our day room which our guests can use at the lounge e please have a look right oh my God this is amazing look at this a double bed and look out directly to all the planes this is really the ultimate home for a hockey like me this Lounge here open from six in the morning until 10 30 in the evening you can stay in this room as long as you can they just told me and you have all the planes parked outside Runway views and the Beautiful comfort of this this is better than any airport hotel I think Swiss first class Lounge is my new favorite airport lounge in the world foreign Lounge at the terminal E and we have a wonderful whiskey bar with 202 whiskeys oh I'm sorry my chief no I have 204 204 or four bottles and this is the Kuwait whisk in clean rotors from Sherry cask is my favorite art more 15 years for the port case and slowly it's lovely [Music] is the best Lounge in the world to me where I can enjoy at nine o'clock we just had a beautiful sunset this is the triple seven to Hong Kong just right in front of me just be prepared I was the first to board a flight and able to take some picture and video of the fresh cabin Swiss Boeing triple seven have eight first class private Suites in one two one configuration a first class armchairs turned into generous flatbeds each Suites can be fully enclosed and come with a massive 32-inch entertainment screen foreign have total of 62 forward-facing live flat seats across two cabins some of the seats are more private and these seats are available for advanced purchase [Music] Swiss economy have standard free 4-3 configuration which sits 270 passengers across two cabins foreign I really like the ambience on board it is so welcoming and relaxing the captain extend their warm tradition to greet the first class passenger one by one before takeoff hi my name is Jay Van Meter I'm today's captain on Swiss Air flight 1382 Hong Kong from Zurich flight time two night is 11 hours and 30 minutes cruising level is level 300 and we don't expect any turbulence should be a smooth ride so Captain I want to know before you flew the triple seven you obviously lived Swiss for a long time right 25 years 25 years so it started with Swiss Air Swiss Air and swiss What car what other kind of airplane before you transition and progress onto the triple seven okay I started out on the nd80 McDonald Douglas then it was Airbus 320 then it was md-11 then it was here for 3 30 and 3 40. then back again on Airbus 320 and since every last year on foreign so you flew McDonnell Douglas yeah Airbus and Boeing you're a legend okay so we have here a white trout fera tartar served with some wild garlic panna cotta with some dried beef and some springly fruits thank you so much you're very welcome [Music] yeah very cool [Music] change to the onboard pajamas provided by Swiss first class uh what I like about this Swiss design and this pajama is it make me look a little bit skinnier in the dark color and it's very comfortable very warm as well [Music] foreign [Music] and he actually flew together with me from Athens to Zurich and onward now to Hong Kong so chances are he actually saw my block and realized that promotion fare from Lufthansa and swiss so he took advantage just like me we bought that special Fair now we are flying together it's a small world and this is Caesar from Turkey from Istanbul hi Yes actually I heard this from you and it is fantastic price for first class such a nice service such a nice seat so thank you very much really and I hope we can get more information from you definitely offers yeah if I know more if I found out there's more promotion fare for first class of course I'd love to share with everybody everything the crew told me Swiss have a caviar promotion at the moment so passenger contains three kinds of caviar Swiss actually have three types of caviar there's not only one um I was told this one's the British caviar this is actually from Switzerland and this one is from China so I'm going to taste all of the caviar and share with you how I think with some of the condiments to go with it [Music] [Applause] I have to say they all taste very good um the Switzerland one is a bit creamy I felt uh the British one was a slightly more salty I think um the China One is kind of in between in between the two but they're very good actually I'm very impressed even I live in Dubai and I knew that we have a farm in Abu Dhabi even in the UAE we produce caviar so caviar nowadays I guess they can produce anywhere [Music] we have some garlic salmon with some Bellini and some sour cream here we have some crab meat with black garlic puree and seaweed salad with sesame sauce and then here we have some puff pastry with white and green asparagus from cherry tomato on Mascarpone sauce and here we have a sea salt salad with tomato and burrata cheese terrine tachyaska olives and here we have some cold cuts [Music] very nice [Music] this is a Black Hawk fish it's very good it's a fish dish it's even lighter because there's so much food on Swiss like I can't eat oil so I'm able to skip dessert as well after this I'm gonna go to sleep I'm getting pretty tired but the Swiss of good food very good dinner so much food [Music] foreign foreign [Music] [Music] entertainment's pure pleasure thanks to that industry because 32-inch video Swiss Boeing triple seven aircraft also have wireless Broadband so its first passenger benefit from 50 megabyte free internet access foreign [Music] excellent the bed is very wide and is not very cold not very hot the quality of the mattress and the quilt comforter is beautiful it's Swiss quality I had about six hour rest on this flight so I felt recharged refreshed and I love the private space the Privacy was excellent so overall really really good sleep on so it's very happy [Music] thank you [Music] [Applause] [Music] thank you [Music] so since you're after 11 hours how do you feel some I think it was a fantastic flight I like everything the seats too much space and more space yeah too much space food was very nice stuff perfect there is one thing that I didn't like this is very difficult to adjust the seat so I think they have to make it better the remote control yeah remote control it's good to know that you're honestly yeah other things are really very nice very nice what about you yeah um to me simply tour Swiss quality that Swiss quality is everything in this product on the triple seven Swiss I was more than happy and in fact this is one of my finest first class experience that I enjoyed every single minute of it the only complaint downside of nine there's not enough time to enjoy everything I wish I could buy more time this is the only thing but what a pleasure to be on horses love it [Music] okay now I'm going to share you a good news for all my Aviation friends especially fans of the A340 on Swiss I was just being formed the Swiss 340 will start cabin refurbishment completely to the same first class as the triple seven we have so it's good to see Swiss will keep the A340 for some more time in the fleet and we can enjoy the four engine Airbus again with the new luxury products [Music] foreign [Music] foreign it was a total pleasure to fly with Swiss first class the 11 and a half hours went so fast but the sweet memory lingers on my mind for much longer in the remaining weeks I was so lucky to have a clear day arrival in Hong Kong thank you for watching again
