Oh! Squid Adobo this is best paired with hot rice did you know? This is not just an ordinary Squid Adobo this is very delicious and flavorful that's why I call this Tastylicious Squid Adobo that's our recipe for today these are the ingredients let's start. Pre heat cooking pot with oil once hot, add garlic stir fry until light brown then add onion onion is chopped into small pieces saute a bit more then add tomato, cut into cubes continue to saute until tomato and onion are cooked it's time to add the squid this is sliced medium squid. Now we're cooking this again to extract its flavor season it with salt and ground black pepper add sugar at this point, the squid is ready transfer to a serving plate but were not yet done with the sauce remove again the squid cook the sauce further to make it more flavorful this is simple, cook the sauce until reduced to half it will be more falvorful and thicker there you go, pour this on the squid in the serving plate.
