She's Taking OVER the Post & Beam Build Installing the Angle Braces

good morning modern stutters we got the post and beam frame up yesterday today we got a little bit more framing to do I can't wait to see over I can't wait to see what it looks like at the end of the morning Zeke and Caleb you're a silly come on yes come on it's a nice chilly morning this morning huh you guys slept good last night come on in those are our two new bucks on the homestead and they are settling in nicely they've been here for two weeks now and they're doing really good [Applause] [Music] we just had the full moon the other night do you guys find that affects your animals in any is they're not gonna look the same which for the original design is perfect that's a storage shed and that's a fire woodshed well I want to bolt for firewood so we're gonna make this side match this side and we're gonna have a dividing wall in the center for snacking on wood up against and it's gonna look beautiful but the rains why I tell you that is I got some cutting to do this morning and if you buy the kit and you build it the way it is you don't need to do any cutting but I just like switching things up so let's start so the store we're gonna frame up differently and then this doorway we're gonna frame up a little bit differently so I mean to start doing that first thing so we are gonna need to find some small blocks six of them that are eight fourteen that's the nice thing about the kit is everything is labeled you get a little bit of extra spare parts and pieces so we're gonna have most everything we need right here these ones right here here we go two three four five that's an 11 we don't want the 11 it's not 11 so we're gonna have more in that pile I know we do so we're gonna do this [Applause] I knew I saw it more yesterday that's an 11 that's an 11 we need another 800 there it is it's hiding right in front of me the whole time 814 right here Sean sweet how to work right there perfectly if I remember correctly this measurement should be 92 inches nope see I didn't 87 and 7/8 so I want to measure from here and go 87 mark this here in here and then here oops there and there look for a 62 it's a 79 this is the 62 we can cut this down to a 50 because that shoulda been that header and we have an extra piece right here yeah that comes with the kit so I'm gonna cut this one back and get all of our 50 inch long pieces one down all right that'll be those three I got those three that sites not getting nothing all right so now we're going to need for 204 79 best way to do this is let's mark what is it 34 and 36 yeah mark 34 let's mark about 34 [Music] and we can lay out our ate in the quarters on here here and one here mark this one up the same way so we need to know their next one's gonna be easier to build I think up against all right get all everything on this end flushed up everything all flushed up again now I can take this alright so I got all the N wall pieces that we need to build prefabs we can stand them up let's not I started without you yeah too slow all right so we get those stood up and we get those screwed into position [Music] due to right there I know all right it's looking more and more like a firewood shed get in there we're gonna need two of them cut to this one seventy seven and seven eight I know I wanted to tell you that the other night I noticed it [Applause] [Music] more and more flowers oh yeah all the colors I'll take something all right let's get the header up on this side all right next step so we got our headers in now we need to put our corner braces and add your 4x4 30s I want to pre-drill all of our corner braces and makes it a lot easier when we go to install them last chance of them splitting also [Applause] [Music] one right there I got them all pre-drilled and then when I'm putting these in if there's an ugly side I put the ugly side out cuz I don't get covered with a siding and then we're gonna see the inside still let's do the bottom first is it off a little bit how's that let me know when you got it startling that I can push it good the brace won't be in our way cuz we go like this go for it whatever one you want to do first what's that about you don't need a tool belt you got a pocket up-down what do you want me to do okay all right a lot easier doing with somebody than by yourself they are fun to do they look cool that's when it sucks them in and then it looks cool too yeah it's got a good look all right hey yet my flush so say yeah wetness yeah some of the boards are still really they probably just got cut like last week at the sawmill or something with a really fresh wood yep perfect why can't you how are we looking height wise for the other one awful little all right sweet I'll get these two up go to this corner now it's juicy that juicy too dripped on yeah well different there might be crud in that one now sometimes whatever they the coating is they gets balled up inside so it won't sit in good enough no I'll use it at some point it's like a dollar right starting to grow you like those ones don't you mm-hmm snack time rinse it off yep you better rinse it off I did it's clean mommy is it sweet what am I gonna face not good you know why the tomatoes make sure you get the ones way over I know I do starting to get some red ones and some dry leaves but I'm starting to get some Tomatoes we made a few have it on our burgers tonight Gavin in County didn't want burgers so we have buns beets are doing good thank you oh I'm gonna show you my more of my flowers my wildflower seeds we just Olivia and I just flung some down this a couple months ago and and nothing happens and we were kind of sad they're so excited are we so excited about these they're beautiful we're gonna do it again next year love it so pretty I wonder if we have as many as
