Shooter Born In Heaven - Guide - Escape from Tarkov

hi guys this is pestili and welcome to another escape for tarkov video in this video i'm covering shooter born in heaven which is a task requires you to get a hundred meter headshots on four different maps and escape from darko so guys without further ado let's crack straight into it so first up the task shooter born in heaven requires you to get three 100 meter head shots on shoreline reserve woods and customs now this task is unlocked once you complete farming part three and if you want more information on how to get the farming part three there'll be a link to my mechanic guide down below um but i highly recommend trying to get farming part three completed as quickly as possible so then you can get on shooter born in heaven and get some of these tasks unlock so some of these kills are done in the progression of the game without having to specifically farm it a lot of people get stuck in this task when they're trying to go for kappa and it can take some time so it's best to know these little tips and tricks so then you can complete this task as quickly as possible so first up when you are trying to complete shooter born in heaven my suggestion is always trying put yourself in positions that are a hundred meters away uh with high flow of traffic and i'm gonna give you all these positions that i know of that work really well but before i go any further i really do need to talk about what guns and calibers you're going to need going to need to use now personally there's two types of guns that i like to use for this task and it's an m4 or aida that's the first one and i'll talk about the ammunition and reason why in a second and then the arc ak or rpk these two guns have um big caliber sorry big enough penetration to get through helmets quite easily and also you can uh go in there with a pretty cheap gun you don't have to use anything special and you're gonna have high ergonomics to be able to hold a outside picture for longer so these guns in particular work really well you can use all your bolt actions you can use any gun in the game um if you're fond of using m1as and sniper rifles and stuff like that go for it but m4 and 8r is a really good one and you're going to see why in a second and the ak and rpk is really good too so why and it's all about the ammunitions now 995 is a m4 or ada ammunition and it's quite expensive but if you are single tap shooting someone it has a 53 pen which will get through to pretty much every helmet in the game with a fairly high chance and it has 40 damage so nearly always one shot ahead or it should nearly always one-shot the head no matter what helmet they're wearing so if you're going to a map like shoreline you can go in there with an ada with like a voodoo sight or a vel day site which is the two sites that i would recommend you could just go into a position and then just single tap for these shots at range now if you do hit a little bit low and you hit him in the thorax it's actually going to take you most likely two potentially three shots in the thorax to be able to kill these people so what this gives you is the opportunity to miss some of the shots and hit low um and then be able to get the final head shot without having to accidentally shoot him in the thorax and kill them same with the 7n39 ammunition which is a 545x39 ammo or the 8k or rpk this has 62 pen which will very comfortably get through every helmet in the game with 37 damage which will one shot the head so using these two types of ammunition you can shoot fast you can also take the guns in and they're fairly cheap guns and just put a valdez or voodoo side on and not have to stress too much about this heavy big gun like a an m1a or an sr25 and you'll have higher you can have high ergonomics which will mean you can aim down your sight longer while standing or crouching without having to worry about arm stamina being drained now ultimately you should be trying to go prone when shooting but these are the two calibers i would highly recommend if you are going to go down the the bolt action path or you want to use like sr25 or svds my ammunition for the uh the svd would be the snb ammo 62 pen 75 damage it's a really high pan gets through every helmet no problem and also it's extremely cheap on the flea market it's an st ammo i've talked about this in my moto list they are for the sr25s and m1as or you're going to be using like a dvl m62 ammo and the reason behind that it's it's got 44 pen 79 damage your one shot people in the head no worries there but the the tracer ammo from this actually makes it really easy to make sure you do land your head shot when you do miss so if you will miss at times but you can actually get your sight picture on point so you can get those head shots nice and clean so there you go that's the ammo i would use now let's get into the maps i'm going to start off with shoreline so with the maps i'm going to give you three of my primary locations that i think are the best ones to get these kills and then the honorable mentions will come at the end of those three starting off is with near power so near power station there is a bush that kind of looks oh it overlooks the back of the power station the hill on the other side of it and all the way down to the radar tower there's also obs down towards the gas station and also there's like a hill little bit that overlooks the pier and when people are moving around these locations there's a lot large amount of times they'll stop to scan the area to be able to get that kill i've gotten a lot of my kills from sitting in this bush over the previous wipes and i highly recommend uh you go here worst case scenario you'll hear a gunshot in a different location and you can always move across that location to take the shot say they're down at the pier or up somewhere else you can you can just move around from this it's very central you have very good orbs the second spot for shoreline is the radar tower being up on top uh not in the actual radar tower itself but the cliff overlooking down towards the east down towards the the uh the drone and all that little hut area and there's like a another like radar communications tower that whole area got great obs from the side of this cliff um if you can get up there very quickly early on in the raid there's a lot of traffic moving through this location you'll generally find other groups fighting each other and you can third party and from the