I just replaced his steel door and I'm going to show you how I did it they were going to replace this door it's a rot it you can see how it's flat it down there it's bent rotted up here and we got a do is rip it out gets to get throught it down there so there's no no way to save it I could see the cement in here already so gonna rip it out replace it so now we're gonna look at it there wasn't really a whole lot hole in this door actually didn't even cement behind it they just had these door things and when they built it they built it actually what they did was they put the door in and built around it and these would hold the door so that was a good thing for me bad thing for time so now I gotta use this door this is where they gave me to put in and right in here I could see they got a couple straps to hold it in no this is what they gave us the bottom ones were rotted I'm just gonna bang them back I gotta find out what's in in here I measured where my door flanges are they didn't even filled up they didn't fill this in that's another thing good for me I'm dry fitting the door here's the inside of the door you see these uh these things right here that's the hold a door that is the only way to get behind here is they gotta take some of these block out there's no other way other than that the door fits perfect I fit my door in fit the door and I got to get these pins lined up where I wanted to go so when I put the in that's what I'm gonna be push the door now let's look at what I did there I got the door in right in here you can see the straps see the straps not only that now I can get behind here and I can fill this solid all the way up now because I'm a Mason and I put in a ton of these doors I'm not a door installer but I'm amazing and they built around these for years so I know the mechanics of it and I always put in a door well I always put the door together before because if you don't you might make a mistake you got to make sure all your lines you go up and down you got to go on the outside I'm gonna look on the outside and it closes good our lines are good now we got to do is fill it up how I'm doing is using some this kind of treatment that consistency anytime you want cement to stick to something you got a wetter first that's why I always wet everything first all the rocks that are going down there and everything that's what's gonna make that stick you know wet it ain't gonna stick want to fill that solid in there you didn't fill it solid last time I always do that white was so easy to get out get your rubber gloves make sure it's testing you're good just keep packing it in there tap this once in a while he'll settle in there got it all packed in I get a sponge of water and then clean it up a little bit before my next phase I get a couple block that's gonna fill in right up in here see that just like that then I put my wet at first sticks a little better and then just back they get my look at this plunge in the water sit the doors all in these would came with the door door spreaders all the other design to do is keep the door at a certain level or a certain space so that when you're putting it in it's not out of out of vices wit so they got a do this Kate chisel it up a little bit I want to come off they come right off like that now we're going to put the exam set saddle back down in here except we're going to bring it up a little bit just gonna use some cement all underneath it it's not an incident this is not an insulated building but just so all the critters don't get out and terrorize the neighborhood put this in here then we're going to go back and forth with the door Siward Fitz come up there a bit got to kind of make it work that's it the very last thing I'm going to do is drill in for the saddle put a plug in there like this row it though that's it but my plugs in I'm all done so doors in that's it everything's working
