Starting To Look Like A HOUSE!

I don't know what happened that is supposed to go up in that nice spot [Music] [Applause] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] welcome back guys you saw in our last video that we are one board short for completing the floor in the center section so we actually just got that done and we are now going to start building the two end walls yeah we're going to start building those in walls working our way up to the roof combining the two exterior walls onto the container so pretty much just encapsulating this whole Center space and then hopefully we can get the roof on this place yeah all right so apparently we didn't have a quite enough cut out of the shipping container so now I got a cut just a sliver off to make sure I'm flush with my walls so yeah we get to do my favorite past-time grinding I'll spare you guys on the jokes this time no grinding just [Music] alright guys this is the wall we're starting on first oh my god you plug it in off grade tip number 472 solar power only works if you're plugged into it let's go I just had to say something really quick just showing how much of a noob we both are like we need to cut right now that eighty seven and a half inches and Spencer has this issue so whenever he goes to cut so well here like okay I need will say eight foot seven inches he'll go or to hold her 87 inches which is obviously not right no so now like he's done it more than once like it's happened a few times so now I resume today we goes to mark something I always double check it cuz I'm like way too little eyes on this if you need to say three foot six inches it would be to be foot and then you mark up to six inches yeah but you go to look you could use three six let me just like does that oh it's awesome like are you sure it's eight foot seven inches or is it eighty seven inches like that happened a few times when we were doing the wall from the window framing we're gonna go to put a piece of wood in there and it'd be 5 inches sugar [Music] whoo-hoo looking good he's just kidding it looks so good also for anybody curious this on the back of my leg literally we were almost done with the floor and I went and I almost slipped through the floor and then I freaked out and I like fell backwards right there so that's what that is [Music] one down one to go [Music] [Music] [Music] whoosh I wanted to address something in this last video I had a comment said someone said I was a party pooper I don't want it to be known I would never poop in a party yep so our first wall is good I don't know what happened measurements were totally off this is trying to be real you guys know what happened so we're gonna need to reassess this that is supposed to go up in that nice spot [Music] you guys it is starting to look like a house this is so awesome how cool is this okay so Spencer is just finishing up that wall for today and if you can see the little bright dot in the center of the screen that is Mars that's so cool that the camera is picking it up Elon Musk's home planet and everybody know all right just about to start finishing nailing the swollen we'll have our first wall done so feels sturdy do you know what I just thought about do you remember when we were renovating the barn and we were sitting there and I was like world's most sturdy wall I mean here I have the world's most sturdy wall [Music] look how things have changed definitely improving okay you guys can see Spencer on the top what he's doing is loosening the bolts for that wall up there so we can push it into position and nail it and connect the egg wall over there no you're not stop Spencer stop it's not even connected you're not funny [Music] what do you guys think you don't have a measuring tape on him I swear you say something two things a Spencer always needs to have on him the measuring tape and the pencil and I always try to pop him in his pocket and he literally go get up there it'll be like where's the measuring tape and I'm like he's supposed to be on your body and he leaves it everywhere and it's my job to go on a scavenger hunt and find the materials I'm gonna get him a toolbar and I'm gonna super glue it to his body click clamp [Music] Suns coming up like the day before you're like a stone on my pillow I don't make a sound and I shut [Music] so now what Spencer is doing is just adding an extra two by six up on top of both of the walls up there to give them extra strength since they are load-bearing walls the TV have a Netflix balisong Kenny G saxophone bunch of food about your favorite music gone all the way baritone [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Applause]
