okay what is going on ladies and gentlemen in this video we got a quick body language breakdown of a supernatural con actually several supernatural cons in fact i've had so many people especially people that are like heavily into the supernatural kind of fandom uh request a full-scale analysis of basically a supernatural confront sorry a supernatural convention from essentially start to finish that i thought i would deliver it in kind of a an interesting way i'm always looking for ways to improve the channel and try different kind of methods of doing things and one way that i found was this youtube live feature so i think a lot of these more freeform streams are now going to be done uh using this you know youtube live thing and hopefully we'll be able to both learn quite a bit uh when it comes to the specific you know actors and uh characters that we are analyzing while also being able to do it more of like this free form stream of consciousness way so i'm still new to the whole streaming thing as i'm sure you guys are super sure of as i'm sure you guys can super tell i don't really understand how to like set up the intro and everything like that but i don't really care so we're going to get the ball rolling and i'd rather be bad but still do something then you know perfect but never engage in cool technology like this so i am assuming you guys can see my screen here excellent i'm going to first of all head on over here let's do this yeah there we go okay so we are doing a super natural convent uh convention body language breakdown we got three main characters here the first is jared padalecki i've already analyzed him relatively in detail but i think that the conference that we're about to view him in is a little bit different and it sheds some more light onto his character we also have jensen ackles there in the middle quite the badass in that picture if i do say so myself by the way the picture was by the lovely crow valentina over at deviantart so if you guys like the art style and want to uh pick yourself up something similar that's the place to go jensen is an incredibly confident man but it's it's interesting his body language on screen is almost always screaming to be like the super badass alpha male type but there are also some moments where he comes into himself a little bit more and i think that we can start to really appreciate uh where his acting experience ends and kind of like where the actual person jensen ackles begins so it's gonna be really cool analyzing him and then we also have some misha collins thrown into the mix misha collins quickly became a fan favorite uh in supernatural i think more or less immediately after his debut in season four and his body language is very interestingly almost like diametrically opposed to that of jensen ackles so it's gonna be really cool doing a breakdown there as always i'm going to go through a conference from start not from start to finish maybe 10 or 15 minutes of each conference uh i'm just gonna be doing like youtube videos here like you guys can see we're going to pause anytime we see anything interesting and kind of take it from there so let's give it a go [Music] [Applause] we're back [Applause] oh it's good to see your smiling faces in my mind you're smiling eyes oh pretty good stuff huh that's good stuff man yeah this is uh i feel i gotta be like i'm i'm a little nervous right now [Music] it's okay it's been a while it's been a while now it's really interesting right off the bat and also i love how i got this guy's forehead in the frame but in my experience any time jensen ackles demonstrates uh nervousness and we just saw him admit that he was his heart's probably pounding like crazy right now anytime he admits kind of being a little uncomfortable or being nervous he actually does the opposite that we see most other people do whereas most other people that kind of shrink and uh you know i guess admit the fact they're nervous and kind of make it outwardly visible jensen enjoys doing the exact opposite so instead of closing himself down when he gets nervous he actively opens himself up i think his thought process there is you know i just said i'm nervous i would rather portray kind of these signals of confidence and kind of badass machismo to to offset that and i think this is him really just trying to gain control of the situation interestingly enough so one of the body language behaviors that we see right off the bat is we see his left hand on his left hip like this and this is essentially half of what's called arms of kimbo arms of chemo is this very confident kind of body language behavior that we usually see a lot of ceos and high impact professionals use and jensen is certainly no stranger to that rule rusty what was that like just pour some wd-40 on it you're fine now we saw a couple of other pacifiers there interestingly enough with his left fingers he started to play with what i think is like the mic display stand thing the thing that like connects the wireless microphone to presumably the audio bay and we see him kind of you know toy with his fingers a little bit stroke that those types of behaviors are referred to as pacifiers and they're very common anytime you have any type of you know anxiety or nervousness going on these manifest because the increase in adrenaline and norepinephrine floating through your bloodstream results in essentially excess energy you want to kind of move things around a little bit and the most rewarding form of that excess energy movement is to get some type of feedback so like stroke something or in this case touch yourself so anytime you see somebody do something like this where their fingers are kind of moving around a lot or i don't know they're kind of thumbing their phone like this that's usually a display of uh of nervousness and what i like to say poor body language now immediately after that we also see him engage in another pacifier here where he strokes his