created to help you heal from a past relationship and it may be a recent relationship or one from a while ago either way it's for those of you who'd like some extra support to forget your ex the word forget isn't intended in a literal way when I say forget I mean that you become free of dwelling and ruminating on the past and you can begin to move forward into your newly created life in a healthy way where you simply forget to hold on to painful memories so you sell peacefully and happily into Carmel waters as time goes on painful memories inevitably heal anyway this is true but you probably agree that it would feel better to speed up the process as each day spent dwelling on the past is a day wasted and a day lost from your happier future and as you get ready to begin this process make sure you're in a safe and comfortable place is this recording is deeply relaxing so make sure you won't be disturbed or interrupted while you listening to this healing hypnosis and because this is a longer recording and it's designed to be listened to while you sleep it's fine to fall asleep during this session and don't trouble your mind with anything at all you're here to feel better and this is your time to feel better and if you're ready now then let's begin so that all change and all healing can take place subconsciously while you sleep you're here to heal from a relationship and put here listening to me you can hear my voice and down the track later you might hear a couple of layers of voice and at some stage you might wonder which one to listen to or pay attention to some of those are for your subconscious mind and you don't have to listen but you can listen with your conscious mind too if you enjoy that or you can just sleep if you enjoy that more and while you're going through this change and healing from the past you can listen to this recording as many times as you need to to feel comforted and reinforce the positive hypnotic suggestions and don't worry about whether or not you have entered hypnosis hypnosis is not the same as sleep hypnosis is a state of focused relaxation where you can create change there's no need to think about how it's done as all change happens in the subconscious mind it's nice to know that you can create this change without ever doing anything other than listening and relaxing to this audio as you listen to these words just begin to give yourself permission to relax and sink deeply into your bed and just begin to release some tension hypnosis is relaxing and natural you can rest assured knowing that you can easily come on something that is comfortable and pleasing to you such as the comfort of your bed the softness of your sheets and bed covers notice how your pillow supports your head and neck look for things to appreciate in this moment however small they may be maybe it's the quiet and stillness it's nice to be able to retreat away from daily stresses to give you a tired body and mind a cord rest from everything that has troubled you before so you can look forward to the opportunity to put certain things behind you to find a place of comfort within your heart and mind and feel much lighter than before and you can choose to feel lighter you can choose to relax here you can focus on your comfortable bed and pillow you can begin to focus on your relaxed closed eyelids and your face in your head and then you can focus on the space above your head and let your focus rest there for a while imagine that this space is a storehouse of vast healing energy that you can access anytime then imagine that you can draw down from the space above your head our relaxing feeling and bring it in to you maybe it's a feeling or maybe it's a color think of a color that's relaxing to you a color that represents peace maybe it's white maybe it's blue or green or gold maybe it's some other color but you can choose one now and bring it down like a relaxing wave of pure loving-kindness washing over you so that it can velop s-- the space around you wrapping itself around you like a blanket a safe comfy blanket and as you bring this cozy comfy relaxing feeling and you let it permeate your body let it permeate through your skin beginning with your head in your face and as it washes down into you through your head and faith just allow it to fill you up with a loving warm feeling of relaxation and feel a draw down into your chest and your heart space and from there imagine that it radiates out to your arms and all the way down to your hands and fingers and then it radiates down from your chest to your belly and down down into your legs and all the way down to your feet and toes and as your whole body lights up with this warm feeling this beautiful wave of relaxing loving energy this beautiful color that relaxes you so much you feel completely safe and protected and you can wrap that beautiful feeling all the way around you your arms your legs your neck and shoulders so loose and comfortable you're here to relax and you can choose to relax deeper the more you relax the better you feel and the more you want to feel better relaxing deeply here now and just remember this loving feeling that you can give to yourself you can always come back here you have the ability to create a memory of feeling safe and comfortable and protected right here and if you ever want to come back here you can this is your safe space [Music] now what you did just imagine the scene using your mind's eye in your imagination that you're in a beautiful home and if you like you can use your memory or imagination to create this scene or if you don't want to you can just follow my words and I will guide you [Music] and here you are you're entering the home and walking down the hall we have a beautiful inviting home and you're a special guest here you're here to relax and take a break and as you walk down the hallway you see beautiful pictures that line the walls [Music] as you walk past each picture each one more beautiful and peaceful than the next he taken the images maybe there are mountains and forests maybe there are beaches and blue skies or some other relaxing scenery that you like and after walking along enjoying the pictures and making a mental note that you'd like to bring into your life all the peace and beauty as you see in those pictures you keep walking in five easy steps you're closer to your guestroom and with each step you're doubling your relaxation as I count down from five walking slowly for feeling more peaceful three relaxing more - almost there relaxing deeper and one there you are completely relaxed you open the door and step into that beautiful guest room all around your beautiful big windows and sunlight streaming in through the open curtains and outside a lush gardens and beautiful views far off in the distance inside this guest room you find yourself seated at a comfortable distance from a TV screen up on a wall and you settle in on the comfy soft sofa all cozy and wrapped up nicely safe and snug in your soft blanket that you brought with you that same blanket