even stay their swords for the elderly foreign okay that's a bit better um deflect Circle against a critical blow and it may wind up with a critical blow cannot be blocked with guard taking damage from a critical blow will lower your morale Rank by one if you redirect an enemy's critical blow the power of the deflect increases and you can significantly break the enemy's stance ow that hurts damn you long stabbing [ __ ] long stabbing [ __ ] morale is like a a stance in the zone at the time so you lose morale you have to get revenge whoa piloting this guy foreign that's it this guy's a five cool okay cool natural to cool any bad input delay not that I can feel not on the PC version damn it iron it morning not looking cool um gotcha okay all right resting at a battle flag your HP uses the dragon cure pot will be restored fortitude increases by two uh you can raise your fortitude your morale rent drops when you're killed by I was reading that okay oh there is no crouching there fortitude rank as well as restore HP and dispel all status effects all right there's some crazy gimmicks going on here stuff that I've mostly forgotten since last time we played key flakes he flakes yo you walk and guard yeah that's a good call I like that I like that yeah there's less uh there's a lot less of the neo-isms in this game which is what made me like it because I ended up finding the always felt really difficult about this fight was uh no healing right you just get hit a couple of times and you just don't get to heal you fought very well now the village is safe by my head why are focused than Neo and it feels a little bit better you know it's just something about the the combat just has a really nice distinctive flow to it it was less Polished in the OG demo it was less polished but now it feels like it's got a level of Polish that's like a little bit above and hitting [ __ ] feels good hitting parries feels good I like it uh uh let me see if I can change the visuals though how's the game for someone who never touched Neo probably pretty good for you right probably pretty good Neo neo2 is a great game but it's got a lot of systems on top of systems on top of systems I beat neo1 but I didn't beat neo2 I tried several times to play neo2 and I just couldn't get through it I realized how much I dislike the um oh this is looking crispy now I realize how much I don't like the loot grind in uh uh neo2 damn this is looking a bit better now holy hell oh my God damn does anyone know if we're actually running at 4k on the Xbox version I'm gonna have to look it up running great the reason being uh these games are made on Console chat and usually the PC ports are sadly an afterthought they're usually not the priority but the good news is that the game's fun as their stamina Gage or their their posture gauge this is what long houses so far it's great some performance issues aside it's fantastic there's like a plus to Spirit damage just better gain yourself okay so we just want to crank this crank the [ __ ] out of this do I have any items that give me extra of that stuff because you always seem to flame resistance key flake yeah it's key flakes it is key Flakes and dragon cure pots I don't think have anything right like I don't know if there's anything we can do to actually get more Dragon pots they were going like hard damage um any chain magic very funny we did it we beat this game's fun man right it's got some issues buy the full game they say don't worry about it well I mean granted I'm unlike games pass but this game's fun uh I gotta give it some credit I'm actually liking it even more than I did on the first playthrough and I really like the OG demo OG demo from back in September was really good as well um It's pretty dope right it hits a nice balance of not being like kind of frustratingly difficult of first playthrough Neo Games first play through Neo games are very very frustrating and challenging chat because you have no stamina so you have very limited actions that you can do it can make it really difficult to plow through some bosses like that goddamn snake boss in neo2 Jesus man I hated some of that [ __ ] um this is very different right everything on the surface level looks like it is a Neo clone in every way but when you play it you realize it's not and that's what's fun about it it genuinely plays different uh the OG demo was absolutely harder right I agree the old demo was harder but I feel like this feels more Polished in some way there's a lot more encouragement of using your um your abilities for example you can be maxed out on stamina and still use your abilities you're one hit away from getting messed up right you are however it doesn't limit you from using more so if you get your deflect timing right if you get all that [ __ ] figured out you can really Hammer through bosses which is neat that's actually kind of fun the I don't know if it was like that way in the first demo I feel like when you were maxed out on actions you really had to balance that bar like it was a stamina gauge and you could not push it further you know you really couldn't now it feels like I just can do it whenever it's just that if I Max it out I get screwed up and that's fine that that's me taking a risk and getting a reward or you know getting punished as a result uh all I'm trying to say is I really dig it I hope some of these performance issues are kind of figured out even the Xbox version is not running at 60fps on the uh performance mode not all the time it's 60 FPS like 90 of the time and I but I see the drops to 50 quite a bit uh I really hope the PC version supports a nice frame rate that goes 120 because at this point I'm thinking I'll probably be playing the PC version just so we can get super high frame rates on some of this stuff I really dig it I was like addicted to getting new gear and they know what I like that too I like the gear I like earning gear and finding gear in places and that's where that gear is right instead of just opening a box and you know rainbow Kaleidoscope of [ __ ] I just have to read it all and see what I need and no I don't need that right I I think I kind of like the fact that gear is a a commodity for individual elements now which is dope dear I don't think gear is random anymore drops from some enemies and I feel like when you pick up items in certain areas that's what those that's why the items are there in chess and stuff I like it I wish there was I actually wish there was more funny enough [Music] thank you [Music]
