaven it's not that they were doing something bad it's not that there was some evil thing they were just trapped in their last experience with god they said boy that was awesome but i want you to know that you've got to go beyond your last experience with god because god always has more that's a bible study you can teach that's an easy bible study for you to teach let's lift our hands lord i thank you for your word and your truth i thank you for these amazing people that are here right now i pray god that you will help us and give us boldness god you gave us boldness to invite them you gave us boldness to talk about it god they're excited now lord help us god to help them go beyond this drama to go beyond this experience god that they can see more and experience more that you have for them i pray in the name of jesus let the anointing of god rest upon each and every person that is here tonight let them go forth let them go forth with boldness and anointing in jesus name we pray everyone said amen now i kept trying to have get a hold of myself but i was purposely not trying to preach this trying not to but i can't hardly do it you ought to see me in living rooms every now and then i'm just like settle down jason settle down but i was purposely trying to just read it and say it as much as i can because i want you to know you can teach this and the people that are excited or the people that you're inviting and you say oh it's going to be awesome like oh i want to come you can wait until afterwards or you can set it up beforehand so they'll be ready for the holy ghost when they get here but i'm telling you if we are going to do what god has called us to do we've got to start teaching the word of god outside of these four walls we've got to get out there in the houses in our businesses in in 15 to 20 minutes most of y'all have lunch with co-workers what would happen if you said god open up the door now i wouldn't just sit there and just walk up to him and say acts chapter 2 verse 17. but you know what you could do you could sit there with this and start reading it and they ask what you're reading excuse me what you're reading oh what am i reading this is a bible study it goes with a play we just had there's some awesome stuff you want to hear some of these things i'm telling you you can do it if you'll step out look at me five minutes early booyah that's what i'm talking about [Applause] i'm praying that we will step out and we will teach this how do we teach the word remember what we just went through talk about it you got to talk about the word of god you need to sit down and eat with people what was the next one that you need to pray ask god to bring revelation what was the next one connect them with other people what's the last one home bible study the reason it's the last is on purpose right i don't i don't believe we're going to be very effective we just walk up to people and say let me teach you this but if we will just open up the door with prayer and we're connecting and we're doing stuff and we feel it if we're sitting there and they start asking what's all that about oh man this is something that's so powerful this changed my life you want to hear some of it let it unfold let it unfold four minutes hey that's still good yes saturday at six is dress rehearsal for this is that we need everyone here we need to go ahead and make sure we have everyone here to make sure that we are in the flow uh and i'm sure we're gonna be able to go through it lickety-split it's going to be great and uh we'll try to have lacey not sing that song quite so long we were all having so much fun because she wasn't sure if the lights were going to go off and the lights said well she's still singing and so i thought maybe we're going to be here an hour or so with her saying he's able he's evil he's a but it was so anointed it didn't matter it was wonderful um but uh god's going to do great things invite people to be here uh cards wear cards there's a there's not a whole lot left so take what's left they ain't gonna do no good sitting here so take all these cards and let's get them out let's get out there let's teach the word i'm so i can't take it i can't wait for this weekend it's gonna be powerful i love you you're dismissed in jesus name right now youth the youth are meeting right now in the prayer room for a very quick meeting for the uh the outing on uh saturday you
