Take your meat and cheese on the go! These charcuterie cups are perfect for a party

it's the charcuterie board you know and love with a personal and portable remake the perfect single serving snack to serve at all your celebrations Caitlin amelka is here showing us how to put these together it's great to see you so for weddings when guests want to just grab mingle and nibble or for baby showers for bridal showers you're introducing a charcuterie cup yes they're so fun personalized little cups that they can just take and walk around and mingle okay we're gonna make one do you go all sweet all Savory or can you combine so I can personalize anything so they can be all sweet they could be all Savory but my personal favorite is a little bit of both a little mix okay teach us okay we're gonna Dive Right In so we're going to start with making our salami Rose so you're going to take no I've got you you know me turn your salami sideways so you want it slightly overlapped okay like this and then you're just gonna take all of it together and fold it in half like a taco and half okay and half like a taco got it all five pieces got it and then start on an edge okay and you're gonna roll it really tight mm-hmm roll roll all the way down oh look at this keep it nice and tight oh my gosh what what okay and then you're gonna take your skewer and right at the edge of that salami right there uh-huh pierce it and go all the way through don't poke yourself oh my goodness did I do it by George I think I did it oh that's cute okay and then you can put whatever you want added onto your skewer I mean yours is cuter of course it is but I'm proud okay that's great all right all right and then we're gonna Dive Right In and put you want to put grapes on the bottom of your cup first how come for weight so you're going to put your skewers into the grapes oh so that it keeps everything nice and secure okay so we'll put those in you can put blueberries in for sure it's in sure and then I put a cracker in okay this looks like a very hearty cracker it is a hearty I like it okay I just get these at Walmart Okay crustable crackers nice and then you're going to take your skewers and if you need to turn it towards you can oh I see then you stick it right into the grape the grape suspends it kind of helps show off that design and then we have a second skewer here and this is fun sometimes you can add a basil to this and it's like a little caprese oh darling Oh for you in here too stab it right into a grape and then I like to always add in my fillers and you can do nuts you can do dried fruits okay whatever you want I'm going to put a couple of these in here okay this is making my mouth water like such a mix of everyone's Favorite Things favorite flavors okay and then I take uh our little sweet right sweet and salty gotta have a treatable in the front Okay show off the chocolate and sometimes you can do like a macaroon or you can do a cream pie super cute yeah you can always top it with an herb okay it just gives it that little cut that you need right there in the center okay it makes a beautiful display too right I mean a portable grab and go a portable charcuterie board like that's the next Evolution we are waiting for but to see them all spread out is just beautiful Caitlyn thank you thank you so much where can we see more from you so I am going to be in the spring issue of Utah Valley bride magazine congratulations thank you and then also you can find me on Instagram cured and cut okay and you do events all the time and you do them so well classes I do the cakes and desserts you're so good at your craft and your and your talent so thanks for sharing with us we appreciate it
