Special: Fighting As An ARCHER In The Kings Army

troll loose over 420 soldiers are on today's Battlefield we're going to feature one of the coolest Cavalry Chargers I've ever seen and for the first time ever I'm playing with The Archers [Music] today I'll welcome you to the battlefield Plateau de sac we're going to start by looking at the enemy's strength on the Scout report the enemy Army will have between 15 and 18 Cavalry between 18 and 25 archers and around 165 infantry enemy strength totals 210 time for the battle map the enemy Coalition forces are camped at The Far Side Of The Gorge the bury and allies are on this side looking at the three strategic areas the a flag is on the canyon floor furthest from our Spore point then we have the sea flag which is on the narrow bridge that crosses the canyon and then finally we have the B flag closest to our spawn at the large farm so here we are moving out with the Archer Detachment on our way to the first objective the C point it doesn't matter how big your army is the sea point is a narrow bridge which makes for some tough fighting both armies will make their way to the center of the map the Coalition forces will arrive there first as the shield walls Clash The Archers will do a wide and dangerous flank down into the canyon floor to come up from the rear of the enemy foreign the bridges in sight and enemy infantry can be seen capturing the sea objective I'm inaccurate and out of sync but the archers let loose their first volley our infantry moves up and the enemy archers return fire the experienced Archer Captain Percival knows it's going to be a long fight he tells us to save our arrows and take cover behind the shields the Battle Is Well underway as the heavy infantry of both sides clash in the middle as they struggle to capture the sea objective each flag you see represents another unit of infantry more of our soldiers joined the Crush in the center we have given the order to fire at will but we have to fire sparingly away from the cover of shields we are Target for the enemy archers couple of enemy mounted units try and charge us from behind but they had been chased by our own cavalry Captain Percival rallies The Archers to take cover behind the rocks from here we have a better angle and we can see more of the enemy archers unfortunately you're not going to see professional archery from me I do get quite a few nice shots throughout the game Captain Percival orders us to ceasefire and regroup as we make our risky and large flank by the time we get down to the canyon floor the enemy archers are aware of our movements and begin to fire on us from above we need to zigzag the hard part as we need to make our way uphill Under Fire who arrows and I'm very low HP we take turns giving covering fire whilst the rest of the archers catch up we reached the top of the hill and friendly Cavalry are also with us however there's too many infantry with Spears blocking the path and the Cavalry cannot charge yet so we advance forward and pepper the Infantry with arrows so they have to raise their Shields and lower their weapons the time is right send in the cavalry at this point both teams have the same number of soldiers but watch the Coalition forces numbers drop as the Cavalry smashes into their formations and they scramble to stay alive we continue to shoot arrows into the rear of their formation and the Infantry have had just about enough and they charge us I lose my last Arrow so I drop my bow and do the only thing left I get out my sword the enemy infantry lose some of the cohesion as our coverage charge back from the other side of the bridge Now's the Time to charge in ourselves accidentally by Captain Percival takes me out with the sword swing but the Fight Continues as enemy infantry come off the bridge followed closely behind by our own infantry the nail in the coffin The Archers are hidden and waiting for orders the next conflict is going to happen at the large farm at the B objective being closest to our spawn the Bri Army makes its way directly to the objective and secures the area due to being hidden I'm not exactly sure which path to Coalition take but to take one of these as they make their way towards the objective somehow the Bri Army finds themselves over the river and the two battle lines are drawn around there the route The Archers take is hidden by trees as we move along to the rocks and have an overview of the farm enemy cover is spotted on a large flank we quickly move up and hide among the rocks we continue to spy and report on the position of the enemy Cavalry in the woods eventually they turn around and race down the hill and they are soon engaged by our own cavalry soon we start to see infantry joining the Cavalry fight and then the rest of the enemy Army there appears to be one enemy unit doing a large flank they haven't spotted us yet to capture personal takes advantage of our initiative we made some good Flesh Wounds but it's almost impossible to get a shot in when the shields were up from this range we're told the ceasefire and we make our way down along the ridge where the two armies are facing off over the river from here we have a beautiful view down the length of the exposed enemy flank and what I could see it looks like our army is split in two the larger Force seems to be neglecting the bridge and going around The Far Side fighting seems to be breaking out around the farm will use the advantage of the bridge to take any shot that presents itself I'm sorry I did warn you you're not going to see an expert Marksman today but the archers I'm with are seasoned veterans eventually some infantry clock on that were on the Ridge and are fed up of our bombardment of arrows and they make their way up and engage us we move up to the top of the hill and this is where we make our stand anything archers can do to delay an infantry unit is classed as a success better armor weapons and a shield we do what we can with what we got [Applause] I go down and shortly after the rest of the Archer unit the fight over the objective of the large farm is dire as our infantry are fighting for their lives but they seems to be outnumbered by the enemy and slowly but surely they will get whittled down and defeated the enemy take this round we march on to the next battle again at the sea objective both armies March to the center of the map the Coalition will beat us there again this time a unit of infantry from the Coalition will break off through the canyon and meet us where we went on our flank last time we will be there waiting as the enemy make their way quickly to the objective we let loose two very long-range volleys [Music] we place our bows on our back to move faster as we move to a new position the crush of infantry has begun it's a strange feeling watching the battle unfold from such a different angle I'm used to being on the front line with the Infantry whilst we are repositioning we notice the enemy infantry coming up the stairs and we turn around quickly we let loose some arrows as we also call for some of our own infantry to help us out we Reign arrows down their position they don't seem to be moving forward or backwards this is when the Holy Pilgrim Warriors of the bre the order of the lake charge into their ranks fanatical religious Warriors who all use two-handed weapons along