face kind of like this this is a very common pacifier that we see a lot of people engage in when they're nervous again because it's self-stimulating you have an abundance of nerves uh right across the face one of the most heavily innervated areas in the entire body and jensen ackles seeing as he just got out of this con you know his adrenaline's flowing there are all these lights there all these faces all these people presumably hordes of beautiful females just ogling him up and down it can obviously be a pretty nerving nerve-wracking situation um yeah this is uh this is great well thank you guys uh for a being here uh and and for uh uh dancing a little with us and coming saturday so i know i'm supposed to do tomorrow usually sunday but um i don't know they just keep working me uh it's good it's not a bad thing another thing that i want to point out that we see pretty often anytime somebody is nervous and anytime somebody attempts something like a joke is we see a big spike in pacification behavior immediately after jensen kind of made a little joke there he was kind of reaching out into the crowd and looking for a reaction and we saw him play with his fingers again just like we saw a couple of seconds ago unfortunately this video is like an hour long so it's really hard for me to dial down at specific spots i will rewind here and you'll see what i mean i don't know they just keep working me so immediately after making a joke usually there's like the spike in adrenaline as we're like holy crap i just made a joke is this gonna hit is this gonna hit is this gonna hit in jensen's case you know it hits and it's unsurprising given the uh the level of fandom people have for him but the second that it hits you usually see a slowing down or a complete cessation of those pacifiers and that's what we see here good it's not a bad thing i'm gonna get out of you here all right all right all right go do your thing be good to [Music] i also want to look at jensen's just general body language here it's very confident it's very high value he's splaying back super far in his chair uh which is essentially like the i don't know unspoken like hey i'm the badass super confident guy uh and you know he embraces that personality both in his character and also just uh just in conventions and panels like this [Applause] um yes it's uh this feels really good who was there in vegas at the last one um yeah and then it all hit the fan uh and how long ago was that that was march march 2020 19 months 19 months over a year and a half jensen seems to really like playing with his fingers i think the big reason for that is because he is generally like super confident and laid back and that's kind of his whole thing uh and anytime he expresses nervousness he wants to express it in more or less like the tiniest least visible place possible so instead of doing like big body language displays a lot of other people do where they'll posturally readjust all the time like hug their bodies cross their arms stuff like that jensen does these incredibly tiny minute behaviors that very few people will pick up on um i mean that's that that's just enough time to watch the whole series of supernatural things he's like uh i did that thank you didn't even know who you were 20 months ago oh that's uh that's so cool um yeah but uh like i was saying uh so we just saw a couple of big pacifiers there that's essentially a posture readjustment which is when somebody gets up off their chair sometimes just because they are you know adjusting something to do with you know their pockets or something like that but most of the time it's because they are nervous and they're looking for an outlet to do so the body is essentially trying to get more comfortable to to combat the discomfort of their nervousness and that's what we ultimately see resulting right after that though we see another spike in adrenaline where i'm assuming after he made that joke or something you know things die down and it becomes real now it's like time for him to talk to the crowd and kind of open up and more or less the actual panel to begin and so right before we see that happen we see a bunch of other pacifiers we see like i said that posture adjustment we also see him stroke his face uh hiding the eyes and also stroking the face again very strong past our behavior a lot of nervousness there we also saw him play with the shirt a little kind of pull it down and tug it again just another example of needless behavior or needless movement that serves no purpose than other to satisfy some stress i thought i would have some some time to hang and you know chill after the show was over and that that's not happened uh so much has happened we've got so much to talk about immediately after making what i presume to be a statement where he was like looking for some kind of validation or something looking for some cheers we see another pacifying behavior this one where he strokes his nose stuff like this happens because you have like this in the moment kind of goal when you make a joke or make a call out like that you're looking to elicit a reaction from somebody and every single time you do so there's a little bit of a risk it's like hey i'm trying to do this but it might not actually work and that little question mark there is a significant amount of stress uh hence why we see you know jensen engage in these pacifying behaviors usually every time that he does the show ended the finale wow [Music] um yeah there's uh there's just a lot to unpack here what was that an fu really upset about the phenomenon right even somebody had a little piece of rebar earlier and i'm like okay all right do you go see uh superman with a little thing of kryptonite in your pocket like that's um rebar we saw a couple of other pacifiers there he stroked his face with the back of his left hand so something like this this is uh again another pacifier your back in the hand is actually significantly more