Shaquille O’Neal’s $16 Million Mansion Tour in Orlando Florida

what's up mtv this is shaquille o'neal and this is my crib okay listen i'm not shaquille o'neal but this is his crib and we're going to take you inside stay tuned [Music] all right so here we are the big man's house the diesel his house here in iowa today we're checking out this place with the listing agent tiffany pandozzi she's the exclusive listing agent she's going to walk us through so let's go take a look what's up tiffany what's up welcome to shaq's house i appreciate you having me out absolutely we are here at 9927 giffin court and there's a lot of house to see you ready i'm excited let's go let's check it out fame and fortune fortune and fame walking down the street brothers know my name but i can't get caught up in the act no matter what you say about me i'm still the same old that is what you are paying for in this property that's 700 feet of lakefront on the butler chain of lakes with western facing exposure we talked on the way over here there's a couple different lots on the butler chain but nothing this large with this view and look at this great room these are two-story ceilings here with a tremendous serpentine marble fireplace yeah i mean talk about entertaining and having some grand dinners but this is really what you want to see yeah this is what you're buying right here this is what you're buying again you get incredible sunsets yeah okay 700 feet of lakefront on the butler chain on lake butler in iowa yeah it's in me it's amazing it's [Music] amazing [Music] so let's talk a little about the house so how big is it so the house is about 31 000 square feet quite enormous expansive yeah expensive 12 bedrooms 11 full bathrooms with four half bathrooms you have full-time like staff to take care of yeah well you because you have a five-bedroom guest house on one side of the home so plenty of space for friends and family to all come and stay amazing view amazing layout that kind of thing but there's some renderings here tell us a little bit about that so you know what it's important as a buyer you know to be able to see what the space could possibly be and reimagine it okay this home is incredible it's a piece of property unlike no other that somebody's definitely gonna want in their real estate portfolio but imagine what the possibilities are so here we did a rendering of the kitchen and we didn't even get there yet but we'll see that in a minute and how that you can really optimize those views and open it up tremendously can you imagine this is where we're standing okay so imagine the staircase has been removed now you've replaced it with a glass one more modern a little bit more staircase a lot more bright white marble floors and they've changed the fireplace here in this rendering they've added water features outside a big living sitting area out here so this space you can do anything in it sure right i love it becomes a statement piece for the next owner exactly exactly so this is just kind of another view of it looking out is that your ferrari yeah that's my ferrari yeah this isn't doing well yeah right so that's pretty cool being able to show the renderings so this is a unique room let me turn on the lights actually look at this guy so i it's a very unique room um again i'm sure somebody's going to come in and do what they want with it but again we're in shaq's house there has to be things that are going to be unique to shaquille o'neal i love it so much so these two staircases lead to the master retreat which is the whole one side of the upstairs and we have an additional four bedrooms upstairs as well so a total of five on the second level check it out i anticipate somebody will probably change the window dressings open it up you know so you can really optimize that view so tell us so he bought it in 93 right okay cool and so was it built for him no it was actually not but he added on to it sure so he's added his touch throughout the years but here's the famous i feel like i've seen this before so yeah superman bed now imagine this is tremendous like look at the size like from where you are to where i am this is a really big master bedroom it is if it's big enough for shaquille o'neal's bed i think it's big enough for any buyer right and then again these amazing views you're right like every room takes advantage of this view exactly you can open this up beautiful to wake up to this view and beautiful to end the day looking at it as well at sunset [Music] i did some renderings of what the possibilities could be again massive right so it's a massive space okay you can literally have two showers or we re-imagine the space with a shower and a full sauna i mean you do have the dual vanities for the sinks clearly a tub big enough to fit the king himself but again the space can be reimagined to anything that's why we did the renderings to really give people some good perspective on that the master closet which is always fun to look at lots of space in here and again if shaquille o'neal's things can fit into here it shows you for perspective and there's a whole other side of the closet as well what's cool about this space is you can actually access your gym directly through a private staircase so let's say you wake up you go downstairs and you train you come upstairs to your private suite you get ready