[Music] welcome back to soothing everything everybody today we are making Chuck rose I'm doing a Brazilian experiment let's see how it comes out check it out as you know chick rows can be a really tough cut of meat in brazil we have something really good for that but it's mostly used for grilling and what we do is we put pineapple juice and marinate it for about an hour and the meat comes out extremely tender so I'm going to try it out Sophie and see what happens since I have two of these chuck roast I'm going to be keeping one as our control and then the other one is going to be our Brazilian pineapple experiment so let's do it the first thing we want to do is grab our pineapple I can't like this is fine and we're going to blend it all up and make a juice out of it [Music] grab a ziploc bag put in the stage go in all your pineapple juice inside let it marinate in the refrigerator for one hour [Music] I make sure you drain all the pineapple juice out and wash it really good that way you don't get any pineapple taste [Music] here you can tell the differences of expansion on the mead and one on the right is the pineapple one when I held in my hand it was so tender it was almost falling apart now i season them with coarse salt freshly ground black pepper organic thyme garlic and salted butter put in the control in the bag no problem at all the pineapple was completely falling apart give me a hard time I'm going to be cooking these chuck roast at 140 degrees Fahrenheit for 24 hours [Music] they already let's stick it out my new weight I like things that have multi-purpose stainless steel oh I love it so much for stainless steel that's a lot of juice I hope it's not dry because so much juice this one is all around [Music] wow they smell really fantastic now this is the pineapple one this is the controlled one this one when went in it was a lot larger but now it's smaller very very interesting I can't wait to see how they're going to taste now we're going to steer them let's do it [Music] should be so you look good ninja it does look good wrong chuckles bro cheap piece of meat oh yeah let's cut them open we got the pineapple we got the real deal are you ready to try ninja I don't know which one is the most tender and the best flavor go first super tender so pretender you have any sweet taste mmm tastes good not much about it it's not crazy all right but not that good yeah okay now let's go down that's under less tender burger better flavor really they have the exact same seasoning this different preparation in your opinion this one is more tender but the flavor not that good this one here is tougher but better flavor okay my mom's going to try it really tender not is not a big fan okay original is there but the other ones did I never solved much much tender yes my turn I never struck toast stop Italia it's not rhyme with really tender not so juicy but it's good I like it okay let me try the other one it's the same thing guys they're exactly the same this one has a better flavor this map that works with barbecue if you make it in the barbecue this one will be 10 times more tender than this one but in sous-vide because we cook it for a long time and again collagen broke down it doesn't make a lot of difference makes no difference at all so it's the same no difference anyway I hope you guys liked the video if you do make sure you give it a thumbs up if you're not a subscriber make sure you subscribe for future videos if you're interested in anything I used everything is on the description below thank you so much for watching we'll see on the next one bye bye now tell me the truth isn't this a hundred times better than TKO so you're planning on come on bro so many domain is very poor there's no one you're right G deep in the middle yes alright hot water sirs howdy where is with deep in the middle [Music] [Applause] [Music] please speak [Music] maybe [Music]