sensitive than the front of your hands so usually people are struggling with the back your hand uh that's because they're experiencing more nervousness than if they were to do so at the front of their hand he also seems to like to grab on to his left thigh kind of left knee area and he's a pretty strong guy he's got pretty meaty thighs if i do say so myself so it's unsurprisingly squeezes them and that that would uh satisfy him a little bit be like a little bit of a reward if that makes sense [Laughter] i mean it had to be something i will right that the uh the the the actor stunt guy that was responsible for um placing me on that little piece of rebar uh he was uh the biggest stunt guy i've ever worked with um i don't know if you could tell from that sequence but i mean at a certain point i think he just picked up jared like a ragdoll he picked me up like it was like nothing like i was his little toddler so that's what i was talking about earlier when i mentioned posture readjustment when somebody does something just like that they get up off their seat a little bit they move around they essentially change postures from that kind of laid-back one to this one where he's leaning forward and his elbow is at a pretty interesting angle there uh that is usually concomitant with stress now the important thing for me to mention about all this stuff and i will wrap up the jensen apple side of this uh pretty quick is that all of these behaviors exist in isolation and you can't tell you can't read into any one of these behaviors uh too much the reality is you need to look at all of these in context and build out a uh i don't want to say narrative because that implies that it's false you want to build out this this story about a person's body language you want to average out the number of pacifiers they're making let's say when they're talking about a non-sensitive topic and then look at the number of pacifiers they make when they talk about something different and then if you know the number of pacifiers they make when they talk about something different is way higher than they talk about something average or non-sensitive you know highly likely that there is a little bit more nervousness let's say in that in that area there obviously are some direct things that we can infer like when somebody like jensen makes a call out and he's expecting validation and we see some spikes and pacifying but aside from that all we can really ascribe to anybody specifically is hey are they comfortable right now are they nervous right now or are they experiencing like higher than uh average levels of anxiety or nervousness and if so why is that okay so that was about i think about 15 minutes or so like i said i'm still trying to figure out how the stream stuff works but next up we are going to look at the lovely misha collins so i'm going to exit out of one of these youtube videos and then go to the other one and this lovely person i believe their name is gael galad although i hope to god i'm not butchering that i hope to misha collins i'm not butchering that um they recorded like so many of these supernatural cons that it's super easy to go through them and uh and see some see more or less like every clip of misha collins in existence so thank you so much to them as well but okay we're going to do a quick little dive into misha collins now and the layout is more or less exactly the same but i want you to look at just how different jensen apple's body languages versus misha collins and we'll also talk about uh about why that may be as well just before i start this just make sure everything is cool this is the most amazing thing for me on the internet excellent yeah looks like some people certainly are enjoying that that's really nice okay let's dive into some misha collins i'm whistling for myself because it needs a whistle that applause needed a whistle um so don't be discouraged by the people storming for the exits okay right off the bat here misha collins uh comes in with a very different dynamic i will say than jensen hackles he was also experiencing a few of those pacifiers where he's kind of playing with his fingers and i'm gonna rewind just a tad here so you can see what i mean we see him stroking kind of his right thigh area right by his pocket this is a very common stereotypical passive behavior for men anytime we're kind of nervous we don't really want to show that we are so subconsciously even though most of us don't really fully understand how this whole pacification thing works we will try and hide the examples and kind of demonstrations of our nervousness misha collins this is quite a bit don't be discouraged by the people storming for the exits it's nothing against you where are they going i don't they've been doing it to me all day somebody more important yeah it's interesting being up here with jensen it's like wow there's a lot of people in here i know and then it changes radically i had to introduce myself to the people that finally took their seat for his talk and there they go okay misha collins is demonstrating a pretty closed off body language right now uh especially after the hilarious tirade but i don't think that this is anything that we need to really look into based off everything that i've seen about misha collins thus far he actually like prefers to close off his body language a little bit and so i want you to think back to what i talked about a few minutes ago where i talked about averages if this is his average to start then we look at how it changes relative to that we don't just look at the fact that his body language is like this and say oh he must be super uncomfortable right now granted to throw some nuance your way he probably is pretty uncomfortable right now again this is a stressful situation but uh i think we'll see him open up a little bit later on all right i'm gonna leave you to it misha denver last thing i want to say is misha collins typically has pretty