of loving-kindness in that same relaxing color that feels safe and nurturing to you and you get nice and comfortable there you go and there ahead of you on the screen will be a movie that you can watch and this movie will help you deal with moving on from the past relationship as you begin to see that the old memories are like segments of time and each little segment carries within and all the things you saw heard and felt at that time and even any taste and smells that were present and the movie shows your past relationship and the more you watch it the more you'll forget and you sit there little curious but feeling detached from the story because you're safe now sitting passively you're outside of that story just looking on at a safe distance now you can can't pack the emotions and separate them from the things that took place separate the negative emotions from the past relationship and all of the other past relationships that needed to be healed and let them go and transform and you can remember that I'm always here speaking to you guiding you and I want you to know that there isn't much to see and if at any time you don't want to watch or if you have something better to think about you can simply make the movie fade away just by choosing it to fade away see how you have the power to do this all by yourself and you can instantly switch to your safe space your safe comforting memory instead so you can do it in the future too whenever you want to you're always in control and in fact you're holding in your hand the remote control with which you can stop pause rewind and fast-forward this movie and I'm just here to give you some helpful instructions and if you find yourself feeling any heavy or dark emotions about the relationships that didn't work out see yourself replacing them for much nicer and more pleasant memories that you hold dearly ones that fill you with gratitude and wash out any sadness and fill you up with love and worthiness feeling safe and secure now every movie has a beginning a middle and an end and this movie's beginning represents a short time before you first met the person from the past relationship and the end represents a time after the relationship ended and the middle is all of your memories and all the events that took place while you were together all the memories as you can recall them and if you can't recall everything that's okay you don't need to you can remember things and you can forget things and you can change your mind change your thoughts you can pick and choose it's up to you you can't go wrong and you do this all the time without knowing that you're doing it now without even watching the movie yet I want you to skip to the very end of the movie just using one button on your remote control and this moment is a moment sometime after the relationship ended nothing special just an ordinary day as ordinary as any other day but somehow in this scene you know that the relationship is already in the past and you're okay [Music] so if you can just go there now press the button now and see yourself and see what you are doing and what you're wearing and see it is a still picture and you decide how good it would feel to relax and put everything behind you and just sleep and forget those fading memories and who knows how good the future can be as it unfolds one day at a time now I'd like you to rewind a movie and you can see that you and your ex-partner and all the people in the movie are walking and talking backwards and everything is moving very quickly and all the sounds are all squeaky and running backwards and it might even seem a bit funny to watch it this way [Music] and when you get to the start and play the movie the first thing you notice that's different about this movie is that it only plays in black and white and it doesn't matter if the movie is a bit fuzzy like a distant memory but you can notice that as you watch the story passively you notice things that happened in the past with a color go on your memories seem dull and you become curious about how things can look different you're here to change that now to release the emotional charge that you've felt from certain memories that you labeled in a negative way you now rewind the movie back to the start again noticing again have a people in the movie of walking and talking backwards and all the sounds are running backwards and squeaky tones and this makes you laugh and when you get to the start of the movie you play it again and this time when you see the picture of the person from the past relationship you notice that the movie glitches and runs poor lives liquor in black and white you can't see their face the movie is flickering and black and white all the way to the end you can hardly hear the sound [Music] you know that after some time when you detach the negative emotions from the memory and you've processed the memory and filed it away somewhere it becomes hard to access in a way you forget about it we simply forget to remember it you do this so efficiently but when you recall the memory any emotions that you felt at the time also a memory for you to feel them the same way as you did back then the strong feelings are gone and you usually recall that there was something important that you needed to learn about yourself with someone else back then and it no longer bothers you you now you reward the movie to the start one more time and as it rewinds everything goes in Reverse running backwards and all the people in and walking and talking backwards and then you play the movie again and once more seems to glitch frequently and it just flickers in black and white the picture shrinks down to the middle of the screen too small to even see any flickers on and off on and off and the sound just keeps cutting out and this happens all the way to the end and now that you'll relax those old memories that used to bother you no longer bother you in this moment isn't that right see how you have the power to do this all by yourself so you can do it in the future too whenever you want to and then it stops you notice that there's no enjoyment in revisiting that movie when you could be doing better things but you notice something else your emotions the energy source will conscious thought in action so you can change the meaning and change the emotion and get new understandings you notice how pleasant the outlook is outside and your focus is drawn to how nice it is out there and the scent from the garden captures your attention and the fresh breeze through the open window reminds you of something perhaps the distant memory of the time when you were carefree maybe you were younger and you're having so much fun [Music] not worrying about yesterday or today or tomorrow just being happy in the moment for no reason [Music] the views in the distance draw your attention and a distant views hold all the possibilities that you haven't even discovered yet and you feel uplifted you find yourself so peaceful you feel so relaxed so comfy and lazy snuggle into the soft comfy