foreign [Music] foreign we are at home I'm uploading my videos few days later sometimes it takes me a week to make a montage today when I'm filming it it's beautiful Sunday 4th of February yesterday I spent the whole day cleaning the house you know the last weekend we went to the mountains of Alberti maybe you watched my last video if I didn't take care of the house for two weeks today I started cleaning like at 10 am and I finish at 3 P.M so I spent a wonderful Saturday and today we're gonna go for a walk we're gonna take some fresh air we will walk in the village and then we will come back and cook I bought a lot of vegetables of the season and I bought a lots of poaho it's like a sweet onion in English you call it leeks I bought a lot of them and this afternoon I will cook French people eat a lot of them and there are lots of different recipes and this afternoon I will cook at home but first let's go for a walk foreign [Music] so let's walk in our beautiful Village the name of our village is gorbio and the people who's living here are gorbohang o me um [Music] foreign dated from 11th century and now we are near our league leaves dated from 18th century [Music] popular foreign [Music] it's so old and every time we are walking it's like you are walking in the past and you're amazing how the people decided to build something here and how hard it was to build something on the mountain [Music] s foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] there are lots of small doors became this size by the time yeah the flowers in February Montana took the mountains it's not that sunny here's the seal blue the blue sky hello [Music] there are lots of knowledge there are lots of there are lots of little doors [Music] you don't see that you you don't see it well today but this is the Sea View so we have like a half of the village with the Sea View and in another Hub with the Mountain View we always stops here to drink a water even is the same that we have in a house we drinking water without any filters you don't need it because this water it goes straight away from the source from the mountains [Music] so it's super clean [Music] our village is very small but every time we walk we stop everywhere we look at every window and doors [Music] flowers [Music] I can spend hours to work in our village you and I saw it many many times [Music] now we are near our Castle [Music] um for sale [Music] let's see there are lots of flowers everywhere oh my God even here [Music] I love this yellow house [Music] I love the combination the yellow and the dark green Evola [Music] foreign [Music] where we started our walk so we make like a half of the village or here's our house this is our way home this is where our neighbors lives and where we having an apparel in the summer time on this street now we're gonna cook our tart yeah it's almost the lunch time the dart is very typical lunch for the French people um we will chop Off The Roots and the dark green leaves okay okay tastes like a sweet onion you can enjoy them on their own grilled or roasted they can make a delicious side dish also you can put them in a soup pasta or risotto or with eggs or pizzas first we will cook them a little bit with the onion [Music] and then we prepare the same thing um as you cook the quiche we mix the sour cream with the eggs and then we put it thank you and we're also preparing the homage homage [Music] we put it all together it's super simple recipe [Music] and this is the honey so the two last ingredient are very important honey super important and nut all these ingredients together leeks goat cheese honey and nut make this meal delicious thank you guys for for watching and I hope you enjoyed the walk in the village and you like my recipe I hope you all had a great weekend and I'll see you in my next video my next video we will film in nice [Music] um
