Stopping A Scammer in Real Time - Victim Saved!

what you are seeing right now is the computer of a victim who is currently in the process of getting scammed by a scammer running a refund scam typically refund scammers will impersonate companies like PayPal McAfee Norton or Geek Squad and send you an email saying that you have a service that is being renewed and that if you would like you can call them to cancel the service and get a refund which then the scammer would connect to your computer and try to drain all the funds in your bank account in today's video I managed to get connected to a scam victim that was being scammed in real time and stop the scammer from accessing his computer and financial information scammers usually have the upper hand in situations like this but today I turned the tables on the scammers and save someone from their cold-hearted scam so first I would like to give a little bit of context about how I actually managed to save this scam victim how I save this scam victim is that I was on the phone and talking to his camera as you can see on the screen right now he's having me set up and install any desk but while I was talking to this scammer I could hear that his microphone was actually picking up most of the other audio in the call center and in the back background I could hear another scammer doing exactly as the scammer that I'm talking to is and guiding a scam victim on installing any disk on his computer getting the ID and setting a password okay sir you have to give yourself to give you the password you have to write it down over there in a lower case C as in Charlie so what I did is I stalled this camera that I'm speaking to and instead of having this camera go and scam me I went and scanned that other scammer in the background by copying the victim's ID and the password that the victim set so then I could connect to the victims any desk page and stop the scam whatever you can just close it down so you have to exert sign and open up your new browser and login into your bank yeah once you're logged in into your bank please do let me know sir okay so what do you see right now um I see it says John C you have to close it that close it that is John C so if you couldn't tell I just connected to the scam victim's computer but there's a problem the scammer is also connected to the scam victim's computer through any desk so he has the exact same control that I do over the scam victim's computer and what I have to do now is I have to actually fight the scammer for control of the scam victim's computer as the scammer is trying to install screen connect and Screen connect is a horrible software that will allow the scammer to view the victim's computer hear the victim's microphone and do way more worse activities on the computer without the victim even knowing that the software is running and even worse on top of that every time the victim restarts his computer the software will already be running on the computer come on come on look at all these files see see the name see the see the name call me see the name do you see the name Stop opening [ __ ] Google Chrome no look at the name I'm saying he's a scammer come on [ __ ] oh you've come on come on come on come on no no no no no no no no yeah the text I can open the text area look at the text document look at the notepad look at the notepad look at the notepad look at the notepad don't close it look at it look at it look at the notepad no stop what are you doing look look I'm saying he's a scammer hang up on him hang up on him hang up on him so as you can see here I'm getting pretty frustrated because this scammer is just not giving me any ounce of control over this guy's computer and I don't think the guy realizes what's happening that I'm trying to send him messages saying hey this is a scam to the point where I'm putting files on his desktop that say call me it has my phone number he is a scammer and I'm opening those files and I'm pasting the text over and over and over again trying to get the guy to notice hey there's a scammer on your computer and it's just not working so what I eventually see is the scammer goes and has the guy open the little refund form that they like to do to get people's information and I said okay let's have this guy fill out the form and I'll watch him fill out the form and then I could get his phone number and actually call him I might be able to get their phone number here yeah the scammer is trying to tell them that I'm a hacker probably okay I'm gonna okay he's they're writing down their thing on the stupid fake refund form and I'm gonna I'm gonna snipe their phone number your call has been forwarded to an automated voice messaging system is not available you're being you're being scammed he's trying to scam you you need to turn off your computer you need to turn off your computer I'm trying I'm trying to call you I'm trying to call you that guy that you're you're talking to he's a scammer so as you can see there he did not pick up my phone call unfortunately so it's probably because he's on the phone with the scammer right now and he's just not taking in any other calls because I guess he doesn't still doesn't realize what's happening so I sent him a couple text messages and I'm hoping that it gets those but then in the meantime I go well you know what I'm actually live streaming this and he could hear my voice through the live stream so why don't I do this I go and I copy the link to my stream and I actually paste it on his computer and tried to bring up my live stream on his computer so he could hear me so what you're about to see is me pulling up the live stream on my computer and the echo that you hear is my voice coming through the live stream on his computer and then me hearing my own Voice through the any desk software that I'm connected to his computer on gosh damn it man listen to me listen to me that's a scammer hello can you hear me can you hear the stream can you hear somebody talking on your computer hello oh oh start watching start watching so everyone type your chat everyone type a chat type in chat type in chat type in chat everyone type in chat you're being scammed start watching start watching you're being scared it's a scammer you're talking to his camera you're talking to a scammer being scammed you need to hang up and turn off your computer you need to hang up and turn off your computer the guy the empty guy on the phone is a scammer you need to hang up and turn off your computer you need to hang up and turn off your com the Indian guy on the phone is a scammer he is a scammer you need to hang up on him he is a scammer he's a scammer you need to hang up do not open your bank do not open your bank that is a scammer you are speaking to a the audio play over the computer I know they heard what I said they heard what I said guys but they're still I don't know why they're still talking to this [ __ ] scammer so as you heard there I had my twitch audio coming through his computer for a little bit and then it looks like the scammer went and pressed pause on the live stream because the scammer is still connected to this guy's computer but I think the guy actually heard the live stream because right after this I called back again and I was actually able to get him to pick up the phone call so what you guys are about to hear is me telling the guy informing him of this scammer what the scammers trying to do