cushions and as your gaze is drawn to the faraway views in the distance past the lush green guns of this beautiful place you wonder how far the views can stretch until they blur into the horizon and you wonder what lies ahead you wonder how much potential there is for happiness and fulfillment now as the Sun streams in through the large windows it warms you and makes you feel sleepy every now and then outside you notice the flicker of color from the corner of your eyes as the butterflies flutter and dart around on the many blossoming shrubs outside and you realize that many butterflies have transformed from their cocoons in the cycle of life and you can to an outside and the God in the air feels alive with butterflies and dragonflies and summer breezes and as you watch them flutter back on the forth they make you relaxed and as the Sun dances through the breezy curtains it makes you drowsy and you decide how good it would feel to relax and put everything behind you and just sleep and forget those fading memories and who knows how good the future can be as it unfolds one day at a time who knows what exciting things that future can bring us each day always brings new things new people new experiences and you can build an exciting life one day at a time and one day in the near future you can happily look back at all the new memories that you've created the new person that you've become and then your memories that you're creating can push back the old ones that you've decided to forget and when this happens your new memories can overwrite the old ones as you forget the old memories you can simply forget to remember the past relationship where you can remember to forget the past relationship you can choose one or the other as you fall asleep you can dream about a much nicer future I knew you with a strong and healthy self-esteem a strong confident person that better understands how to set healthy boundaries and how to get your needs met in a way that is respectful to you and other people and you know that to love and honor yourself is very important and to show us how you would like to be treated as poor so important and you now know how you would like to be treated and to only allow others to treat you well [Music] maybe in the past you didn't know how to do these things well and didn't recognize the signs when you weren't being treated well but now as you've had many experiences good and bad you've learned how to distinguish which experiences were lessons that taught you things about yourself that you wouldn't otherwise have known and other nourishing and enriching experiences that helped you become who you are now all of life leans towards growth and expansion and when lessons are needed feel spiritual and psychological growth you subconsciously draw towards you situations and people that can teach you the lesson and sometimes it's you that brings the gift of the lesson that the other person needed to learn sometimes the lessons can be difficult but sometimes the lessons are enlightening to both for you and the other person and when the lessons have already happened and it's in the past it's time to learn and understand what the lesson wants to see the gift within the lesson this process can challenge you but as with all learning experiences when you remove the meaning that you attach to the experience and let go of the story you will clearly see that all throughout your life you have been learning you can never stop learning so as you consider what some of the lessons were and as you consider how you can use the lessons in the future even if it's just about what not to do next time you will see just how far you've come in your growth as events happen externally we give them a meaning inside our mind based on our current beliefs and those beliefs create emotions and then we label those emotions your emotions the energy source will conscious thought in action so you can change the meaning and change the emotion and get new understandings you are here to change that now to release the emotional charge that you've felt you don't feel them the same way as you did back then the strong feelings are gone and you usually recall that there was something important that you needed to learn about yourself with someone else back then and it no longer bothers you but you're so much wiser for having that experience and you can keep your memories in one place and keep your lessons in another place they're your lessons you can apply the lessons when you need them without even thinking about how you do it you can apply the useful lessons without ever having to think about how you learned the lessons there are some things that we know and some that we don't know you don't even need to know how changes occur because you can discover new things about yourself all the time as you're always programming yourself and upgrading your consciousness you're always upgrading your ability to leave the negative emotions of the past behind you and look forward to a bright future where you can create happy memories meet new people starting your career go to new places make new friends and find new love and you'll find more and more over the coming days weeks and months you'll slowly move from holding on to memories that are better stored away in their correct place and become much more confident and strong love yourself more true your body better you tell much needed rest and look forward to discovering many things that make you happy things that you didn't even know make you happy and as you're lying there slowly drifting off to a restful slumber maybe you already have some pictures in your mind about how you want your future to be how you want to look how you want to live the kind of person you want to meet whenever you feel ready and as you're lying there all snug and cozy there's nothing at all that you need to do about anything in this moment in this moment you're finding peace and letting go just finding peace and letting go letting go of the need to do anything or make any decisions you know that all good things happen in good time [Music] [Music] [Music] now imagine that the sunshine is streaming in through the window and soaking in through your comforting blanket radiating through into your body warming up all those places we've trapped and hidden your emotions we've closed off your heart your heart can open up and release them let them go and with each breath they just release and the Chi release and let go while you're feeling comfortable and relaxed and as you're relaxing and unwinding all the memories are fading [Music] you're feeling lighter in your heart and lighter in your feeling bad about any past relationship you can place your hands across your shoulders and arms as if giving yourself a big hug and anchor all the good feelings and say to yourself in your mind I am events and the emotions to preserve all the lessons and the learnings to discard anything that's not wanted or necessary for your well-being and happiness and everything will drop into place for you