top of this hill works extremely well the third recommended location for shoreline and this one i've actually been using a lot more recently it's actually near the house on the hill it's located kind of towards the back of um the resort and it you want to get there early this only works early in a raid but the amount of traffic that goes past this area and the people that get stuck fighting in this area you just lay down near this house you can either be up at the top or down in the bush down below where i usually hide and there's people running around this area doing hidden stashes and stuff like that and you should be able to get a pretty good chance of getting a kill here potentially one to two per raid i've nearly every time i've gone there in in the the busy periods um it's been it's been great i've actually been able to get plenty of kills and not too many issues with getting some headshots from here one down it must have been his first day because i shouldn't have got him then he should have just off i love this spot this is my new favorite spot for shooter born in heaven now for honorable mentions the hill at gas station overlooking down towards the pier i get a lot of head shots here and i don't want to make it a specific location that you should go to first because i honestly think you should sit up at the power station wait till he uh shots down at the gas station all the pier then rotate down to that hill so this is why i haven't specifically said this is the place to go to because you're going to hear the shots down there and then you'll come down later to get that kill but it's definitely one should take into account oh no it's a little bit higher done next we have the platform down from the resort uh looking down towards power station if you aren't comfortable taking really long shots from the resort roof down to the power station you can go down to this platform but honestly i actually uh prefer to go up onto the roof of west wing and then you can look down at the power station from there this place also gives you obs out to the north and like every direction really as well as the other resort roof being the east wing um the resort roofs are great but i honestly don't think it's worth going there straight away because the majority of the kills you get from the resort roof unless they're down at the uh rock passage or the power station you're going to be looking at like 80 meter kills you'll get that really common up there anywhere between 60 and 80. um unless they're like the longer shots um and you get lucky you're probably just going to get a lot of like i don't know disheartened because you guessed get kills underneath the 100 meter range now there's one more spot near the rock passage looking back towards the resort up on the hill there i've i've seen people try and shoot at me from there but personally i actually haven't uh gone there myself and checked it out but a lot of people saying that it's working quite well generally because a lot of the stuff isn't rendering uh so you can get really good orbs towards the resort and see people running around so if you know someone's up on the resort roof maybe head over to the rock passage this is right up against the wall and uh hopefully you'll be able to get some good obs there and people running around the rock passage uh towards the rock passage on the outside of the resort um you might be able to get some kills up there now for reserve with the reserve this is the new addition it did it was previously on interchange that changed over to reserve um this was a lot easier until they added the bunker underneath and then made it really difficult because a lot of people like going underneath into the bunker however there's still plenty of locations um my suggestion is you want to try and get these kills early on in the raid because it becomes a lot harder once people start going underground and into buildings and stuff so the first location up on the hill or the dome i'm going to put these two together because i feel like they've got mostly the same kind of sight pictures that you can take if you are up on the dome you can look out towards the train station area uh and into that big open field but up on the hillside i think you got a lot more cover you can be hidden a lot better and you get really good orbs down to the black bishop building and all down like the towers and just all that low ground it's it's honestly that hillside you'll be able to see plenty of people running around and it works really well in trying to get your shootable and heaven tasks done the second place and this is one i spend most of my time on is on top of the white pawn building this one is a little bit tricky to actually work well but when it does work you get a lot of kills so the start of the raid you want to sprint straight there get to the roof there's a 10 on the roof you can either jump on top of the tent and go prone or you sit on the box right in front of it and you're watching towards the black bishop for the people to jump down into the rbak room once they're inside the room they'll stop the loot and they're like 110 meters out it's the perfect distance for shooter born in heaven um because as long as they're in that room you're at 100 meters and you get those shots and i nearly get all my shoeborn heaven shots done from here but on top of this roof you can actually rotate around and look around in other directions particularly out towards the sewer extract and be able to get kills for people out there you can actually cover a large portion of area from this space the problem is you're very exposed and if people know you're up there they can either go up towards the dome and shoot down at you but honestly it's just one of those spots that if you're willing to take the risk taking one mag and a good sight you can get these shooter board and heaven kills done quite quickly as long as people are moving around the top side of the map beautiful job done last place i want to talk about is the tower now this is like the counter top the two locations i just told you about so um from this tower it's the one down uh the scav extract um you can see into the drop down room very briefly out towards some of the spawns on both sides on top of the train station area and also the dome and the hillside so you get to this tower you can go inside and just have it so you're only your head's exposed and you can get some really nice snaps here it's one of those