hello friend in today's session we will learn how we can design and develop a smart attendance system monitoring project bu Raspberry Pi fingerprint sensor and the camera so before start the next part I would like tell you it is the third version of this project so first version of this project is like that only by using face recognition Technique we are uh taking the attendance of the student the second version of this project is like that by using fingerprint sensor we are taking the attendance of this project and through the fingerprint in that fingerprint sensor we are also sending the message to the parent that is the second version of this project so if you want to design only with the recognition technique for this smart system attendance monitoring system project then please fingerprint sensor video that video thumbnail you can see on the screen now this is the third version of this project in which I got a request from the many subscriber like please combine the attendance system from the fingerprint sensor also and the one from the pH reconnection Tech technique also so in this video what I have done I have combined the two project first project is fingerprint sensor project second project is uh through the phase recogition technique so I combine this two project into one project and this is the one project in which we are scanning we are taking the attendance of the student after taking the fingerprint also and after verifying his or her face also so there are two layer of security in this project so this is the idea behind this project now I will tell you the flow of this project so that you will get idea about this project so once we give the power to the system then on the LCD you will see the project name then after that it will ask please enter lecture name so from the keyboard we have attached the keyboard to the Raspberry Pi here you can see this is the USB port of Raspberry p so we attach the keyboard uh here on the USB port so from the keyboard we will write like any lecture name then lecture name will be display here on the LCD then after that it will ask it will show the message here please scan the finger of that student the once the student scan his finger then again it will ask scan your face so once the that student same student scan his face and his face and finger ID gets matched then only here it will show attendance taken and message sent to the parent so once the message sent to the parent message display here that mean the particular student name with the with his lecture uh details sent to his parent through the GSM model so that's that is the idea now if let's say if the that database let's say uh the student scan his finger but his finger does not store into database then here it will show database not found another security is like that let's say if the first student come and scan his finger and the second student come and scan his face that time it will show mismatch the finger and the face so it also shows there is a mismatching between finger and pH so it is a two layer Security in which the student should match his finger also and his face also that type of algorithm I have designed and developed in this project I hope you got the idea about this project now we will see the Practical demonstration of this project so in this project I use the Raspberry Pi 3B uh Plus you can use the raspberry 4 also or any Raspberry Pi there is no issue this is a fingerprint sensor model this is the USB camera you can use Raspberry Pi camera also this is i2c display this is a GSM 9900a model so this and this is small buzzer so these are some Hardware that I use in this project and in detail hardware and connection I already explained my three video first video is face recognition technique second video is this one fingerprint sensor with Raspberry p system so if you want detail understanding of the hardware please watch that video in this video we will first focus on this two layer of security okay now we will see the Practical demonstration then we will see the hardware part and then we will see the code I will completely provide you complete knowledge about this system I will provide you the code also no need to purchase the code it is complete free of cost so that you can design and develop this project by yourself with without paying any single Rupees to me okay so let's understand the Practical demonstration first of this project okay now let's understand the Practical demonstration now I will run the project once I run the project please focus on the LCD it will show the project name first so I'm going to run the project now so I will click on run button so it will take 1 to two second to run the project so now LCD clear now it will it should display the project name smart attendance system you can see project name then now it is asking please enter your uh please enter the lecture name also you can see on the screen it is showing please give the current subject lecture name so you can also see on the screen it is giving you're giving the message please give the current subject lecture name and that also display on the LCD now I I am typing the lecture Name by using this keyboard so this keyboard attach here on the Raspberry Pi now the lecture name I will type as a let's say physics okay once I type physics so you can see on the uh here also I type the physics physics I type on the LCD uh and on the screen also now once I press the enter it will show the lecture name physics here so again focus on the LCD once I press the enter you can see lecture name physics now it is asking please scan your finger now I am going to scan my finger so this is my valid finger this is my invalid finger so first I scan my valid finger and as soon as I scan my valid finger that will show attendance taken and message will be sent to the parent uh now this is the mobile you can see this is the mobile which don't have the physics lecture name you can see here message there is message old message but now we have type the physics it will show the physics name here once I give the my finger so wait for some second again I will scan my finger now it is asking please scan your face on the LCD you can see the message please scan your face also on the raspberry pie screen monitor you can see the camera is open you can see here the camera is open and it is waiting for my face so once I come in front of this camera it will show the face in on Rasberry Pi screen also here and it will show attendance taken so I will come in front of the camera now you can see attendance taken uh message is showing your attendance taken rul buzzer on and you can see message also comes here your son daughter rul attendance today's physics class you can see reowing now after this message sent or here you can see on the LCD it is showing attendance taken press the Q button now student has to manually click on this now once this message get display here attendance taken press Q button then then here we have to click on Arrow this Arrow you can see here arrow is here Mouse Arrow so you can click on this image okay then after that you can press the Q from the keyboard so once you press the Q then again it will ask the next finger so once I press the queue you can see it is asking please scan your finger now it is asking the second student now let's say if I give my again finger same finger it will show here duplicate finger or duplicate or already attendance taken so again I scan the same finger okay it is again asking the scan your face also you can see also you can see on the raspberry screen it is asking the it is waiting for my face so once I come in front of the camera it will show here already attendance taken please uh uh press the Q button so again I will come in front of the camera you can see attendance taken press the Q so it is not buzzer is not turn on this time because already attendance is taken so again I click on Arrow here and press the Q button so you can see again it is waiting for the second finger now this time I will show uh I will give invalid finger so it will show here invalid database you can see student datab Bas not found scan the please scan the next one finger again I will give invalid finger you can see student database not found so this is also giving here okay now let's say second student uh has to enroll his attendance now second student again come and she scan his her finger okay finger scan you can see on the match here please scan your