skill crane mr krabs buys a crane game and puts it in the krusty krab knowing that sooner or later the machine will pay for itself while spongebob wins the game over and over effortlessly squidward fails non-stop to the degree that it torments him when he goes home for the day after trying to sleep it off he snaps grabs his piggy bank and rushes back to the restaurant with hopes to finally win something now it happens in less than a second but during the bubble transition if you look at the bottom of the screen you can see a blue background with the words rough draft korea in case you don't know rough draft korea is the name of one of the production studios that animates spongebob episodes looks like they forgot to crop this watermark out or draw over top of it [Music] oops [Music] the ongoing mermaid man and barnacle boy episodes always tend to be a nice treat in the fifth installment of these particular episodes barnacle boy gets fed up with being treated like a kid despite the fact that he's 68 years old after getting mocked by everybody at the krusty krab he changes his name to barnacle man and joins up with villains man ray and the dirty bubble when an action news segment pops up on a tv it's revealed that the troublesome trio's group name is e-v-i-l which stands for every villain is lemons now even though this is hilarious there's a small typo here and no it's not the use of the word is which is absolutely part of the joke if you look at the word villain the i and the a are reversed making the word villian while that mistake is more than likely unintentional it only adds to the charm this scene has and we love it these three have named their new alliance every villain is lemons otherwise known as evil anybody up for a halloween episode let's get spooky with season 8's ghoul fools spongebob and patrick are on a hill overlooking bikini bottom when a rather menacing ship lands next to the city patrick believes it's a stupid haunted house and runs to go explore it while spongebob follows once they enter they find the ship is haunted by ghost pirates and meet their captain lord poltergeist after being told the ship needs a new head gasket the captain steals their souls and tells them to get a new one within 24 hours or they'll lose their souls forever as he explains this he walks by a calendar flipped to the month of october which is where the error shows up the calendar only has 6 days in a week and halloween is marked on the day after october 31st talk about being dazed and confused am i right let's see here three weeks from thursday forever um can we run screaming in horror from your ship now mr ghost pirates say why certainly speaking of holidays let's knock out a christmas one while we're at it in the season 2 episode christmas who sandy puts lights on one of her trees and spongebob gets scared thinking it's a fire upon learning that people from bikini bottom have never experienced christmas she explains the concept to spongebob who then passes it along to mr krabs squidward and patrick all but one of them bet you can't guess who it is start writing letters to santa claus when patrick rips his paper accidentally as he walks over to ask for another one we can see that spongebob shoes are completely transparent spongebob i ripped my paper could i have another one here buddy here you go okey dokey squidward sometimes when you have a show that runs as long as spongebob has you're bound to have some minor inconsistencies over time a good example of this would be in the season 9 episode mall girl pearl it starts with pearl wanting to get a job at the mall because all of her friends work there when she runs down to tell mr krabs he quickly takes his wallet out and swallows it out of fear of her asking for money now in the brief few frames we see his wallet open you can see his driver's license with the birth date september 25th 1960 and the home address of 2219 anchor street however if we go all the way back to the season 1 episode sleepy time we see that his birthday is november 30th 1942 and his address is 3541 way it feels worth mentioning though that in sleepy time the scene we see his wallet is in a dream and dreams typically get a little fishy with details like that we on the other hand don't think it runs that deep mistake or being sly let us know what you think down below i have no idea pearly wow you look real good with a mustache mr krabs never mind that boy ready the net season 11's shopping list wastes no time getting to its plot setup spongebob and sandy are tasked with getting ingredients for the krabby patty formula and as always those three words never fail to summon plankton in his mischievous plans as he listens to their conversation through a metal arm with the speaker the krusty krab sign in the background is missing while it would be a little obscured due to the giant arm there's absolutely no traces of it whatsoever a shopping list we're running low on secret ingredients i need you to go shopping but be careful not to lose the list if you know who gets his hands on it he'll know what goes into the krabby patty lately thanks for the wig no problem [Music] tentacle vision the first episode of season seven starts off with squidward learning that just about anybody can get a tv show on bikini bottom public access he frantically calls them up begs for a show and squidward chat makes it live on the air then spongebob and patrick crash it naturally in squidward's desperate attempts to quiet them down he ties patrick to the camera so he can be the cameraman and give spongebob the boom mic but in the end everyone from pearl to plankton barge in and make the show about themselves when squidward finally snaps and all of them turn around to look at him patrick is no longer tied to the camera and has completely disappeared what do you think this is huh some kind of housewarming did somebody say housewarming summer is coming and here to stay in the season six episode sun bleached spongebob and patrick go to the beach and run into craig mamilton the tanist man on television he announces that he's throwing a giant party and that everyone's invited except for our duo of goofs because they don't have tans patrick then turns his house into a tanning machine and they make their way to the bikini bottom summer shin dig oh sorry i meant the bikini bottom summer shinding yes the entrance to the party has a typo on the giant sign how about that [Music] in season 9 squirrel record sandy shows spongebob a book of world records and says she wants to beat all of them no holds barred after trying their luck at rooting around in a trash bin and longest tongue they aim at eating the most chum which is of course so awful that it incapacitates sandy after just one bite spongebob then revives her by giving her a krabby patty he kept in his wallet as he moves it around though we can see bubbles floating away from his arm despite the fact they're in her tree dome i know just what you need krabby patty [Applause] don't you
