Starting from Scratch in a Minecraft Trailer-Like World! | Season 5 Begins

[Music] hey welcome back to our new season season five of our crafty World and Minecraft may look a little different to you we're using shaders and we have a few mods and I can't wait to play this season like this this looks a lot like the Minecraft trailers I know it's crazy are you guys excited so cool yeah yes I'm so excited I and I look a little bit different my our skins are pretty much the same except I put pants on instead of shorts oh you do have pants on I do have pants all right you guys we are in the middle of a field and I'm already slightly dying and so we need some food whoa down there yes we need some food wait I think we should go come back over here I think we should go this way yeah look like whoa wait no yeah look down here whoa whoa uh I didn't realize we were up so high low yeah I thought we were low we need food we need lots of food we also need to get a few tools and uh we need to get what else do we need we need um Iron we need our Stone we need all of our Basics and also you guys I want to challenge you guys this season we're gonna do things a little bit different usually we split up and we go different directions and we create our bases in different areas on places on in our Minecraft world and this time I want to challenge you guys this season we should stick together yes let's build a massive base together and also I don't want to build our base until we find a village oh yeah yeah we would be right next to villagers and we could make trading Farms yes I don't want to have to go and try to find the villagers and then bring them to our base the other thing I want to do is I don't want to trap the villagers into a trading Farm like we have done in every single pass just have them have their own houses yeah they need their own houses and we should let them wander around freely and let them be more happy we could even feed them and help them plant their crops and give them jobs but let them roam around freely does that sound like fun yeah that sounds way better I was giving you uh oh sorry no it's good I'm gonna make my own oh all right I'll use this one too we got some sticks and um we need we need some tools too and can someone help me let's go try to find her if I could near spawn oh you're near spawn okay did she I have no idea you didn't die did you no okay we're coming to get you and oh we need chickens we need these chickens oh I need lots of food come here little guy oh they explode when their feathers go everywhere it's so funny yeah I'm getting a little bit of food before I come get you Olivia um oh yeah get the Sheep we need the wool I've already got three wool you got three wool oh I can't Sprint anymore oh sorry ow did you hit me with a sword no it was my hand okay oh I found her oh good that's so crazy I thought we were down low but we're up really high oh there's a sheep right behind Olivia oh yeah we need that sheep we need all the wool because I think we're gonna have to sleep together we need to hurry because we're almost done with today the sun's starting to go down already oh I think this is gonna be so much more fun building together and building a huge village and a massive base and we can even share all of our inventory like diamonds and uh chicken oh yeah he's eating oh did you see that he was eating I can't run oh sorry you can't run you need food yeah here you go here's some food oh that's that's all the food oh I got a little I got a few more food okay okay let's go back down okay we're coming down here oh in a cow We need oh that's a horse and don't horses don't give you any meat let's go on an adventure and see if we can find a village oh yeah where are you guys at you already have a furnace yeah I can see you oh good just dig down and you can see you guys you can find Stone are you guys already down here mining getting iron uh I don't have an iron yet but I do have quite a bit of coal oh good we need to start making beds do we already have enough room I have two wool how much do you have Dad uh zero oh no I have two I have two Olivia how much wall do you have three a bad show which we'll do you have highly oh let's give all of the wool to Austin and then he can make the bets hurry the sun's going down let's see if we can find more sheep really quick I'm gonna go over here sorry sorry my bad so I'm sorry sorry I'm so sorry okay oh no I found oh I found a bunch of sheep over here lots of sheep okay how much okay there's one two ah three sorry sheep four sheep oh yes okay I have four sheep so I have four wool we need one more sheep yeah to make two more beds is that enough beds oh no not for everybody oh no how are we gonna do this oh I found more more sheep different colors too okay there's one here's oh I'm running out of meat I can't spray it I don't think it works I know we need two of the same color right yeah lots more sheep okay well someone could start making just a little a little base if we can't sleep tonight oh there's Hadley where are we going where are we supposed to go we're over here okay good I'm so glad I was gonna go the other direction oh really is that somebody does somebody already have a torch over there yeah oh it looks so cool from far away yes we have a little cave yeah oh this is perfect I love it it already seems very cozy okay wait who's who's making the who's making the beds here's here's some wool and I have a gray wall I need to eat I need more sheep is that not not enough beds 10 pieces of wool oh my they're gone I think that's all of her beds can we sleep yes that is enough is it yeah no it is wait oh there is this yay wow I think that's the first time we've ever had enough beds in the first night seriously okay everybody grab their own bed oh yeah okay I'm gonna cook some cook some meat really quick too I think where do you want to go is it a village is it a Pillager yes and we just gotta get up now oh it's raining now oh no yeah we're like oh yeah yes we found a pillow job oh look how wet the the blocks actually look wet with this mod and the Shader oh oh I'm almost there I still can't believe how wet and how shiny the blocks look when it's raining I know it's so cool well there's what kind of a village is this what kind of building is this come down here though look how wacky this nether portal is over here where behind you behind me this way over here look down there it's like what the that is the weirdest ruined portal I've ever seen what the I guess on this one you can make isn't there usually a chest yeah there's usually a chest but there isn't a chest this time I don't see a chest what the look how far it goes down it's on the other side of the ruined portal I could see you guys down there there's all the way down there hey can we yeah oh yes I can see far now oh I could see the little farmer working in the rain and there's Olivia and there's even cows up here that are stuck in their little in a little farm fence on top of this hill Oh and an iron golem is such a weird Village yeah I know I think it's even better this is the best place to start our main base our big base and we can even use the villagers that are already here this is a huge path over here on this side except I don't see any more houses over here were there any down there all the way down there whoa oh yes I do have food let's start cooking