closed off like lower half body language as well he normally stands with his legs pretty close together and just in general his body language a little more closed off that's perfectly okay it's not like it's bad or anything like that i think i think a lot of people have a tendency to confuse the two when when body language is closed off they instinctively think this is like evil terrible uh you know like low value or whatever but i think that all those phrases and kind of labels are overused i think that if anything you can simply use this to learn a little bit more about the person's personality rather than label them as kind of like super badass or or not so misha collins is kind of counter or contradictorily uh both really cool and also really closed off and i think it's partly the fact that his body language is really closed off that actually makes it more endearing to people and makes him more likely to be i guess understood because most people have body language like this oh sorry we just have some kids running down the hallway i love those little buggers but uh not during my stream yeah uh we have uh we have kind of this interesting like dichotomy of where misha collins is super open and he's like this super lovable guy that makes a bunch of jokes but then his body language is actually really closed off but like i was saying earlier i don't think that necessarily means that it's bad doesn't mean that he's like some low value you know simp or whatever if you want to throw around these days if anything it just means that his personality is a lot more complex and nuanced than most people give him credit for so on to some more misha [Applause] hi everyone [Applause] oh it's so nice to be back missed you um [Applause] [Music] did some photos earlier today and there's this plexiglas wall and it was so many people that i was like oh it's so nice to see you i want to hug you and i kept stubbing my fingers against because i don't learn um but it really is nice to see everyone again so this is what i mean he's laid back he's casual he's having a great time and yet his body language is still pretty closed off now i want you to pay attention to the fact though that his legs did open up a little bit here whether or not that's going to remain is left to be seen but how many people here are new to conventions [Applause] alicia collins is an interesting tendency to walk around a lot more than both jared padillacy and jensen ackles as you'll see in the jared padalecki interview in a few minutes both him and jensen ackles typically just like pick a chair and they just chill there i think misha does that a little bit later on probably when his feet get tired yeah right about here but before like 25 minutes he's just walking around a lot and i think a part of this uh has to do with the fact that he's just looking for a way to blow off a little bit of steam like i said earlier pacifiers usually occur because you've hired the normal adrenaline or norepinephrine levels and you want to kind of move around and this is misha's own way of i guess releasing that steam valve while also not engaging in like a bunch of these super noticeable pacifiers so it's a lot more low key and it's a lot more i want to say relaxed um oh my that's shocking to me there were so many hands that just went up i thought these were all the old guard well welcome new people um you you have unwittingly joined a cult just so you know um and uh well we can talk about it later but we'll need you to renounce all of your relationships with your friends and family this is your new family yeah i love misha collins man he's great um one thing i will mention though is i'm pretty sure he's gripping the uh the mic pretty hard um i mean it's hard for us to tell just because the the quality of this is a little bit low and obviously the quality of the stream isn't perfect either but his knuckles look pretty white when they're gripping some usually somebody's knuckles are white while they're holding onto something they're exerting a fair bit of force uh enough force to like you know expel the blood on the on the surface or the back surface of their hand so you can usually tell if somebody's like gripping something really hard based off that and family don't end in blood but if you try to leave there will be blood oh that was ominous weird okay so he's actually taken a seat pretty early on and it looks like he'll sit for five minutes or four minutes and then he'll take off so let's see what happens here right off the bat we see uh he's engaging in a pacifier with his right hand presumably i'm assuming because there's usually a little bit of risk anytime somebody changes things whether they're seating or standing doing the transition between the two or uh whether they're like i don't know standing over there and then standing over in a different place or something like that there is always a little bit of stress associated with this he could fall he could trip he could do something like that uh and so anytime somebody has what i like to call a phase or a state change they usually engage in a pacifier of some sort his pacifier here is he's grabbing his taking his right hand and then he's rubbing uh his thigh and that's what a lot of people do in kind of high stress scenarios on point yeah but on point um oh i just want to take everyone's temperature how's how's everyone doing how how are you [Applause] i i've been working on this um kind of travel culture food show for pbs recently that hasn't yet aired and we see a little bit of that pacifier again with his left hand on his thigh now instead the reason why a lot of people will stroke their thighs up and down is just because the thighs are such a large swath of skin surface area i like to call it like the the school presentation effect if you look at kids right before they're about to go give a public presentation whatever what are they doing they're just rubbing their thighs non-stop