crowd seems excited nonetheless afterwards ailia and CF fight in the Mage category and C attacks ailia but she Dodges while chanting SII doesn't let her finish the chant and she manages to bind aelia with an earth spell ailia can't do anything now and she has no choice but to surrender CIF wins the match and Makoto thinks that at this rate CIF is going to win the Mage category a noble watching the match is not happy with one of the rembrand sisters winning it and he mentions that the girl must have used her family's wealth to acquire expensive equipment Lily states that he should not talk like this and she mentions that their fight was marvelous their desire to try new things instead of being satisfied with the current combat techniques is admirable and the the noble states that her fighting technique is not suitable for a soldier or a knight Lily states that their hero also uses his Mobility to dispatch enemies from the skies and she wonders if he thinks that this is underhanded other student in the ground and the student tries hard to get out but he can't and C finishes him off jean tells her that this was impressive and C mentions that she just scared him a little as he is we see e LOM gond angry at his defeat and he thinks that the Team Battle is still left and he will kill Jean in that the scene then cuts to the winners of each category fighting each other and Tomo mentions that CIF has the advantage in this fight Mio agrees with her and Makoto states that Jean might still have some tricks up his sleeve the fight then starts and CF traps Jean with a mud swamp spell and she finishes him with a fire spell with this she wins the entire tournament and Makoto thinks that now the Team Battle is the only thing left the scene then cuts to Makoto meeting rembrand at night and he tells him that he wasn't able to handle the matter at the merchant guilt and they have asked for Makoto to visit the guild tomorrow Makoto asks him to not worry about this and Rembrandt mentions that the dignitaries of every nation seem to have taken an interest in Makoto's company and his Day of Reckoning seems to be here the scene then cuts to the tournament venue the next day and the students are bummed after finding out that Makoto won't be able to join them for the tournament abelia is glad that at least Shiki will be watching the match and she then asks her realizes that only three of them will be able to fight and she mentions that this won't be enough to change the outcome the students then fight their first match and Lily states that it's like they with any weapon that they might need if an emergency situation arises we then see that Jean isumo and yuno are competing in the match and the rest are disappointed that they didn't get to compete Elan took the medicine and the student also gave him an amulet which could increase his magic resistance we see that the student was none other than Rona disguised as Karen fur and the story then returns to the fight between ilum Gand and Makoto's students isumo and yuno had to take care of the other six students while Jean keeps elung Gand busy and he notices that elung gan's attacks have gotten heavy beer seeing this Jee thinks that he can't hold back and he apologizes to the other two for taking on Elon gond without them we then see isumo and yuno taking care of the other students and yuno quickly manages to take out four of them while isumo takes out the remaining two yuno states that this just leaves elun gone and she notices that Jean has started fighting without them isumo notices that he is winning and they think that at this rate there won't be anything left for them to do Jean then takes out elon's armor little by little but we see that elan's dolls are hardly damaged isumo thinks that jyn's attack should be strong enough to knock out elung gond and we see that El gond is continuing to fight mindlessly The Spectators also think that there is something wrong with him but the referee doesn't stop the match saying that his dolls are hardly damaged El Gan then mentions that he is supposed to achieve his ideals with the hero and he asks Makoto to stay out of this Jean tells him that he is not Makoto and they continue fighting Jean mentions that the ideals of someone who fights dirty aren't worth hearing and he then asks yuno and isumo for help to finish this off he attacks El gond with his sword but elung gond catches the sword using his mouth and isumo uses a wind spell to send Elon Gan flying yuno then attacks him in midair and she finishes him off with an attack to the Head isumo mentions that this must have been an effective attack and yuno states that their current goal is to use this s's VI El gon's dolls are then destroyed and the referee announces jyn's group as the winner Mi then states that yo pulled some impressive moves out there and tomoa mentions that she will try them out herself one day Makoto is glad to see his students win and he thinks that he was worried about the magical medicine but it all worked out he then tries to go congratulate his students and check up on elung gond but he notices that some kind of dark Mana Gathering inside of elung gond and me that this alien Mana is binding to the old emotions in elan's memories Shiki tells Makoto that it's too late to save him as he is no longer a human and Makoto wonders who did this to him Shiki tells him that there is only one person who can do this and Makoto should know who it is Makoto wonders why would Rona do something like this as she complied with his request and Shiki asks him if she said that she wouldn't do anything in rosard Makoto states that she didn't and Shiki mentions that if this is the case then she would just say that she didn't break her promise he mentions that this is how demons operate and Makoto wonders if it was wrong for him to think that he can associate with demons tomoa mentions that demons aren't easy to get along with either and Mi wonders why everyone is trying to either deceive or use her master she mentions that they will pay for this and Makoto wonders if it is even possible for him to put his plan in motion with the current circumstances we then see that earlier he told Eva that he would like to retake her home land and he thinks that he wanted to restore K neon and hide everything related to himself and his company in that place but this might not be possible now