Starfield - Install Mods - Xbox Gamepass - 100% WORKING - Nexus - Vortex - .ini file edit

okay so today this is just a quick tutorial on how to get your mods working specifically for games pass because I've had problems following other tutorials but I've managed to get them working now what we need to do this is going to be using Nexus mods and once you've got Vortex which is the mod manager installed so this is a fresh installed no uh mods uh you need to locate a mod that you want um this is a good one uh star UI which gives you various different stats and stuff on your inventory and you download through Vortex here uh just click on a slow download [Music] and this should add to your um Vortex location uh your Vortex mod manager and it's not pretty intuitive how you install it you have to click read me and then click finish and now that's added now it won't be ready to go uh right away there's just one other thing that we have to do we have to edit the any files so you need to search in Nexus mods for Starfield custom any it's this one here or just the little scribble um and you do a manual um and then that'll save it to your downloads folder and then you just extract it and you'll be presented with this folder here which has custom Starfield custom what we need to do with this is we need to copy it and now this is going to be pasted in it's not the same places that your mod is mods are installed it's actually um in your documents folder so you go documents my games star field and you're just going to paste it here and you're going to replace this custom style filled custom so this is what your folder should look like um have the at least these two things in here um now also once you initially launch up uh Vortex It'll ask for installation locations now where I've already used Vortex before it didn't prompt me with that but I'll show you just on here the location of where you actually install the mods so I'm just going to set location manually um and now it's here Windows Xbox games Star field content the folder actually looks like this Starfield content it contains your Starfield EXE the application file that's the location of where they need to be installed your mods need to be installed so that's fine that's all looking okay and now I will launch up the Starfield itself just to check that this has worked I appreciate it if you would subscribe if this has helped out that'd be great now and this is a great mod it shows you various different stats as you'll see um which is a great quality of life improvements I do recommend this one once we get into the actual game let's go continue come on taking its time foreign and we'll go to inventory and there we go you can see that it's working sounded like mass and stuff to it uh yeah so you can um that's how you basically enable your mods on Starfield and yeah drop us a like subscribe if you can that'd be great cheers and see you on the next one