and misha and a lot of other people do that as well um but we're traveling around the country seeing different places and uh i was just in detroit uh yesterday and detroit has all of these vacant lots and demolished houses and demolished buildings and boarded up storefronts and we'll scratch the head there that is a pacifier as well believe it or not and then he goes back to stroking his thigh yet as we explored detroit it was like there was this palpable feeling of optimism and opportunity and hope and i feel like collectively coming out of this pandemic and this shutdown and all of the loss and sacrifice that came along with it um it feels like there are buds that are beginning to open and optimism and hope are creeping back and this feels like that to me similar to jensen he took a risk there he was telling a story so at the beginning of that storytelling we saw a couple of those pacifiers at the end of his story when it was done and he was kind of waiting that half second for response pacifiers went up again he was stroking his thigh doing stuff like that looks like he got a decent reaction kind of tepid maybe not the perfect one he was looking for so his pacification is continuing um would anyone like to help me by asking me a question how about you i didn't think i'd get chosen and again there was a little bit of a phase change there he's going from kind of talking story wise about his own life to asking somebody else for a question when that happens we see a couple of pacifiers with his hands he kind of like goes to grip the mic and he's like hey should i really be gripping the mic or do i put my hand somewhere else that kind of confusion is usually when you're stressed out or nervous i didn't think i i know just again to demonstrate that okay that was about another 15 minutes for misha collins please everybody give it up for the lovely cast yell uh it was lovely i i very much like his character and i also think that he's just such a an icon to strive for for like i don't want to say introverted body language but i think that a lot of introverts that are also very self-confident and that have you know a lot of skill with the stuff do end up hovering around like misha collins body language and if that's what you're going for that's great because that is you know super laid back obviously a lot of people love it um yeah so leave it at that i'm gonna see if i can make this go on my face now i think it is yes it totally is okay cool uh next up is the lovely jared padalecki so i'm still working on formatting and stuff like that but i think i got it down after this uh and then the stream should be a little bit better maybe a little bit more smooth but jared padillacy is uh yeah i mean we all we all know the lovely jared padalecki he's in denver in this uh in this panel during 2021 so obviously covet tensions are still pretty high um i'm pretty sure this is the same one that misha collins was at uh at that interview so i mean more or less everything else looks the same but there's probably a different group of people there and uh yeah we'll see the reactions are probably gonna vary as well anyway let's dive into the lovely jared padalecki okay jensen you [Music] okay right off the bat big thing i want to mention when somebody's stressed out or somebody is nervous or like i said their adrenaline levels are a little bit high they react to things typically a lot faster so a good way for us to tell that jared is indeed nervous even though his badass and a cool comp collected character on the outside may not seem that way is look at how fast he reacts when uh his i guess kind of stage mate uh grips him on the uh on the shoulders [Music] so he sits down and then all of a sudden boom like an instant almost like this was the shining or something like that you know um his head the ring you know his head like 360 degree jumps over to him so usually any time that happens yeah people are a little bit more stressed out than they uh than they usually would like to be and they're moving really fast their hearts pumping a lot of blood in you know it's kind of why your body's in fight-or-flight mode to begin with okay so now jared's trying to get comfortable we see him change a lot of postural uh positions here totally normal especially the beginning of an interview in this case i'm pretty sure this is him actually just trying to get comfortable not necessarily him pacifying because of some grand spike and stress or something he's pretty used to these things i mentioned earlier i i guess i sh shrinked trended shrinkage so you're gonna see some angles today [Applause] okay a big thing jared really likes to do uh that handsome bastard is he likes to flip his hair back kind of like this that seems to be a really big pass far for him um in terms of like sheer uh i guess stimulation if it's very little the hair doesn't like super crazy stimulate or anything especially not where he plays with it but i think it's more so just uh as we grow we kind of uh we latch onto certain types of pacifiers and certain ways to show our nervousness and i think jared just kind of got into playing with his hair really early on probably because he carries a little bit longer as a result anytime that he's nervous or anything like that we see him flap that hair back and very prominent behavior we'll probably see several more times this interview another pacifier there was tugging his shirt down a lot of men like to do this women for some reason less so although they usually play with like their dress instead [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Laughter] [Music] all right sorry i'm something uh hi guys okay so i think what happened there because we did see a market change in his body language i think what happened there is that joke probably came just a little bit too played out it's no longer as funny they probably weren't getting as many laughs as they were for the first three so we see him like