excited to see the elders leading the world government in action everyone was ecstatic when St Saturn showed up to Egghead Island now after we got to see his abilities and action he became very clear why the elders are considered some of the strongest people in the world even more so than the infamous Admirals it wasn't too long ago when the Admirals were the most of the straw heads worries but it looks like things aren't getting any easier for the crew from having to fight one of the gor Ro to having to fight all five of them like right now spells nothing short of danger for Luffy and his crew today we're going to be talking about the infamous gor Ro that's right the badass rulers of the world government have finally made their move and they're here to stop VAP Punk's message at any cost we're going to be discussing their unique yo-kai forms and their potential abilities and what they could mean for our beloved Warrior of Liberation who must face them so without wasting any more time let's jump right into it Oda has been giving us Banger after Banger after Banger in the egad arc with epic moments like Kuma decking seene Saturn straight in the face to emotional moments like Bonnie finally learning the truth about Kuma this Arc has it all and now it is finally coming to an end and Oda is set on making this one of the most amazing arcs in the history of one piece but it might not be because of the reasons you're expecting because there's a chance that I'll beloved straw hats my fate defeat if you don't know that you've heard that correctly the straw hats might have to retreat and regroup by the end of the egad Ark because things are not looking good for them while things looked up for the pirates with the pacifistas on their side and the Giants showing up to help them Escape it looks like their luck didn't last as long as they had hoped well that is because since Saturn saw what was happening and decided to summon the rest of the Goro to Egghead Island not only that but it also looks like they've arrived arrived ready to fight in the menacing Yono forms if Luffy was barely holding back St Saturn how could he fend off all the five of the elders at the same time that is a tall order even for one of the strongest pirates in the world but what makes the Goro say so powerful just how monstrous are they with Saturn unable to be damaged permanently what do the rest of the Goro say have in store what is Oda waiting to release what is Oda waiting to show us about these forms now Oda has been teasing some small reveals here and there about the Goro say with Saturn being the first one we saw in action and even now most of his powers are still a big question mark to most fans but now that the rest of the Goro say have all shown up we might get to see what their powers mean and if their yo-kai forms have any relation to their character and rank the first Elder we're going to be talking about today is none other than the warrior God of Agriculture Shepherd Peter the warrior God of Agriculture seems to have a yo-kai form that sues his title with him transforming into a strange terrifying worm monster it looks like Oda must have taken inspiration from other media and mythologies because how in the heck does a worm look so terrifying even the worms from Doom didn't look as terrifying as this and this one has a sound mind as well whatever he may look like in his transformed State it's still jupeter behind this terrifying creature and it looks like he has the abilities you'd expect from a giant worm like creature I mean the first thing we saw him do in his yo-kai form was bury straight into the ground and try to eat a Luffy that's just what anyone would expect a monster like this to do although Dory and broi stepped in just in a ni of time to save the straw Hat by cutting off jup Peter's head now I doubt that this is the end of jupeter or I doubt that this is the end of the Elder either he has similar powers to St Saturn and can regenerate himself or his yo-kai form works just like the worms from Doom where all the heads need to be destroyed at the same time for them to be truly defeated maybe we'll get to see jupeter in action more in the upcoming chapters after he has regenerated but that is all we saw of him in this one next up is none other than the warrior God of Finance the only sword wielder part of the Goro Ethan Baron V natsuiro the god of Finance was seen transforming into a Baku a skeleton horse and it looks like this form is straight up terrifying this form is straight up terrifying and to me looks cool it's like one of the beasts that inhibits a cold dark landscape now natu jiro's form allows him to use the powers of freezing and Ice allowing him to freeze the circuits inside the pacifistas and slash them with ease from the looks of it natsuiro still keeps his upper body form and his human form kind of like a centaur from Greek mythology and uses his arms to wield his sword it looks like OD Drew inspiration from Greek mythology as well as the kelpy from Squad mythology the kelpy is a mythological horse that uses the power of water to cast victims and drown them to death that is part of where the inspiration for natu jiro's yo-kai Forum came from now since we see him going around freezing pacifistas and slashing through them with ease a clear indication that whatever power or abilities njiro possesses must be related to water or Mist his increased speed and ability to shred pacifistas to pieces in seconds just goes to show you how terrifying he is I mean to get rid of half of the pacifista on egad island in mere seconds like that is an impressive feat even for