places i've actually spent a lot of the time just playing messing about with sniper rifles as well because you can get some really fun snaps done from here so this tower is a definite uh one that i'd recommend i don't really have any other honorable mentions for reserve only because it's like it's one of those maps where you kind of need to get to these specific locations to be able to get the traffic at 100 meters you can say for example go on top of the uh the train station and then shoot at people that are around like in each direction but it's not like somewhere you're just going to hang out all the time to try and get these kills and same with sitting out in those fields so um i'd recommend watching some of these locations from other locations what i mean by that is if you're out in one of these fields look at these locations to see someone sniping there but um that's pretty much all you need to know for reserve for if you're deliberately trying to target the shooter born in heaven task now moving on to woods now for the first one this one's pretty obvious everyone should know about this the mountain stash or the way the sniper scav sits on top of this hill you've got obstacle pretty much every good direction that it's going to be like anyone running about and you can track people quite well from up here so it's where sniper scout sits i actually like to sit on the hill or the mountain bit just behind him you got to do a cheeky little jumping over to get up there but uh you're a lot more got a lot more cover up there only your head will be exposed which makes it a lot harder for people to take those long-range snipes on you um but when you are up on this hill you can shoot uh sturman and also people looting stermin and just running around the lumber mill and make sure you do look out towards other directions or the uh the kills because they're not just always down at the lumber mill they can be along the spine or or to the west so take advantage of that hill but the one thing to take note of people will be looking up here to either kill the sniper scav or to see if anyone else is sniping up there for the second one it's the west little uh hill on the west side of the lumber cam and the main thing you're looking at from here is people up on top of the uh on top of the sniper scav spot and also up on the uh the spine and on the eastern side of the lumber mill now you don't need to be specifically on top of this hill you can go back from it and lay behind a tree or or be near a tree and then that way because what will happen is someone will get shot at and they'll look directly at that hill so you can actually go slightly back into the sides of it and people won't actually see you there as easily um because people will look down at this hill quite quickly once they are they notice they're being shot at from range so just take note of that it's a pretty common spot for people to sit um so just make sure that if you do go up there don't and you take a few shots feel free to move to other areas in that little wood side to be able to take the your next shot and you're not just sitting up all there hi oh that got him kills the kill champ now for the third one this is overlooking the fob now this is just slightly north of the fob um which is that like a little board operating base with uh all those uh supply crates med crates etc and you can you can go into this like little it's like a little rock spot that overlooks down onto it and i've gotten a few of my kills from here and also people running towards it so if you get a good spawn you can run over to this place quickly you'll find people running through the fob and also up on the hill coming down there running a bit late or people that have finished looting the lumber mill will pass through there on the way out so you've got multiple options and times where people will run through this location but it's such a highly looted spot you nearly always find people in there and if you sit up on these rocks overlooking it their heads are exposed when they're looting a lot of the containers inside this base so i just got to be like really vigilant and looking for them and you'll actually see that they're running around just and all the all that's exposed to their head and you'll get those nice clean shots on headshots [Applause] job done now as for honorable mentions for woods west of the i i call it med checkpoint it's the car with the uh the med bag in the boot and there's also a violet key card that spawns in the car there's a hill to the west of it like a big rock feature it stands out a lot and a lot of people will sit up there and um but it does work quite well uh going up there you'll find people killing the scavs over by the med checkpoint also down to the south of um where the scav house is you'll see people down either up on top of the rock that overlooks scav house or just down in the sky house area uh vicinity uh as if they're heading to zb014 so that's also a very good spot but uh it's a little bit more situational plus you're very exposed there with really difficult chances to be able to like retreat and move away from this area if they do start hitting you quite hard the next and final honorable mention it's actually like the hillside overlooking the uh i think it's called the usex dash um it's actually 100 meters to the usex dash from that hill that overlooks it i've gotten shooter board and heaven tasks done here and you actually have really good odds down to the south and south west along that road and through that tree line people feel fairly safe in that tree line it's the one just north of that usa so that medical car um and so generally they kind of just plod along and then run in straight lines so uh if you go up on that usex dash hill i'm not the extra utex statue but just south of that road overlooking usex dash you'll be surprised how many people you'll find either running into that u6 or around that area so works quite well now the final map the one which a lot of people seem to have a lot of difficulty trying to get their shooter board and having tasks done is customs now with customs there's a lot of people that will go through this map and some of these locations you'll get shot and destroyed pretty quickly and then other times they won't even see you and you'll have a fair bit of time to be able to get these kills the first one is the bridge overlooking the customs side um most people know about people sitting up here to