more food so that it there you go oh we already have a special villager with a brewing stand right here we have uh what kind of clerics cleric villager right here inside of the tower this is a cool cave underneath yeah there's a ginormous cake uh beneath the awesome really okay I think this is the best place to start I can't believe we found it so quickly this is amazing and this is gonna be a lot of fun to build around we could build little staircases that come up we could also build what uh do you already have a cat a pet cat yeah it's so cute what's its name I don't know yet they meant George George so let's set up base and what do you think the first thing we should do now that we're here we need to get supplies or what yeah we need to get some more food we need more food for sure and then go mining M to mine in so let's set up a mine let's also find some food we could also start building our chest so that we can start sharing the inventory I know one heart so this little cat it's looking its paws so cute so cute foreign I'm gonna make our first chest right here next to our stove or furnace and also our crafting table and this is where we can start already add in or emptying out our inventory so that we have more room yes nice we already have a second furnace too we can split another crafting table not a craft that would double the crafting table good job Liz step five this is so cool okay now that the sun is out I'm gonna go explore just a little bit more so you guys said that there's village houses down here further just one oh there's this one right here all right hi Mr Village oh and it still looks like the blocks are still wet from the rain and we got a little farm right here I really think that the Shader and these Mods make Minecraft look so much different even though it still feels like Minecraft it doesn't change it too much it feels like we're playing in the Minecraft trailer which is super cool I found another Village house down here yeah this is actually kind of a small village do we have at least two villagers yeah we have way more than two villagers we have more than two they came out they came out of their houses oh okay good that's all we need we need at least two so that we can uh make a few more villagers it is kind of a pain climbing up the the mountains so we're gonna have to try to figure out where the stairs go oh here are the two villagers right here they're just chilling and talking hey what's up guys yeah things are getting in on the conversation yeah I think they're a little suspicious definitely definitely a little suspicious but Olivia's chatting it up what's he saying the Liz let's see hello how's your day [Laughter] oh oh the Golem saws he's coming to make sure that everything's cool up here we should name the gollum what do you think we should name him follow me follow me I like calling me I am going to go on a little mining trip oh yeah is this the mountain you're talking about yes come inside okay I'm gonna die okay we got it we should set up our spawn point right outside it because this is gonna be crazy really yeah okay okay why do I hear zombies maybe because they're like right next to a cave whoa whoa is that water down below us yeah okay is this where you put your bed are we gonna put our spawn right here yeah um that's okay you stay either because this might be a little dangerous where are you going I'm just going over here oh you're just what well is that all water oh this is all water are there little whoa there's so much to explore I'm dead oh I landed in water whoa you landed in water I landed in water but there's so much stuff down here I gotta oh I that's so dark I can't see anything I'm just trying to go up I I think I'm going up yep nope hey yeah you could come back down and got all those zombies you you got them all are you yeah down there where I am yeah I'm all the way down here no there's a zombie down here yeah all the way down oh you got him okay I'm coming there's iron we need some torches I don't have any torches do you have some yeah I mean oh wait there's the skeleton let me get the skeleton yes more iron oh over here too lots of iron let me make you some torches we're just gonna light this place up our friends that are watching probably can't see very well I thought this was uh iron it's gold there we go you have an iron pickaxe oh I totally forgot oh no it's been a while um okay anyways oh just ignore that maybe we can edit that out oh and we got lots lots of mobs over here huh oh that's a lot that's a lot okay keep them away I'm I'm half hearts oh okay okay you need your food what behind you maybe uh I'll go get Olivia and bring her back Olivia do you want to come with us and explore the cave yes yes okay I I'm coming creeper about Olivia I made it back to you yay hey I missed you and we left you all alone back here at the Village do you want to come see the big cave that we found and I think Jack has a surprise for us the sun's going down so we need to hurry do you have a bed with you uh yeah okay good oh you got a pink one yeah awesome okay you follow me and uh we also you also need lots of food yes I think it's this way now that it's night time it's harder to see yeah there it is there's the mountain whoa okay place your bed right here next to mine and let's go to sleep nice okay we have some all right I'm going to we're going to leave the iron here don't let me forget that the iron is here I have an iron pickaxe and now we need to work our way down to Jack so we're gonna follow each other you come with me Olivia there's water down this way so we're gonna jump into the oh pool right here and then we're gonna climb up this waterfall yes good job baby lives and then we're gonna come over here where the Torches and we're gonna fall down here be careful go down the waterfall and then you won't get hurt yes are you coming Liz wow that was a long fall good job okay now which way do we go oh there you are yes yes that's so cool came up here Hadley come this way Austin come let's follow Jack but you already have armor and a shield oh we're going down this way yep all the way down here look how long this cave is whoa eat the pokies don't touch the Pokemon look at this [Applause] wow look at these crystals they sparkle yes okay let's break the big ones the big ones leave the little ones and it's okay if we get these purple blocks right what are the ones with us oh yeah the cracks these little cracks we want to leave because then the crystals can grow back there we go well that's where we're gonna end today's first episode man we got a lot done we found a village we got an amethyst we got iron yeah yeah and we all have beds I think that's actually more valuable than the amethyst we each have a bed so we can go to sleep at night the village is pretty cool I love that it's on this awesome cliff and we're gonna find some really cool uh caves I I really want to find the warden again I especially think that the ancient what is it called ancient cities ancient cities yeah oh I need that what the ancient cities are gonna be amazing with these shaders on did you guys have fun yeah and I can't wait to defeat the Ender Dragon and all kinds of things and uh I can't wait to see the nether with these shaders I hope you had a lot of fun watching us in our first episode of season five and we'll see you later goodbye oh sorry
