hi lovely people and i'm in my beautiful kitchen believe me or not this is a kind of a kitchen where i was born in italy something calls it small but how do that let me show you how to make one of the simple simple pasta yes pasta colimone parmesan with the lemon and parmigiano reggiano and i'm using this fantastic found me general regina which is 24 months old can you imagine a 24 so in the cheeses between a teenager and a grown-up man this is what i consider it is so good with the lemons now you can see some of the lemons the little big greenish one the reason is they're most out of the season new crops start to come out but i manage to find a little heart of lemons full of flavor full of juice this is coming from the amalfi course but you can find them everywhere i'm gonna use a fantastic tayatelle you can make your own fresh pasta so easy if you want to know how to make pasta you go general gontaldo pasta master class you love that's good right first of all let me show you what i have to do you can see i've got my burn here i got my pen here and that is where my pasta gonna go boiling so because i don't have two burner i'm moving and i'm gonna do this and this so first of all let me just slice some of the garlic really nice it's almost like a big chunk the reason why i do that because many people's including myself sometimes i just like the oil the butter be flavor with the garlic but i don't like the texture of a garlic also you're going to use a chili you won't ask me my god that isn't a big chili how the how do i know how much chili you're going to use easy you just give them a little cartier on the side and then after your eyes you break it you smell it if you smell strong this is not strong if you male is strong it means a strong man or this one it just you have about five six slice because it's not very strong then i got some lovely parsley so i put them together look what i do i just rather together and roughly chop nice that's so what you need and i'm gonna put this lovely tayatelle which i put already salt here for each liter of water i put five to seven grams of salt and make sure it's boiling so i'm gonna put up about 200 grams of pasta while the pasta is cooking let me put this one at the back but i start to make what we call the sauce it's hardly any sauce anything at all so i use a little bit of olive oil and i use a little bit of butter but you can just use butter or olive oil when i say little bits quite a bit then i look it and i see the way it's melty while all this one is melty you know i don't have to wait then it's got very hot just put my garlic and my chill inside as soon as i start to i'll go get the pasta this doesn't take long at all it's ready right let me just go get the pasta here oh yes oh my goodness me look how simple is this one just grab it stir it remove all inside a little bit of a pasta water bring it back let's remove this one from here let's put them on the side everyone can do this unbelievable easy stir them a little bit because it's done have a nice knot bubble butter a big one put them inside a little heart shape provides all my love look at this come on look this is what i'm talking about oh my goodness our sugar smell with one inch you smell it and with the other hands squeezy little bits of the lemon not too much nice enough so i stir them a little bit and the parsley are chopped where is it i'll tell you anything stir it oh yes now it is where the magic come lovely 24 months old parmigiano-reggiano this side now come on gadget put them all inside there come on plenty i need it stir them a little bit more i wanted that creamy can you see that cream is costly coming up come on look at that lovely creamy i need to taste it yes oh my god little squeeze of lemons because this is the beauty if it's not enough it's done let's chill on my plate really nice shall i oh yes [Music] i want a little bit of chili on top i wanted a little bit of a juice on top which is almost a creamy nice little bit of a cheese again ah like this look come on rain rain rain and rain ah yes and this is tayatelle with the lemons tayatella limone put your fork inside stirring it all round [Music] oh my god i would like to say so many things but there's no word to come out and i do talk um please try to make this so simple his three ingredients garlic chili parmigiano red jam of course whatever you can use nothing what can i say shall i say well i'm cooking so good don't eat it because you can see what i'm doing for now say arrivederci ciao