stroke his beard a bunch which is another pacifier that jared engages in quite a bit by the way uh so that's probably why immediately after he's like a crackhead wasn't that funny um anyway let's change topics [Music] [Applause] [Music] so a little bit of a pacifier there where do i start [Music] you're so pretty so pretty pretty i can only hear if y'all all say it once sorry that was hilarious [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] okay so he's picking somebody we have another like state change sort of instead of just joking around that they were doing and now it's time to kind of get serious answer a question somebody's asking again with the pacifiers right these things start to be very much like a pattern after the first couple times that you notice them and jared will do this very often i haven't actually watched any further than this but i can almost guarantee you it's gonna come up again yeah there you go he continues stroking up his uh his ear and kind of the back of his head it is it again that was an exclamation not a question hi oh hi um so i'm actually wondering i i've got two parts i don't know if this first bit is going to be allowed i am pregnant i know what the sex is but my mom and my sister do not i'm wondering if you would open this paper and tell them yes oh wow thank you all right so you are having [Music] what a troll for those who couldn't see what i said a girl in two boys she fell on the ground so we're gonna want to get her to a hospital to make sure that hey congratulations [Applause] i really love the supernatural crew sometimes so wholesome on the next ten months i'm just kidding that's amazing uh congratulations um where are we over here hi oh hi okay and what i was mentioning back earlier there about patterns we see again he state changes again now he's talking to somebody different obviously there's a lot of risk for screw-ups you know maybe the person's weird maybe their question is going to be really hard all sorts of things could happen and the second that we do we see him play with his hair once again my name is holly and i always wanted to ask you what it was like acting with your wife on walker funny great great i love her i'm so proud of her and so he's just about to answer another question when he does he makes a little joke and then we see that pacifier where he pulls his shirt down again another very common male pacifying behavior we're also seeing some stroking of the knee we're still trying to figure out the studios and networks and production offices and again safely do it in a time of coping and so i was they couldn't come to set to visit because of the testing and the regulations but i got to show her off to my uh crew and fellow cast when she was on set so i was so proud and um and then a couple months later the pilot aired and we were like all right we'll sit down and watch with tom and chef and um halfway during it we can't find chef and uh we're like oh god scrambling and jen finds him behind a tree and apparently the first he's crying if jeff the producer why do you want to kill you true story true so he's he's a he's in patient treatment right now uh it's been a year and change uh no it's it's awesome i'm so proud of her and to be with her and work with her and i thought i think she's awesome um so yeah good job [Applause] okay and that happens again so it's like literally every single time he switches he uh he does this big hair pacifier thing again uh and i think that that is probably that for this jared jared padilecki uh body language analysis cool i really like these conferences and i feel like i got a lot from them okay this should be back on my face now hopefully i think it is uh that was really cool i really enjoyed uh walking through all these various supernatural conventions or conferences i'm still super unclear on specifically what they are but uh but it was really cool seeing jared padalecki in his own kind of uh in his own environment he kind of owned the room when he walked in while also combining his charm with you know relatively confident body language uh jared sorry jensen ackles where he just like completely owns whatever room that he walks into so it's like hyper confident and then also seeing a couple of those tiny manifestations of his nervousness showing that jensen ackles is in fact to a human and then also contrasting all that with misha collins where misha collins body language is what probably a lot of people would consider to be smaller more closed off but his personality seems to make up for it quite a bit in that you know he talks a lot with his hands he makes these incredibly uh i mean he's a really funny guy but they're like his stories are so genuine wholesome and he's still also very charming and handsome so it's kind of like the best of both worlds if you think about it that way anyway this was a pretty rocky i think first start i think i didn't really understand how any of these buttons worked but over the course the last uh i don't know half hour 40 minutes or so i've become significantly more confident on this stream so pretty sure this format is going to be the one that i'm going to use for long format type stuff anytime we're doing like an extended body language breakdown anytime it's multiple people rather than just one i think i'm going to stick with this i'm also going to try and do my best to make something like weekly or bi-weekly so we do two or maybe uh one or two times per week i would really like to get into the habit of doing that and also taking on any requests that you lovely human beings have over the course of these body language analyses so i don't actually know how to check all the comments yeah so i got like two or three here i think one of them was unfortunately retracted but that's totally okay tenshu i am right there with you uh in future body language analysis if you guys have any uh specific people that you want me to do if you guys you know