face now again uh she will show her face in front of the camera okay her attendance also taken match also display you can see match sent to the parent and attendance taken now I will show I will show the second mobile number uh which having her parent number and her parent also get the message like uh your student attending this lecture now this is the another mobile for second student you can see the message your son daughter perally the second student attending today's physics class so I hope you understand the complete project FL uh and the complete idea about this project now we will see the Practical uh now we will see the hardware connection and then we will see the program part of this project okay uh we will see the third condition in which first student scan his finger and second student show his face so now you can see first student scan his finger okay now it is asking the face now what I will do the I will okay now here you can see it is asking the face first stent has scan his finger now I will come in front of the camera here it will show finger and face mismatch now I will come in front of the camera so you can see here it is showing finger uh face and finger mismatch so this is also the second condition uh that I'll show you now once you taken the attendance where you you can see the attendance so just go to the folder here you can see there is a attend Excel sheet you can double click open that attendance attendance Exel zit so once you open you can see there is a physics lecture and rul and pranali today's date and present so this is the complete idea behind this project I hope you understand the complete practical demonstration of this project now we will see the hardware connection and then we will see the the program part of this project okay now we will see the hardware connection the hardware connection I will not explain in this project because I already told you this project is combination of two to three project if you want to really if you really want to design and develop this project by yourself then I will tell you the sequence uh through that sequence if you follow that sequence then definitely you can design and develop this project by yourself so first video you have to watch the face attendance system project project the video thumbnail you can see on the screen you should watch and that uh video link I have given in the description so you can watch that video follow that video try to develop that project by yourself so first project you have to develop by yourself is smart attendance system monitoring project by using the face recognition technique by using camera only okay so once you do that project once it run successfully then you have to jump to the second project the second project is uh i2c display with the Raspberry Pi okay so in the i2c display with the Raspberry Pi uh please pay attention in the first project I did not use the i2c display you can ignore uh that ITC display for the first project the first project is Phase recognition technique in that project I use the normal display GP display so if you don't have the GP display no need to worry no need to connect that display just run only phase recation technique Project without that LCD okay and just check whether your attendance is recorded into Excel seat or not that's only you have to check okay now the second video you have to watch that is uh i2c display with the Raspberry Pi try to try to connect it Toc display with the Raspberry Pi by following my second video the second video thumbnail you can see on the screen okay so third part you have to watch is fingerprint sensor with the Raspberry Pi that video thumbnail also you can see on the screen try to enable the fingerprint sensor with your Raspberry Pi okay now the next part part is you have to you have to design and develop a smart attendance system monitoring project by using fingerprint sensor that project thumbnail you can see on the screen and the last part is this project so once you follow this sequence definitely you will Design and develop this project by yourself so again I will not repeat that connection because that same connection I am using this this project okay so whatever the sequence I told you first video is pH recognation technique second video is ITC display third video is fingerprint sensor and fourth video is this one so this sequence you have to follow to design and develop this project by yourself uh okay now we will see the program part of this project so first you have to download this folder from my Google Drive Link the Google Drive Link and the web page link you in the description okay from the web page L you will find one button there download uh download code so once you click on that button it will download this complete code so it will be in zip file you have to unzip that one so once you once you download you have to first enroll your finger so how to enroll your finger that I already told my uh fingerprint sensor video so I will not explain that part here again so main project main program of this project is this one take attendance system fingerprint. P this two is backup of this folder so no need to worry about this two just focus on this take attendance fingerprint dop okay so you can open this double click if you can double click here it will open in the Tony browser so once you open uh the first very important part you have to install one additional command for this project so which are which are that command which is that command you have to copy this command P3 install fingerprint okay uh then go to the black terminal here and paste so once you paste and press enter Then This P print uh Library will get installed in your Raspberry p so this is the first step you have to do for this project on another step we already done in the previous project okay so only this command you have to uh run other command we already executed in our previous for project so no need to worry about that one so once you run the command you have open the project now I will explain the project logic not complete logic but where I combine that project so first you have to check like this your image that image should be stored into your folder so you can see in the example I have the image R image for image so same whatever the your database image that should be your this project not your old project okay so this project you can see fingerprint sensor attendance system example inside the example your image should be there your database should be there so that's why you can see a database now the person name you can see PR and R only two person I have added how to add the another person that I already explained in my previous project so uh you have to just copy this three line and give the file uh the uh person name then file name you have to change here you have to give the third person uh image so like that that I already told in my previous video here also you can see person one person two this is the mobile number of the two person that I have in detail explained my previous video please watch that video if you don't understand okay so only part is uh here you should have your image okay then where uh the important part of this project is like at the end only so once the attendance taken from the face recognation here till fingerprint sensor program is there and then after while one there is a pH recation program I copy and pasted same program I copy and pasted nothing much more logic okay so how to run the pro uh program just click on this run button so once you click on run button if there is no error uh and you install the successfully all the four program then definitely you will get here message please enter the uh lecture name so once you get that message that means your program is working perfectly so you can see please enter lecture that means there is a no error for this program so I hope you understand the complete project and program also I again repeat this is little bit complicated project not as much simple like my previous project you have to watch four to five video to execute this program and to understand the code of this program okay if you have any doubt please contact me on my WhatsApp number number the WhatsApp number given in the description uh okay and code also I have given already no need to pay any single rupees for that code thanks for watching this video if you like my content please click on like button please subscribe my Channel please support me
