This is Chet with Sentry Builders. This a
a 30ft wide, 40ft deep building, we're doing for Gary and Cindy. They wanted to park their
motorhome and some other things inside. It's It's kind of a storage building for them. You can
see, we've got a 20ft deep concrete slab out here in the front, a place for them to park
when they are not inside the building. Our garage door installer is installing the garage
door, one of the last little points on the this building. I'm going to go inside for
just a minute. We're now inside this building. You can see Jack, our installer has got his
truck parked inside the building here. He's unloading the panels, getting ready to puts up this
14ft wide, 12ft high door on the endwall of the building. He does a great job for us.
We've been really pleased with everything he's done. It looks great, the doors always
look good, he just does just a super job for us. This door he is installing is a steel
pan door with insulation inserts. It's got some styrofoam insulation sandwiched between
the outer panel of the door and the inner. It's got about an R-6.6 insulating value to
it. Just finishing up this building, we've had our final inspection with the county already.
Everything passed, they didn't have any concerns or any problems, everything looks clean, everyting
looks clean. You can see our insulation is all tucked and pulled really tight. It looks
really nice in here. Again this is Chet Wilkins, outside of Show Low, AZ, doing a 30ft x 40ft