Rona then thinks that her plan is proceeding well and she is happy that she even managed to catch the king of limia and Princess Lily in in rosard are going through the same thing as El gan the people in the arena are terrified to see what's happening to elun gond and Makoto wonders what's going on with him afterwards El gond transforms into a hideous monster and the people in the arena start to run away the people in the city going through the same thing as Elon gone transform into monsters as well and everyone in town is scared to see this and they try to flee wherever they can Shiki wonders if they should help out the students with this and Makoto tells him to wait and watch for a bit longer Eva and Lua then come to Makoto and they tell him that there are monsters all over the city the area around the five irons is in chaos and Evena states that they should prepare to flee as this area is dangerous as well Makoto is surprised that elung Gand wasn't their only Target and he thinks that he can probably quell this Outburst if he wants to but he should be careful he tells Eva and luria to calm down and he wonders if they have thought about the question of retaking their Homeland that he asked them earlier Eva mentions that the two of them are in agreement and she states that if the name of the enland and the land of the kale neon is the cost of starting things over there then they will gladly pay it Makoto mentions that this is great and he tells them that he will find a safe place for them right away he asks them to stay hidden until then and they leave we then see that the transformed Elon gond is feeding on his former teammates and aelia gives Jee a sword from Makoto Makoto then asks Shiki if there is a way to restore elung gond and Shiki stes that it's not impossible but it will be quite difficult and he is not inclined to try it Makoto tells him to verify the damage to the city instead and town in chaos and both heartless merchants and innocent towns folk are caught in the commotion if they fight for the outcome they desire in this situation then they will earn their gratitude and they will have a great reward waiting for them Shiki states that rewards aside some of the trading guilds who are against them might disappear under these circumstances and Mio mentions that this is great news and she states that they should take advantage of the situation to take out a few of the foolish Merchants tomoa states that they should save this Ploy for another day and she mentions that this time they are going to act as Heroes of justice and bring this commotion under control she mentions that they won't earn any gratitude if they work without anyone's knowledge and Makoto thinks that there is a certain logic to what tomoa is saying Shiki wonders what they should do about the demons as they might not like them acting to resolve this situation and tomoa wonders if Makoto still intends to associate with demons after this Makoto mentions that he does eventually but Rona tricked him and this means that are free to quell this commotion as long as they are not directly engaging with the demons afterwards IO tells Rona that she just ignored their strategy meeting and he mentions that she is starting to resemble Sophia Rona asks him to not compare her to Sophia and she wonders states that they should go now and Makoto mentions that he will give them some guards and he summons two missed lizards he states that they can just say that they used some magical equipment to summon them and rembrand and his wife leave with the Mist lizards Makoto then notices that the academy still hasn't dispatched any forces to deal with the monsters and the purple coats from the academy then arrive on the arena we find out that they are the Academy's most powerful Fighters and all of the purple coats use different element magic to attack the monster but only Fire magic works on the monster we see that it's immune to other magic magc elements and it can also absorb water attacks Makoto thinks that they are going to be in trouble if they only have a single fire spell at their command and the purple coats increase their Mana with the help of the goddess's blessing Makoto thinks that this won't change anything and the monster Hits the purple coats Shiki then tells Makoto that he has determined the situation in the city and he has telepathically confirmed with arys that there are around 50 monsters in town and the teleportation circles have been destroyed there is also some AIC disturbance and Makoto thinks that this is going to make things tough he is glad that telepathy is working around here and he notices that the purple coats have been wiped out seeing this Gene and the others wonder if they can beat a monster like this and Makoto thinks that they are completely disheartened Mio is disappointed to see this and she tells Shiki that he has been too easy on the students she mentions that he should have taught them to fight by making the most out of their strengths and broadening their perspectives and this reminds Makoto that he also has the option of using his Mana armor Makoto then tells moo and Shiki to instruct the students on how to fight and only intervene when they are about to be wiped out they understand and he then asks Tomo a to come knows of a safe location the Headmaster mentions that he does and Tomo asks him to think about that place and she will teleport them there the Headmaster states that it will be impossible to teleport so many people to a place which the Caster has never visited before and Makoto thinks that his reasoning is perfectly understandable as teleportation and telepathy are high level spells tomoa tells the Headmaster that she can really teleport them and lutto states that she should teleport him to the St first to show that her teleportation really works Makoto realized is that luto is pretending that he has never met them and offering himself as a guinea pig and Tomo asks him to step through the Mist here luto notices that there is a similar Mist on the stands and he jumps in and this teleports him to the stands this makes everyone realize that the skills of tomoa are real and L wonders if this is the power of the sword that she is carrying tomoa pretends that it is and this fools everyone and lto states that they should accept their offer everyone agrees and Elon gone 's father named algaro tells