try and get their shooter board and heaven done um you've got a little bit of options you can jump up and lay prone on top of the big concrete bollards or you can lay down on the bridge or or just stand up behind the concrete bollards and shoot over them um but up on top of here the amount of traffic that flows behind that on that land bridge to the to the south of it it's just extremely easy to get plenty of opportunities to shoot if you can land the shots as a different story a trick they can do is you can shoot someone in a leg um make them run out of stamina and they'll just be standing there or going they'll try and go prone or do some random stuff that works quite well um but yeah this is definitely the highest traffic flow spot particularly early on in a raid now that you can spawn across from the custom side uh spawn into the uh say near the dorms or towards crack house it makes it a little bit harder because you might get hit from the other side or hit um from someone on your side of the water so this still is probably the best spot to get your kills quickly but you will probably run into a lot of friction which means you'll probably die a few times trying to get it done here now the second spot i've had a lot of difficulties making this one work consistently but when it does work sometimes you get kills really quickly so there is uh it's called the skeleton a lot of people call it skeleton building it's the one just north of strong hold or just in the middle of the map it's in the dead center of the map you get obs towards dorms the stronghold crack house uh new gas and that bridge area uh towards new gas from this skeleton building i've got multiple of my shooter board and having kills done in the past um but everyone looks at you exactly like as soon as they get shot at in that area they know that you're in there it's it's such a common place to find people so uh if you do go up there you're gonna get a lot of people trying to kill you while you're up there but uh there is a lot of traffic that will go through this area because you're in the center of the map and everyone kind of has to go through either the stronghold area past old gas or from the around the bridge area towards new gas so you get a lot of traffic going through here the only people that will be missing it is the ones that go through dorms and you can actually get obs down towards dorms as well so pretty much you get an opportunity to see nearly everyone that goes into the map if you're up here yes just asking much love one i thought i saw one go up on the bridge serious are you serious when you're doing it what the paid actors they're in the game the third and final one that i'd highly recommend it's actually on top of like a metal uh bridge in the boiler side of the map and you get obs down towards the factory shortcut you get obs up onto the hill and also uh the scav checkpoint and back to behind the checkpoint which is the sniper's cap bit um sometimes you'll get seen up here sometimes you're worried but the amount of people that will just run up on top of that hill to look down towards new gas you get a fair few opportunities to get shooter board and heaven down here and sometimes there's fights down towards the factory shortcut which will be able to get kills down there it's a pretty straightforward spot you go up there you lay prone you don't really try and move around too much and you'll have a fair bit of people that will go up on that new set so that that hill overlooking new gas and you should be able to get a good opportunity to be able to get kills now as for honorable mentions um there's really only three that i want to put out there into the universe um but you're gonna die a lot if you're trying to use these consistently what i would say is if you're running past one of these locations jump up there have a look scan around and see if you can see anyone and then move on because you will get killed quite easily from these locations so the first one is up on the scav hill uh on the hill overlooking new gas story um this one if you go up there have a quick look around don't spend too long and uh then move on if you can see someone fighting go up there and try and third party uh the person from being up there and get that hundred meter kill but don't stay up there too long because everyone always looks up there the second one is the bridge by new gas this one on top of that bridge you can look straight down that road all the way down to boiler and you can look at new gas skeleton uh and all the way down towards the ice cream heart down at towards uh customs so there's plenty of opportunities to look around from there but if you stay up on that bridge you'll get killed it's it's one of those common places that everyone will be looking particularly once you take that shot the third and final spot it actually works quite well and it's more just like a cheesy spot when you're in there or near it you should have a look it's like a little spot next to old gas that looks up towards the hill you just go next to the uh the building i'm not sure what you call the building it's the power power lever building you go next to the building and you just look up towards the hill and you'll be surprised how often you can see people up on that hill on a clear day from down there near new gas sorry old gas um so yeah just north of the bridge from old gas just go up next to the building uh and you'll be able to look up towards the uh hill and you'll be able to see people up there all right so that is all the information for the shooter board and heaven task before you click away a couple of things first tip is know all these locations because what you can do with this video information is if someone watches this video um they'll probably go up to these locations and then you can counter snipe them from this location so if you've watched all the ways to the end this is a little tip for you and and take advantage of that people watch my guides they'll skip to the parts they want to see uh oh wherever i need to get my kills in customs i'll watch that bit and then they'll go so take advantage of that you'll know people will be in these locations um it's one of the lucky things from watching my videos is you can actually use it against people so um these locations are really good i've used them a lot over the wipes and um i would highly recommend using the tips from this video but you can counter snipe people with knowing this
