Skull Storm Starvation Strategy | Inscryption Kaycee's Mod

so I've been trying to do some skull storm runs and one of the most difficult Parts about skull storm is the wall of Grizzlies and normally the best way to deal with the wall of Grizzlies is by having a very strong item or two to help you uh deal with them however in skull storm this isn't as easy because you also have the no hook challenge enabled which means you can't use the hook and also you have the smaller backpack challenge enabled meaning you only get two items instead of three so your chances of getting enough broken items to deal with the Bears is much lower in skull storm so while trying to deal with the Grizzlies and not having access to as many items I think I discovered another potential strategy for dealing with the wall of Grizzlies without needing to rely on items as much and it actually uses starvation to your advantage if you don't know the way it works in inscription is at the start of every one of your turns you need to draw a card either from your squirrel deck or your main deck however if you're out of cards from both you've drawn all of your cards already and have nothing left left at the start of your turn Lush she will instead summon a starvation card which has the repulsive sigil meaning you can't attack it and the thing is Lei will summon one of these cards even if his board is already full so if you're up against the wall of Grizzlies and you don't have any cards to draw then he'll replace one of the Grizzlies with a starvation card even though you can't attack the starvation card because of its repulsive sigil it doesn't have the flight blocking sigil so you can fly over it and attack Lei directly so the starvation card can be easier to deal with than the Bears if you have some flying cards or if you have the harpies bird leg fan item so now I'll show a demonstration of the Strat in action and uh let me know what you think of it in the comments honest with you I think we're going to have to go with starvation strategy again I've only got one flying ant though so I don't know if this is going to work but I will try my best so in the meantime oh we do have to kill this elk at some point oh he's got more cards oh good good not good actually okay now I'm going to have to kill this frog oh I forgot about that whatever doesn't help us anyways okay so we have cuckoo as well that flies so we're going to need to starvation here here's what I'm going to do we're going to draw all of our carts uh I do need to do enough damage to finish them off though so we'll do that with the worker ant here oh had more cage than I thought [Music] that's fine we've got ringworm okay now we're out okay so here's what's going to happen uh he's going to get Bears now and now he's going to get starvation which is going to go there so what I'm going to do is I'm going to summon a bunch of of ants so that our flying ant will have four attack yep I've got just enough ants for that now we're going to do four damage we're going to block all the hits and then I'm going to summon cuckoo to do the final damage yeah actually starvation is going to kill itself so whatever yeah we still need to fly cuz he's got another one there so I'll summon cuckoo and we barely somehow managed to pull that off okay wow impressive
