totally when it was big i think it can come to 2021 i think it's just a very beautiful love song honestly is it in twilight yes but i never saw those movies i don't care i'm just kind of ignoring lot of the same qualities listen to that distorted bass that is just designed to be annoying [Music] don't get me wrong though selena has some really good songs she's not a strong singer but a lot of the music i really like it's mainly the production though that makes it really annoying cover so that song can come to 2021 now make that mug that is just a novelty song there's no redeeming qualities there has to go on stay in 2011 come on man if you disagree on that i don't know what to tell you see a therapist [Music] oh what is this music video i tend to always kind of like lady gaga songs and then i see the music video and i'm like should i really be liking this i think born this way is really catchy and it wasn't that overplayed so it can come to 2021 with me oh this is 10 years ago that i can't believe though it feels a long time ago but that one can come i think that's really catchy not one of rihanna's strongest songs i don't really care for it it can stay in 2011. it's whatever oh but like i don't think it really matters what i say here because that song will come into 2021 no matter what it does it's got that mean potential i wish it doesn't come rebecca black does way better music videos i ever saw this one has aged pretty weirdly though it also has that super awkward saxophone solo in the middle of it [Music] like there's a bunch like stuff stutter edits and like they added extra like kind of slides up and down in post it's really weird [Music] [Applause] what was that they try to make it a synth but it's weird just have a freaking saxophone solo if you're gonna triggered but now it can stay what's with the production man you really ruined your own song could have been good excuse me i don't mean to be rude i think there's an uncensored version of this where feels like long ago i just feel like beyonce used to have such catchy songs in this era let's uh bring catchy beyonce into 2021 come on oh god so overplayed stay the freak away britney had bangers in [Music] it's somewhere in between i'm gonna say it can come whatever britney i guess you can come but this is ten years ago it feels so poorly aged stay away editors don't put that in any compilation ever okay i did not know they had collabed on anything how did i miss this maybe it's bad maybe that's what it is i've never heard that before honestly was that a big hit picked on 19 under hot 100 so it was pretty big hit i guess wow that was confusing i've heard people do covers of this but i never heard the original and that is a confusing drumbeat what's going on help me where's the one i think that's gotta stay it's a bit too complex oh god [Music] category lyrics that anyone could write i got a hangover oh i've been drinking too much for sure that is just great school level stuff stay stay look at me i'm getting paper look at me now oh look at me now i don't care for that bring me down this has to stay forever iconic it'll still be around in 2031 it fuses together with the beat so well oh yeah sail hilarious yeah that can come that's a cool song [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] you guys know i'm a huge fan of katy perry's voice but like this is probably one of the few songs where like i think the songwriting is great on this track i think it's great lyrically it's very beautiful but like her aggressive tone just is annoying on this song and pretty much only on this song i don't know if it's a mixing thing when she comes in and she's like in another life it's just annoying just this particular song not that song goes away that was a weird song lyrically but it's still rihanna still super catching melodies i'm gonna have to bring it [Music] i miss whitish house mafia i wish they'd make more stuff you can come to 2021 amazing production amazing top lines just very very good i honestly think that there's other songs in this particular genre right now that are better i think the driver's license is a song this similar vein to this this is not necessarily about romance but i feel like if i'm gonna listen to anything in this genre right now it'll be driver's license it's just a superior song i think i'm gonna save you can stay because you've been replaced sexy and i know it oh god [Music] it makes me question all my preferences i'm not huge on like comedy music that doesn't have a lot of redeeming quality if you're gonna make comedy music make it good in some way i remember this i can't do it i can't bring it into 2021 bruno mars got a lot better after a few years i gotta say this early stuff i see why it got big but it's a product of the time [Music] lana can come with i guess that's one of her better songs i think i mentioned this before but that song has pretty much the same melody over and over and people always touted as being one of those songs that you know oh it's so genius because they have the same melody over and over but it never gets boring i kind of think it gets boring i think it can stay big rihanna stand here but you can't just sing the same melody over and over the verse is like yellow diamonds in the light and then you're like we found love in a hopeless place chris brown is obviously a controversial figure i'm not going to get into that right now but that's still not a good it just has to leave [Music] these adele songs were just played to such an extent that it's hard to listen to them i gotta say let me know in the comments if you're still listening to like the early adele songs i can't really do it it's not like dance monkey or anything like that but it's on that road it's like a very piercing female strong voice i'm gonna say stay but adele please keep making music no potentially one of the worst songs on this list here's a meme from the subreddit coronavirus makes an entrance i moved back to my hometown with no network and straight in lockdown at least 2020 can't get any worse right june 2020 i get diagnosed with breast cancer oh no finding out it's the most aggressive cancer type possible going through cancer treatment and chemotherapy dangerous enough in itself during kobe 19 isolated from everyone feels like hell oh god desperately looking for some entertainment to survive this year browsing youtube and this guy shows up thank you rumi for brightening my usually tough days and helping me get through this i'm really glad i can do that and uh you know that's good luck and uh thanks for watching as well jeez uh okay guys okay for more music commentary videos good care for music vs videos and i'll see you tomorrow in another daily video looks like one more song had to stay in 2011 but overall it was crispier for music gotta say bye everybody take care
