Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
I feel like some of these mobs would be legitimately good in game.
I'm not the only one who thought the kid was a girl at first, right?
...Right??
Anyway, excellent animation as usual, even if I saw the whole mentor-dying-and-student-getting-revenge trope coming a mile away.
Note: This is a sequel to Fallen Kingdom.
Oh hey, a CaptainSparklez video. I wish that had been in the title; I would have checked this out much sooner then.
That being said, this is a great video into which a huge and impressive amount time was put by a large group of people. The end result is worth it though; I like this as much as most of the music videos he puts up, but the animation is IM-pressive!
To add to it, I think this is the first time it wasn't a parody. This is a change I greatly support; although I'm not opposed to more parodies later. I just like it when I can more directly relate a video to Minecraft.
It still doesn't beat "Revenge" or "TNT" though.
I didn't feel as connected and moved by this song as I did with Fallen Kingdom. Fallen Kingdom struck me on an emotional level and there was a good story line. You could feel the king's happiness in the beginning. The part where he sees the creeper and immediately hides is a hint to the audience that creepers are a threat to the kingdom and that they need to be jailed or whatever. After seeing that it doesn't feel awkward when the army of mobs start attacking and messing shit up when the assassin lets a bunch of mobs in.
The story line for this as very predictable, especially the whole trainer and young apprentice thing. Although the animation was beautiful, I feel like it could have done a better job "building up the mood".
I would watch this movie.
According to this video Herobrine is like a ghast
It was alright.
The animation was very nicely done, smooth and detailed.
Story wasn't very cohesive though. It should have focused more on Herobrine if it was the character's goal to defeat him. As he kinda just popped up out of the blue at the end.
I wasn't very keen on the song either. More because I don't feel like it really needed to be there; It didn't have anything to do with the story in other words.
Still, I know that these grand animations take a lot of time and effort to do and whilst I think Fallen Kingdom was far superior, good job to everyone involved for making it.
