Introducing the cherry roll cake. It is made from roll cake batter. Leave the egg whites at room temperature. Mix egg yolk and oil. Add the milk after the egg yolk and oil are well mixed. Remove clumps of cake flour. Mix well until smooth. Whisk until the egg whites are smooth. Add 1/3 sugar. A glossy meringue is ready. Add food coloring if desired. Add 1/3 of the meringue. Use a whisk to mix thoroughly. Add remaining meringue. Use a spatula to mix the meringue without crushing it. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan. Cover with paper to keep from drying out. Lightly whip the heavy cream. The sakura bean paste is sweet enough, so no sugar is added. Make it a little firmer so that the roll cake can be easily rolled. Peel off the charcoal. Cut the end of the roll diagonally. Make a shallow cut at the beginning of the roll. Tighten using a ruler. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the cream and dough to blend. I used a cherry blossom-shaped base. Thank you for watching the video.