with our arrows and put fear into the enemy as they slowly pull back we make our way to the edge of the ridge to get a better shot on the enemy on the stairs there appears to be a road Cavalry Man attacking our rear and there's also archers on the canyon floor shooting back at us this is my worst moment of the entire battle just watch for team damage all right [Music] two team hits two team kills now the enemy flank has been dealt with we've moved back to the center of the map this is one of the best parts of the entire game you'll see why Captain Percival orders us onto the bridge As We join the Infantry on the front lines bodies and weapons lit to the floor as we make our way to the densely packed soldiers Captain Percival orders us to draw our swords and form a column we then ordered to push and punch a whole fruit into the Enemy Lines this may seem like suicide for a bunch of archers with low armor and without Shields but the plan is all coming together keep pushing I didn't even know it was possible absolute amazing play by the Cavalry and great teamwork from the Infantry working together with the archers to push through to do maximal damage at the perfect time and the battle goes into absolute chaos as all of our forces are high in morale as we charge forward into the enemy now uncohesive confused and scared ranks as we charge forward for victory as the battle is being finished off I searched the ground of the battlefield the Bri have a point system where if you capture an enemy flag and you survive to the end of a Victorious round you get a point however the flag that I do manage to find is the flag of my infantry unit I will be having words with them Now quickly moving on to the next round once again it's at the B large farm on the right hand side of the map closest to our spawn the main batonian and Ally Army will make their way directly to the B objective but the archers will go right over the cliffs around the farmhouses over the river and hide in the fields the enemy would take the long way round as they Advance over the fields behind the mill and they will make their way down to the center B point where the battle lines will be drawn if everything goes to plan we should be able to Ambush any units that come into our line of fire I'll cover your screening the flanks of our army as our army positions themselves in the farm from our position we spot the enemy Army moving together on the Hills above the mill we wait here for some time as the enemy move further down to engage our army you can hear the sounds of battle beginning in the distance and to our Fortune some of the enemy units are coming around The Farmhouse and there'll be perfect targets for our ambush we take one guy down and a few more receive light wounds now our position is discovered we need to just rain fire on anyone that comes near there appears to be a hidden enemy infantry unit coming from the trees on the right we take a few shots but ultimately they've seen us and they're coming right for us infantry are very very slightly faster so we have to get running soon because we are no match for them in hand-to-hand combat we keep running for quite some time because we're leading the Infantry away from the battle even if they kill us up here they will take them ages to get back to the fight but hopefully the numbers are in balance of our army the order is eventually given to Holt and face the enemy those who are confident with a weapon will slow them down whilst the rest carry on and shoot from above yeah I finally go down as divest of my Archer allies are firing on the Infantry but they won't last long as the Shields get closer and closer and trap them on the rocks foreign looking over towards the large farm and the rest of the fight it appears we have won the battle and what's more my second in Command Sergeant tierbold is present on the battlefield along with the banner of my infantry unit makes me proud I've posted nearly 80 videos of different battles and this is the first time I've ever played as an Archer please leave me feedback and I hope you enjoyed it but for the last round I will be rejoining the ranks following my infantry into battle it appears more hours high as the Infantry units cheer one another for the great success they've had so far I take my Pace at the back of the line as all the Infantry move out towards the a objective we haven't fought there yet this game so the a objective is closest to the Coalition forces spawn and is situated at the bottom of the canyon the Coalition forces easily get there first capture the objective and secure the canyon floor the plutonians and allies make their way down to meet them the Coalition battle line as good as blocked in a tight spot and what's more the enemy archers have got a great position behind him firing down on us as we get closer to the a objective enemy Arrows fly over the canyon and it's not until we reach the stairs we see the predicament we're in the enemy formation charges us we are still making our way down and we are unable to make her own formation to match theirs not to mention we have hardly any space and we are surrounded we have pattern like sardines and there's no room for most of us to even swing our weapon the captain tier ball gives the order to push through on the right and try and break out we find ourselves under some scaffolding getting behind the car here we find a nice space to break out and take the fight to the enemy the order is given for some of us to shift left and give some relief to the guys at the bottom of the stairs all right beautiful beautiful chaotic fighting this is how we like it on the front lines I'm low HP so I've been quite reserved with my attacks and maybe a dead end behind us but that doesn't stop the Cavalry from charging in to the tightly packed cranks of the bre and allies this is when a horse crashes into me I go down to make things worse enemies came from behind we are trapped here and not to mention enemy archers have also came from behind and they begin to rain Terror down upon our heads we are losing this battle just as the enemy is tasting the sweet scent of Victory The plutonian Archers come from behind dealing the original position of the enemy archers they Reign their own Terror down on the Infantry below giving relief to the plutonian Infantry and firing back at the enemy archers the balance of both armies are starting to equalize once again making it an extremely close battle both teams seem to be quite even in numbers of soldiers as the bre infantry is slowly reeling back and getting whittled away the battle on the canyon floor seems a bit more even but now with the aid of The Archers firing down at the enemy the last of the plutonians and allies are fighting their hearts out in the center of the stairs only a handful of enemy archers are still at play [Music] foreign inventory are destroyed but the battle is not over yet it's 24 versus 31 a coalition infantry that is now free make their way towards the a objective which has been captured by the BR recovery the petunian arch is still fire on down towards their exposed flanks and together the Cavalry and The Archers will finish off the enemy this has certainly been an amazing game for Battalion archers and what a game for me to record for or technically it's my 10 000 special so guys