one of the Elders of the world government I'd wager that even Luffy and his crew wouldn't be able to cause this type of Destruction in such a short amount of time we could get to see a match up between natu Jiro and Sanji or even see Sanji and Zoro take on the same Elder at the same time now since the Elder seems to have ice or freezing powers and also wields a sword he could easily become an opponent for both Sanji and Zoro both eager to test out their limits against the Cento like sword wielding Elder now we're going to be moving on to the warrior God of environment Marcus Mars now Elder Mars seems to have taken the form of the birdlike creature known as the itum that kind of looks like the Pokémon archeops right now we looks like Oda does take inspiration from everywhere and one of the most beloved childhood shows is the perfect source for the yo-kai form of one of the elders if Oda Drew inspiration from the actual itsumade then this form is going to be one of the most terrifying of all the elders with the body of a snake and Claws that pierce through humans with ease the itmade is known to fly over places where suffering and death are abundant now doesn't that sound like AK Island right now now the itum from Legend comes around to free the living from the pain but I somehow doubt that Marcus Mars would be willing to relieve anyone from the pain the only pain he will be relieving is when he finally defeats Luffy and gets rid of his headache but since Mars's powers are more centered around long range attacks he's the bird du we even see him try to destroy the labo face still right it looks like his attacks are having no effect whether this is just because the labo phase is indestructible or because Mars's physical attacks are not as strong and with Mars's Powers being related to long range attacks and his yo-kai form being literally a bird it makes sense that usapp will be the one to face him eventually mind you not the usab from now right because nowhere is usab even remotely close to being strong enough to take down one of the Goro by himself neither is Nami I think neither is Chopper aside from the big three and jimbe nobody else is ready but anyway maybe in the future right maybe in the future we'll see Uso strong enough to harm the Elder and maybe put him down for good next up we have the warrior God of Justice Topman wri vuri the Elder always looks ready to throw hands at any time right the yo-kai form of wyi looks like a giant boar with four tusks like that is a cool design it looks like this is another case of Oda drawing inspiration for Greek mythology wy's yo-kai transformation is based on the aranan boore that's right now did I even say that right the aroman and boore Oda went and designed one of the Elder yo-kai forms based on the fourth labor of the legendary Hercules like can you imagine what this would mean if Wu is anything close to the one from the mythologies then the straw hats are in a lot of trouble with enhanced strength and extreme speed while Ki can easily overpower everyone on the island and if we dig a bit deeper into the mythological inspiration we're talking about a beast that even the legendary Warrior Hercules had trouble defeating the aranan boore was a symbol of absolute power and destruction if Luffy thought that he has seen tough opponents before then fighting vye would easily give the straw hats a run for his money now labr certainly not least is Saint jar is Saint J Garcia Saturn the warrior God of Science and defense with half of the epic moments from the whole Arc coming from or because of Saturn there's no doubt that he has become one of the most popular of the elders from regenerating after every hit with the power to hold Luffy back with ease and let's not forget the time when he tanged a punch from bomeo Kuma that was one of the most epic moments in the entirety of the arc plus the amount of hits that Saturn has taken just goes to show you his durability and power I mean tanking Kuma's strongest punt one that is filled with all the hate and anger that he possessed and still getting up like nothing happened that is an impressive feat in and of itself and now he is going toe to- Toe with Luffy while he is in gear five form and still not taking any damage that easily makes Saturn one of the most powerful foes that the straw hats have ever faced now getting right back after every hit is straight out of a nightmare for Luffy since there's no way this fight is ending soon or with Luffy outright beating Saturn everyone thought that Saturn's Powers were only because of a devil fruit but the continuous regeneration and the fact that Luffy K lay a scratch on him makes me think that there's something else happening here as well maybe Saturn made some modific ation to his body that allowed him to regenerate easily or un endlessly or could the Elder have figured out a way to regenerate himself no matter how much damage he takes no matter how this fight ends is no doubt that St Saturn is one of the strongest enemies that Luffy has ever phased and he's going to need to come up with a new strategy if he's going to defeat the Elder and Escape egad Island safely but whatever happens from here on we know for sure that Oda is about to make the ending of the EG head Arc one of the best in the whole of One Piece all of the Goro say have arrived on Egghead Island and it looks like they're not going to be leaving until they destroy the labo phase and stop vapon from sending his message to the whole world all we need to do is sit back and watch the chaos unfold so hold on to your seats as Oda sets the stage for one of the greatest
