Save Outlook email attachments automatically to OneDrive for Business Using Microsoft Power Automate

hello everyone today I'm going to show how you can save your Office 365 email attachment to your on referral business by using Microsoft power automate so Microsoft power automate has a building template you can use to save all your Office 365 email attachment that come to your inboxes directly to your OneDrive for business to do that you need to log on to your user portal you have to do it from the user portal so in user portal click on power automate you will find it in your apps send power automate you click on templates and then search this template in your power automate portal click on this one so this templator already pre-built and then it will ask for your permission for your Office 365 Outlook and your OneDrive for business I've already using a couple of you know templates for power automate so I've already logged in so you click on tick mark So if you uh you know I want to change your connection you can just add a new connection in here so then click on continue so I'm just showing you a very basic you know flow that you can you can use uh to show your users that they can easily just uh you know copy the path of their OneDrive folder and it will save there at the inboxes uh attachment automatically so the condition is when a new mail in your inbox so you don't have to don't do anything in here so just keep it it is and if yes and the select output will be an attachment and you give the folder path of your OneDrive so let's uh log into our OneDrive so your OneDrive you can create a folder called email attachment and then you can give the path of this folder I already have email attachment folder in here so just click on this folder icon then click on this Arrow one and select this email attachment folder you can select any any folder you like so then if no do the same so click on here now you click on Save so the flow is now saving you already saved and it recommend us to test it so to test this we have to send an email okay so first let me log in to an email account and then test it out so I give the email address give a name then attach a file so let's just say I attach this one just see the name power automate flow test Android txt so I send the mail [Music] now I open my Outlook to see if the mail is arrived or not it might take some times so I have received the email power automate now I click on test that if my flow is working or not and also I can check out in my email attachment in OneDrive so in folder as you can see I've got this file so I've received this email and I also receive this file so my flow is working and it is already tested so if you click on the flow it will show that yeah how many times it has run and it is succeed or not you will find the Run history in here so it will you will also you can edit from here you can share this flow you can send and copy you can export this package the flow so you can do all of this drafts in here so just remember that you have to do it from your user end ah not from ah from the admin admin Center so that's it thank you for today
