Self Care Days

hey everybody it's Hannah and Val we are out it's Wednesday it's um caring for the caregiver Wednesday and we are out shopping for plants shopping for plants so of course I forgot to pick up uh the camera until just now um but we've picked out a tomato and some other stuff I'll show you some herbs some herbs yeah we're looking for stuff that says grows great in containers so we're thinking about this is just a regular size Tom it's a let me look it's that one and then we're also looking for a cherry we think and we might get another a different variety of tomato that's a better bush maybe one of these my grandfather and Granddad all um used to plant better boys and this is a better bush so must be better maybe it's a hybrid of the better boy but for a container so we'll see all right we have Rosemary time basil ruers jalapenos cubel better bush husky cherry red um oh cucumbers and zucchini and we got some soil and it comes back okay all right little bit of FR closet so this is delicious it's a chocolate cobbler mom just had her first bite with some white chocolate raspberry ice cream it's delicious it really is I'll put the recipe in the description hey everybody it's Hannah and pal we are out and about it's the next day actually we are out and about I didn't end up filming a whole lot yesterday because we just went and hung out at n's house and had some very relaxing time so chill out and conversation yeah so it's the next day we're out we just went to Chili's I'll insert a little clip now I had big mouth bites and Mom had bottomless soup salad and chips so now we are about to head into Goodwill just to see if we can find any Little Gems last time I came I really did yeah um now there's one pair of pants I got that I really liked but I hadn't been brave enough to wear yet one of these days I'm going to but anyway I got some good shirts and um one of the last couple times I got a pair of pants I absolutely love so fingers crossed find some more stuff like that um one of the last times I was here I found several things with that were really nice and they had the original t bags on them so here we go all right we are going to start here make our way this way and then go down there make our way that way okay lately I've been seeing shirts with flowers on them and thinking they are birds like doesn't this look like an abstract bird there and there no it's just flowers update mom just said our cart overfloweth and I have found the men's flannel shirts um so anyway we're going to be trying stuff on next all right cute little dressing room in here U plenty of hooks and nice size bench and plenty of room so I thought I'd show you what I'm trying on this shirt with princesses on it is $429 and these leggings I think are super cute um and they are 529 so I think I'll get the leggings the shirt um just a little too snug for me so I won't be getting that all right this shirt I think is so cute um I know it's probably backwards U it says babes support babes um it's 429 and today is green tag day so all green tag stuff is 50% off I think that's so cute I think I'll get it as well okay so obviously two very different Vibes here but just trying everything on so this this is a I think it's a double X men's um and it's $529 I'm not going to get it because it is pretty big now the pants I am in love with they're so soft so stretchy really flowy at the bottom um they be perfect for like um wearing to Animal Kingdom I love them so much uh definitely going to get those all right again with the men's flannel this one's a medium I think um I like it it's soft and cozy it's a good fit it's 629 uh but again it's a green tag so it's 50% off so I think I will get that the pants I like but they're tight around my calves but too big up here so I won't be getting those and those were 529 all right I did decide not to get the flannel just cuz just not wild even though it's a green tag I don't know it's just I don't know I just think I won't all right this t-shirt just says California California California California on the back I don't think I'll get it just cing I've got plenty of t-shirts but uh the pants I am in love with um so cute so bright red I love it I'll definitely get these very stretchy very comfortable love and these are $729 all right I'm back in my own pants and this is just a plain uh short sleeve no sleeve sleeveless tank top just a plain tank top it's Old Navy brand which I do really love and it's $529 so I think I'll get that you just never can have too many of these I think it's really flattering I think it's really flattering and flowy up in the front so I'll get that all right this I think is super cute um it's almost too big um so I don't know but I'll see what mom thinks and then decide but it's 529 and it's a green tag so it would be 50% off so we'll see all right I kind of love it um flattering and flowy again in the front green tag 626 and it'll be 50% off that so I do think I will be getting this all right this is is the last thing it's quite a different style different vibe than I usually go for but I don't know it just kind of spoke to me um I think you can make it look really nice with um some nice pants some heels I don't know what do you guys think let me know I'm conflicted Mom isn't sure that I'll wear it but I think I want to get it I don't know let me know in the comments what you think I love them they're so ridiculous and I love them but they're a little small they're nines and I usually need n and a half or 10 so boo okay cute but he is so creepy up to something he's freaked out and she's really scared all right I would say that's super successful um I spent so I also in addition to all that stuff that I showed you I also got Marlo a set of uh Black Christmas ornaments just for fun black is one of her favorite colors so I just saw them and thought of her and texted her about it and she said she wanted them so um I spent a total of 3964 which is not bad considering all the stuff I got I love stopping there ask spent um $33 oh wow I got quite a few more things than you but I had more green tags you only got two two more didn't you get did you get eight or nine things I think I got nine things I got six so and I did the Roundup thing well she didn't ask me if I wanted to round up I would have anyway so anyway I guess we're headed home now you know usually often clothes yes clothes chopping is really difficult because it's like nothing fits right and everything's too small and it's all the back ways faster oh good I love it when that happens everything is just all really depressing but I feel like we got some good stuff everything wasn't too small you know and um I love a bargain so I'm pretty pleased we had a nice day out and a nice day out yesterday so tomorrow tomorrow is going to be clean the house day yes tomorrow back to work and maybe today we might start today yeah cleaning house so I wanted to talk a little bit about um getting out of the house and caring for the caregiver and that whole why do you need to get out of the house to care for the caregiver cuz you never do anything exactly we just sit around and do nothing all the time yeah um so that's not true mom yes it's not true that's what we hear um yes we work from home but we do work we have more than full-time jobs oo and um we are also about getting out of the caregiver mind yes and we are also depressed and it's good to make ourselves get out of the house and just like do stuff that we don't normally do or just do stuff that's outside of our Norm sitting at home working um or caregiving so that's why we do this every week and why it's so important to us anything to add no nothing nothing nothing at all anyway trying to decide which direction that's good there it is so if there's anything you'd like to see us do to care for this caregiver take care of ourselves mental health self-care that kind of thing let us know
