[Music] representing space mr alvarez soleil from switzerland oh [Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] where is this [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] okay [Music] yes so [Music] [Music] way [Music] okay magic magic ah all right yeah it's good let's go i was thinking about the slack line throughout the entire race because that's one that is quite easy just to fail just because you don't concentrate so i try to keep concentrating all the way through and made it to the line without failing anything come on [Music] oh [Music] yes yes thank you yes oh [Music] yes yes [Music] nice [Music] yes [Music] [Music] yes [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] you have to make sure you fully concentrate on every single obstacle obviously so when you get to the spear throw that is the only spear you will throw in your life and there is a guy there and you need to kill him and then you will hit that you will hit that spear and this is a completely different mindset but you can't keep that level of concentration through the entire race so at some points you need to try and tone it down a little bit but then really ramp it up for the important parts like technical downhills or the technical obstacles and also to stay fueled and to keep gels or food and water going in you is going to keep you a lot more alert and allow you to actually maintain that concentration today i felt good and in the downhill i i created a little bit of a gap between me and solei first was john albon john albon is a level higher and but for me it's unbelievable i can't i can't describe this feeling i work size four or five years for such an event and today for me that's that's amazing i feel perfect a little bit tired because of the finish was not so easy i knew that i have quite a big gap but here i didn't hit pure slow i missed maybe two centimeters and then uh last rope so it was hard finish 60 burpees but it was so amazing up such a beautiful views and and the lake and the trails mountain trails it was a really beautiful race and i enjoy it maybe it sounds a little bit strange but i really enjoy this race i really feel good from the beginning i try to be as close as i can to susanna but i was unlucky to miss the first spare throw so from the second place after the base i became third and instead of chasing susanna i had to chase like about six kilometers gizabi criminal she is now third and after six kilometers at the top now when i'm in finnish i feel very very good