for the day and you can access one of your garages so if you don't want anybody to know that you came and went from your home without disturbing anybody else totally set up for that so you can check out the rest of the closet [Music] oh oh man that's awesome that's crazy so that's the master retreat and i'll take you down the hall and show you some more so there has been some like modern well yeah they do have the crestron system throughout so imagine turning on all the lights in this house luckily i can do it from the push of a button that's awesome yes there's fans all over the world who admire this icon shaquille o'neal of course so some of his most prized possessions are kept in this home really right into this little room right here so if you're a fan of sports this is like the most incredible shrine ever so crazy i always say that i like to touch the most valuable player trophy for some good luck he does have his hall of fame jacket in here and just a lot of really special memories and tokens of his career yeah dudes and icon so what i like to say about this room is whoever buys this house i would turn this into like some kind of a an office or zen meditation space because of all that good energy and juju in this room i don't want to soak it all in absolutely so this will take us into the garage so this is one of two of the garages in this home which in total can house about 17 cars 17 cars you think that's enough space for you i think i've got enough that's not yeah maybe your children's cars can fit yeah and my grandkids who else can say that they have a full indoor basketball court in their house this is insane all right so should we should we play should we guys go ahead you guys shoot it up shoot it up wait no i think it's me and you okay oh on a good day i can get so i could get a hoops let's see what are we betting on here ken huh [Applause] yes booyah come on now the pressure's on man oh and now we're going to head to the south wing of the home let's check it out so this is the kitchen that we featured yeah they've updated it along the way it seems like yeah so there's definitely been some updates along the years and it's still a big expansive kitchen of course they do have a private chef that cooks for them in this kitchen and they have all of the top of the line appliances it opens up to such beautiful views down here in this unique space it's kind of like a sunroom but again in those renderings if you look at that you can see that we rendered it to have all these walls opened up so that from all of the spaces of the the kitchen into the family room this is what you're looking at [Music] so if you remember what is this i mean we have a semi truck in the middle of the living room diesel i mean you know and there's a fish tank in the middle of it it's unique you know kind of like a drink if you remember we were upstairs at the master retreat where there was another four bedrooms and this is a secondary staircase down into the living room but you can also access the master from here got it we also have a movie theater gotta check out the movie theater it's the jaw [Music] so this will take us into the secondary garage now this is also his party room and i'll show you why i say that there you go [Music] lots of fun so in here we're about to walk into this uh guest house where we have the five bedrooms and access to the pool so here we have the five bedroom guest house that leads you into this incredible outdoor oasis so this this room right here is as big as most people's house right just the guest space this is pretty amazing yeah i mean five bedrooms just for your guests yeah you guys gotta see this waterfall amazing so i had heard a story one time that like he bought the house and excavated it it was like 20 feet deep or something tell us about this outdoor space okay yes absolutely i mean the length is 95 feet long so it's big enough for a synchronized swim team yeah so i mean it's a tremendous pool with incredible rock formations i mean you don't have to go to a resort when you have this in your backyard you have it right here at home this is amazing yeah and i think it's cool because you've got a little bit of privacy on this side as well right so you can totally peek over see the water but you could you feel like you're a little bit more productive it depends on the owner i mean this owner wanted it to be extremely private so the hedges are high if you cut these hedges down you have full views of this incredible lake it's amazing but yeah this you can see gorgeous lake views and if you just trimmed it down a little bit you know there's a whole other green space in the back here if you have pets and there's a secret little pathway to get up to the rocks at the top here for when you're ready to jump off you ready to jump down let's go come on i love up [Music] let's take a look at the lake so you can have all the water toys that you can imagine pull up your yacht yeah yeah right here absolutely i don't know about the depth for that you're 600 foot yeah don't drop him please that's awesome that's awesome that'll be so cool [Music] so welcome to the entertainment room cigar bar and lounge and there you have your humidor and beautiful views again of a balcony facing out to lake butler to be able to enjoy have some evening cocktails it's an expansive space too jeez
