StarField - How to Set Up An Outpost Beacon On A POI! (NO MODS)

how's it going everyone my name is St Fri and today I'm going to be showing you guys how to claim yourself a point of interest in Starfield you don't know already The Outpost building in this game is pretty lackl lasting and honestly the pois are way better looking than what you can actually do with an outpost you can take you one try can take you three tries so with that being said let's go ahead and hop into this tutorial all right so I'm going to be using this abandoned relay or this deserted relay station as a example so you pretty much just want to look up scanner and have your Outpost building ready so you pretty much want to get as close to the POI as you can get until you see the area is restricted so you kind of want to get into the area between these two of the restricted into the buildable and you kind of want to just fake place The Outpost in the buildable section and hurry up and try to look a little bit ahead but just bear with me give you some patience eventually be able to get your beacon closer and closer to the P1 so let's get right into it all right so I'm kind of shocked at I was able to get that first try not going to lie so as you can see I was able to place the beacon and it actually went into the py area I guess the restricted area and it pretty much once it hits that restricted area it pretty much eliminates that entire restricted area so we currently only have this entire circle claimed but we want that POI so what do we do delete The Outpost get closer to the py and as you can see you can place your beacon much closer to the py to the point of where the entire circle is around the piy and that ladies and gentlemen is how you can claim yourself a point of Interest yeah so hopefully this works for you guys like I said give give it some patience and time it is a little finicky I'm just going to work them I didn't mean to do that for if you really wanted to you can get rid of that entire mountain and just have those things floating that is definitely interesting so yeah so it looks like you get rid of a lot of these different like rocks onto thei including these giant rocks right here like they're literally just Vanishing so you can just have this area wide open just boom really wanted to that being said hopefully this method works for you guys as you saw I have this one claimed and you guys just saw we just did that POI over there and on my own free time I did another POI so it did work three times consistent so I'm hoping this method just works all across different planets all across different pis so on this planet right here I was actually able to claim my very first POI this was a few months ago and right here legendary containers built into the POI is actually infinite so if we open up this you'll see the mass pretty much infinite so we have 109 legendary items in here I pretty much just been collecting every legendary item and tossing it in here except for that one pistol so all the containers are pretty much infinite so like this one has almost a thousand items like I just been storing random weapons random Armor All My helmets All My Apparel so it's definitely useful for then this one right here we have 262 different resources the actual Outpost I built myself I kind of liked it but with this new method I found I'm definitely going to be making a new Outpost let me kind of just show you the inside real quick just here for a chat glad to see your back in one to transfer all my companions over to the new pleas do respawn depending on where I place these guys at they should technically defend my base if they ever do respawn so that should also be pretty cool so even if enemies respawn on my Outpost I'm still going to have my companion they're ready to fight so that's going to be very very cool to see in action hello thing up here is pretty much empty I haven't really decorated much and yeah so this is my very first Outpost pretty much it for this POI like I said abandoned POI nothing really interesting oh I think I might have done it I think I might have done it and like right here let enter the thing so we have this entire o this is actually a cool looking POI so as you guys can see it has worked with the civilian Outpost this is actually a pretty cool looking Outpost too or I keep I keep saying now I mean I guess it's technically not poost now but this is a cool looking point of Interest really a well I guess it's technically not a civilian Outpost anymore cuz I'm guessing these bounty hunters killed them so let's actually go ahead and check the inside of these buildings just to triple check to see if there's actually any civilians uh it looks pretty empty so I want to say oh that is very cool oh this is kind of cool you have like this glass floor right here that kind of sees through into the water if you really wanted to you can make this like a little hangout lounge or something you put like a workstation here in a little hangout area or something oh I think they found me I have bounty hunters after me right now they actually don't see me it's kind of funny all right maybe I spoke too soon cuz we're heading straight into here yeah so unfortunately o this looks very cool oh man see like stuff like this already makes this look very cool eliminate
