hello everybody today I'm Mak something a lot of people ask me pasal we never find clams with a shell say what we can do well I want to show you today you can buy clamps on a hand look and what you do you drain you wash with a cold water and this is the juice for the clams and you keep and I want to show today spaghetti with a white clam sauce we got the spaghetti already over here but now I got to do the spaghetti right away got the spaghetti it take a time to cook and let's put salt and P over here and now this is the pasta the spaghetti and when you put inside give a little itg go all over the place okay now we got to make sure before I start the clam I want to make sure that the pasta it's inside the water cuz you live outside at the past BN it's not good okay now it's everything going here the butter like this melt really good I put couple of piece like that okay and we take out the butter okay weide scallops you got to do something with scallops soon scallop those are good yeah the scallops is really good what about sea urchin everybody anybody tried sea urchin before you ever tried that this it's like black with spikes coming out of it on the inside is orange sich sepia what do you call in English sepia sepia I don't know no call sepia sepia and the sepia you got the white thing inside that you take it out what do you call this the guts I don't know yeah it's the white thing take it out in Italy lot of people have birds in the house it was Ang on on the gate the the the for the birds and the birds he was to go over there clean up the yeah back this past it take a long time to cook more minutes 3 minute M it's getting there y I mean that looks like a nice sauce okay now I want to prepare my my dish this is a spaghetti right yes it's a spaghetti okay but the past it's almost cook you going to put them in there yes we it together all right couple of more minute yeah salute the Chinchin everybody Chinchin yeah we're all going to enjoy this when it's done my my wife should keep a time for the past H 16 minutes 16 second 15 minutes 15 minute 16 it's done I was think got cook [Laughter] 16 yeah perfect okay and we cook a little bit over here too all right now have you ever been to Penza no no not what about Naples oh yeah na it's a closer the my really close m m we was over there on the beach a bruts m he was over there jman Beach yeah you know
