Seth Rollins: 'The truth about working with Brock Lesnar'

when he's in the ring as soon as the bell goes off you feel like anything can happen at any moment and i don't know that there's any other performer in the history of our industry who's been able to do that consistently you know for as long as he has what is brock like to work with is he a laugh backstage oh yeah bit of bounce oh he loves the banter that one ah you know what man he's an interesting dude he's he's certainly everything that you've heard about him and read about him is dead on is there's no exaggeration but the truth is when you get to know him and you get the opportunity to get in there and earn his respect because you do have to earn it he is absolutely one of the best professional wrestlers on the planet period when he wants to show up when he really wants to he's changed the game he's changed the game you look at the matches that he has and the uh you know just when he's in the ring as soon as the bell goes off you feel like anything can happen at any moment and i don't know that there's any other performer in the history of our industry who's been able to do that consistently you know for as long as he has now so you know kudos to him for carving out a special niche for himself uh it's it's brutal when you're in there but um the payoff is worth it the way i felt after the summerslam match you know i could barely walk uh for a couple weeks but um it was an incredible moment for me we were there in toronto it was an incredible match we loved it the splash from the very top of the ring post all the way down magic magic um uh would would dean ambrose say the same thing about brock look we i probably not but i've had that experience uh i've had that experience as well i've been on both sides of the coin so i understand where ambrose was coming from like you go into a wrestlemania you want to have the match of the night you're wrestling brock lesnar and you know it turns out like it does that happens and brock's uh you know prone to that stuff sometimes so just depends on which brock lesnar shows up [Music] [Music] you