and giving him information on how to actually get this scammer stuff off of his computer hello oh my gosh hello can you hear me yes yes the in the the man you were just speaking to on the phone is a scammer uh you you got to turn off your computer right now I'm sorry I know this is crazy I know this is coming out of nowhere but that that guy he he's a scammer and he he was connected to your computer you got to turn off your computer he's trying to steal your information that's one of my question is yes yeah you got it please turn it off quick quickly as possible please please who's that guy he he's a he's an he's an Indian scammer from India he calls people and he says um he probably said that you had like a or they sent you an email that you had some sort of charge or something or something like that yeah it's a it's complete fraud it's he's totally lying to you it's utter ah unbelievable did he get oh I'm a I'm a scambaiter basically what I was doing is I was I'm calling scammers and I heard him talking to you in the background while I was talking to another scammer and I copied the code that you gave him on that any desk thing so I copied the code and I connected the same time as him so I could warn you that it was a scam unbelievable and what was almost almost an hour yeah yeah it's I'm sorry I'm sorry I know this is like completely it's it must be like insane right now but yeah I've been trying to warn you and tell you that this this guy's he's trying to steal your money and I can I can tell you exactly how to get rid of the software and stuff that he put on your computer and make sure that he doesn't have access to it um okay well first thing is it connected to the internet I would disconnect it from the internet if you can I would I would disconnect the computer from the internet you may have now have to turn on turn on my computer now um it's okay first but before you turn it on is the computer connected through Wi-Fi or is it connected like with the cable it's connected on Wi-Fi okay can you turn your Wi-Fi off before you turn on the computer because once you turn on the computer and it's connected to the internet he's going to try and reconnect like right when that happens he's going to try and reconnect wow okay let me turn on the Wi-Fi okay [ __ ] scares let's [ __ ] go let's [ __ ] go [ __ ] [ __ ] scammers man [ __ ] them all let's [ __ ] go man let's [ __ ] go that's what I'm [ __ ] talking about man [ __ ] scammers [ __ ] that [ __ ] scammer bro he's about to try and steal this guy's information he was trying to have him log into his bank [ __ ] that scammer man [ __ ] that scammer holy crap oh my gosh he's turning off his Wi-Fi he's turning off his Wi-Fi oh yes hello can you call you back I got something come up I have your phone number here yeah I'm sorry oh you're gonna call me back or I have something come up so I have to do working on it and I have your phone number okay well I wouldn't I wouldn't turn your computer on uh because he he can still reconnect to it okay um I could I could I don't know how long you said you had something come out come up but I'm totally free I can tell you exactly how to remove what he installed on the on the computer so he doesn't have access to it okay can you give me the final name of something I can take a look on it I can search on it the well the software he he tried to install uh was was uh any desk was the first one and then he I'm not sure if he installed it or not but the the connectwise control would be the other one and the connectwise control there's like a certain process to go and disable it it's not going to show up in the control panel oh okay and the any desk program that should if he installed it it should show up in the control panel so you would go to your control panel I'm guessing you already know what that is and everything right um yes so you go in there it if it's if it's installed it'll show up in the control panel you can uninstall it if it's not in the control panel that means he just launched it so you should go to your downloads folder and delete any desk from your downloads and then I can send you I can actually does does your phone receive pictures I actually there's um I could send you a document that shows exactly how to remove the other software for you yeah yeah you can send it to my phone picture okay let me get that for you yeah because I I have a I actually as I said I've I call these guys all the time and I actually have there's actually a picture that I have that shows exactly how to disable that software and I'm not sure if he installed it or not but okay yeah yeah and I have a whole video on it too if you need me I have there there's like a full video explanation on it too let me get that you people can send me it okay yeah let me get this picture for you okay I've just sent that over which hopefully there it goes it just sent for my ended I hope that you just got that okay let me take a look yeah I got it awesome yeah so that's that's the step-by-step um each each line is another step so like remove screen connect and then go to Windows and uh like I said I can help you do any of this I know I'm sorry you said that something came up but you can call me at this number um yeah or the or the other number I can I can the number that I texted you from that one you could call me back on oh beautiful so if if I don't pick up for some reason you can text message me and I'll and I'll get a notification of that text message and then I could go ahead and give you a call okay hey thanks a lot thanks for your help did absolutely absolutely you have a good day man thank you you too bye-bye okay bye oh now you guys know how I feel with these situations so intense yes it is intense uh huh I've never I've never sniped one like that before I've never sniped one like that before I've never sniped one like that before oh my gosh I'm so glad I got he he literally he literally um this he literally the scammer literally had him going on his bank account yeah and I just checked his any desk and it's offline it's showing up as red so the guy's any desk isn't on let's [ __ ] go man so as you guys just heard we saved uh this is still editing this right now and going back through all this is still crazy we literally saved this guy right before the scammers had him log into his bank account we saved him literally right before that crucial step to where the scammers would have actually gotten into his bank account and get gotten his financial information it's it's insane um but so we actually do end up calling them back unfortunately these cowards they don't pick up the phone it's always like this you know when they get exposed or something like this or they get they get their crap handed back to them you know they don't want to talk about it because they're just cowards because at the end of the day all they do is steal money from people who don't really know what's happening like you can see in this example right here and they went straight for his bank account to try and get it whatever money they could if they could they were probably going to take all of his money I'm Gonna Leave You guys with this nice uh little voicemail that I left for them here but if you guys made it to this point of the video comment screw the scammers in the comment section below and I'll go through the comments and I'll like a couple of your guys's comments with that message in
