SpeedBenchy 100KRPM FAN TEST

[Music] for [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] oh I oh [Music] [Music] [Music] oh okay so what we have here is um this is a new 100K 100 RPM 100,000 RPM fan a small little brushless fan it's making about twice as much pressure out of the same duct as the CPAP and the fan speed for this Beni is is only about 45% um you would think that that's [Music] better I mean it is for cooling it does cool more but it makes it harder to slice because that pressure it it kind of Rapid cools too fast so I really like the lower pressure of the CPAP or I need to in increase my outlet size to drop that pressure down um this should be 6 minutes and 30 seconds maybe 6:35 it's it's not a it's not meant to be a a speed breaker I just was trying to get a quality benie at that speed um let me uh [Music] [Music] so some of the problems that I have with the higher pressure is it it literally wants to make the the Beni come off the plate uh I had to add some glue stick here so now this is 475 mm a second it's 60,000 acceleration at 65 Square corner and it's printed at 255° C I think the temperature could go down a little bit um this this stack was only about 60% speed the quality is pretty decent um especially at 60,000 acceleration so it does work but I think it would work better if I had less pressure so this is this is putting out about um 45 gram of force and the CPAP was putting out uh 20 20 G of force something like that and so it seems like now that I've set my fan speeds in the 20 G of force range it seems to print better or more like the CPAP so I'll have to design a different duct um because this the cooling is more sensitive that pressure is is more sensitive and this 100,000 uh RPM fan it's very responsive to speed changes um so you don't have to worry about spool up it it's making it quick anyway so that's my first test here with the with the new fan duct
