don't get out much right now it's really cool because the agent is like a friend's uncle and then this agent has also shown tori houses in the area too so and his daughter knows about xxl scrunchie as well which is really cool so i made her gift bag this is the agent so this is for her i don't know that's like a thank you gift i don't know i just felt like it i guess i'm gonna go to bed and then wake up and then sew and then get ready to go do you hear that you could barely hear it but my alarm's going off because it's time to change and go meet the agent to look at the warehouse so i'm gonna change okay let's go and i'm so excited but like nervous and i haven't worn this shirt in like so long and this jacket i haven't worn in like over a year [Music] i didn't even know what to wear because all i know to wear is to package and sew but let's go oh my god i never get to sit in the passenger seat but my dad is coming i'm so excited i already put his mask on i'm nervous why am i so building already in belleville oh my god we pulled out of the driveway i never get to sit in the passenger seat this is so fun yeah i got my mask i just don't like to wear it until the absolute last second and i like to take off my mask immediately in the zone of safety that i can take my mask off but yeah i brought my mask yeah my dad's reminding me to ask good questions i should probably ask i be bigger could be bigger i'm going to show you another one next door that's 1700 that basically falls on this wall here so it could all be connected so if you oh okay you could start at 17. grow into here oh cool and then we're going to uh we can develop this entire space here so we'll picture this empty whoa this is 1700 yeah 1700 and we have kitchenette in here already so that's rare not a lot of the units have that because the cafeteria exists yeah but that's existing so picture all this out now the big expense for our guys would be to put in a new front door so if you look out the window here you'll see the kingston general hospital space we just put that in have a look there's a precast staircase and this window is identical next door but they turned it into a door okay and then um this would be the space board if you don't want the app okay i like the window i have something for you for her i heard i said she said that she was going to come and meet me because she works for the tiles we'll change all these out okay we're going to put in all led lighting i'm more interested in getting what space is you know the best fit for you and then we'll put a proposal together this would all be your space you could have shelving storage and then there would be a secure door here would be another entry point for you okay okay here are dock doors for all of our shipments so this is considered common space so for instance if you got a big transport that came in yeah and delivering something they literally can use this oh just this will be gone within the next 30 days yeah so literally you're offloading and then you can go right into your space okay pretty easy yeah because we get shipments to our house and then we have to put it in the garage and then we have to unbox it and then we bring it all downstairs yeah i don't know this would be so much easier and it would be separated and secure yeah and there's cameras the building has got it's secure and you know like we've got people here this white trucks of amazon deliveries yeah guys in that office our county courier they do deliveries all over them sorry all right i tried arms here but it's i did i [Music] just wanted to point this out so about half a dozen of these throughout the site so if you wanted a private meeting with the team i'm so glad i emailed you because i would have never like known this was here this just shows you some of the different spaces that we've got uh these guys are utilizing the space they're another tenant of ours but this is about 3 000 square feet your heat your hydro your taxes all included it's one bill the only it's easier to tell you what we don't pay for yeah this is the working cafeteria so as soon as we come out of lockdown oh cool this is going to be open again so you get lunch here every day lunch into the gym oh yeah tenants have access to this for free all right so we got dad wants to come workout like i feel like i'm in university again but like it's really scary in here i watch too many i watch too many scary movies to be in here look at my feet they're getting scared but cool someone's in here right now i would i would die warehouse studio studio my dad's like i like the smaller space he definitely likes the smaller space because it is cheaper and the bigger space looks a little intimidating i just saw a missing earring you touched your because my dad's like who are you talking to in the big space if we needed to expand again then they can knock over that wall from the small space so then it would be even bigger and then i wouldn't have to like completely uplift and move at the youtuber what space they like my dad wants to know what space you guys like better space one or two but like i already chose two in my mind but which place do you guys like the second space costs double the price but then we'll have our own separate door we have a window guys i'm gonna be there all day every day not all day but you know i'm gonna need that window is gonna bring me life for five years it might be a four or five year lease but i'm down for that i'm down for that and for august my birthday month hello i'm so excited anyways come things in it just looks so messy we need more space i can't buy things in bulk really because like to the bulk that i want to buy because we don't have enough space more people and then next year in 2022 i want to move into my own house so i can't be working in my parents house living in my own house that's my plan for the next year and i'm really excited i can't wait to get the floor plan back i'm doing may as well but he also sent me the the floor plans of the one the bigger space and i already filled it up completely and i'm like damn so there's gonna be a spot to cut fabric by the window and then just like an entire wall of all the fabric because as you know right now all of our fabric is just upstairs in our upstairs closet right by the living room couch it's in a big shelf downstairs and i'm limiting myself to the amount of fabric that i'm buying because there's not enough room in this house to buy the fabric i want to buy which is fine for now but i could be saving so much more money if i bought more fabric at once so that's what i'm really looking forward to being able to buy peacefully in bulk some oil does this look cool watch me drop it [Music] i'll see you