the king that they should also hurry up the king states that he can't leave as he has an obligation to see this through and he tells the others to go on without him algero mentions that he also can't leave his son behind and tomoa leaves with the rest of the people and she gives her sword to Makoto the king of limia asks Makoto if he can use that sword to teleport and Makoto states that he can the King asks him to take him down there and Joshua and algaro advise him against this but the king states that right now liian royalty is harming the academy and he has to do everything he can to stop this he mentions that there is a chance that ilum gond will return to his senses after hearing his father's voice and meanwhile we see that moo and Shiki are instructing the students on how to fight the monster Makoto then takes the king and the others closer to the arena and algaro and the King try to call out to El gond but they can't get through to him the king states that they still have to see this through and algara wonders if there is a magic medicine that can restore his son back to normal Makoto mentions that this is the first time he is seeing a mutation like this so he can't help him out the students then manage to cut one of Eun gan's hands but he regenerates it immediately and everyone is surprised to see this the monster then tries to attack them but Mitra stops IT and the other students go for an attack meanwhile Makoto notices that another monster has entered the arena and the soldiers with the King try to fight it but they are no match for it and they are defeated immediately Makoto then telepathically tells Shiki to help the injured in The Stance and he wonders what to do next but josua goes to fight the monster the monster almost gets him but Makoto uses his Mana armor to save him and after touching him he finds out that he is actually a girl she states that she will explain this later and Makoto hopes that this doesn't get him in trouble he then uses non-elemental magic to take out the monster and we see that everyone is all right we then see that the students are still fighting Elum gond and no matter how much damage they deal to him he regenerates instantly Mio tells them to use fire attacks as they are the only type of magic that will work on the monster and C tries to use a fire spell but the monster uses his Roar to paralyze the students abilia manages to save some of them from paralysis by using her barrier and she asks C if she can use her fire spell on her arrows C states that she can do that but the arrows will explode within 10 seconds and aelia states that it's fine she asks aumo to help her as well and she explains that Jean and the others will get caught in the fire spell if CIF uses it now so magically enchanting her arrows is the only option C then enchants aelia's arrows and aelia goes up in the air to get a good shot at the monster the monster throws one of its Fallen arms at her to bring her down but this only injures her and she lands her shot this attack wipes out the monster and everyone checks up on aelia to see if she is all right the scene then cuts to the safe house and lto asks tomoa if Makoto has finally decided to intervene in the Affairs of the world tomoa states that he might have and L mentions that Makoto underestimates his own strength he could have acted a long time ago and tomoa tells him that Makoto has his own experience and values L wonders if Makoto is going to undergo a major transformation soon and tomoa tells him that he hasn't changed dramatically on the inside right now lto thinks that this is disappointing but tomoa states that his abilities have already fully blossomed and even as a greater dragon lto can only scratch him litho is surprised that he has become that strong and he thinks that at this rate he might even become strong enough to kill the goddess one day afterwards we see Makoto apologizing to the king of limia for not being able to save one of their Knights and for what happened to el gond the king states that he has nothing to be sorry for and he mentions that both him and his students were excellent and he would love to employ them as mercenaries Makoto states that he is too kind and Joshua then impressed that they managed to pull it off he then commends Jean on his efforts and Jean states that he didn't really care about Elon gond but when it came to killing him he just couldn't do it Makoto tells him that this is a normal reaction as he was fighting a human not a demon and Jean wishes that they could have turned Elon gond back somehow he wonders if he is naive for thinking this and Makoto tells him that if he laments his naive T he can spend the rest of his time at the Academy to fix it but he believes that it's one of jyn's strengths Jee mentions that his naive T put others in he notices that it's coming from a brothel and he goes inside to check it out he finds a mutant attacking some prostitutes and he notices that one of them named Estelle is protecting the other prostitutes he tells her to evacuate while he takes care of this monster but Estelle asks him to evacuate her friends and she will handle things here Makoto informs her that he is an academy instructor and he states that he will meet up with her outside and he protects everyone using a barrier when the monster attacks seeing this Estelle evacuates with the other prostitutes and Makoto thinks that the women around here regularly purchase energy drinks from his store and since they are his regulars he will have to take good care of them he then fires a brid on the monster and he uses another fire spell on it this weakens the monster and it tries to self-destruct and Makoto protects himself with a barrier afterwards he leaves the building and he tells Estelle and the others that he has defeated the monster he notices that Estelle has gathered everyone who wants to evacuate and she asks him if he knows of any safe places Makoto tells her that the closest one is the slums and Estelle is hesitant to go there as that this is where all the demihumans live Makoto states that he knows some people there and they are coordinating the evacuation effort and he reveals that he is a merchant Estelle wonders if he works for the koha company and he states that he is the company's owner Estelle then tells him that they're Girls by revitalizing potions from his company all the time
