welcome back now to this very heartwarming story will South Africa's Musa Mata make it as Britain's Got talent's ultimate winner the 27 year old amputee made history with his dance performance not leaving one dry eye in the arena tonight in civil King his mother together with family and friends will be watching as Musa performs in the show's finale our reporter Theodore marchelet will be joining them and is actually with them right now thanks so much for your time Theo what a great assignment I'm very jealous we should maybe swap seats one night so I can do all these exciting stories you do but I'm sure musa's mother is very nervous but also so exceptionally proud that her son has made it this far look Heidi it's just Happy Feelings here in Super Gang today we are in zone 10 at musa's home and the mother and togozo matale actually has a whole bunch of friends chilling and just watching Sunday Soul sessions is a bit different here that's what I will say about this because the today is all about celebrating uh Musa Mota's achievement I mean he wowed the judges uh there in Britain including some Simon Conwell who's one of the toughest judges known as one of the toughest judges in the Britain's Got Talent competition and he's also the one of the founders for the competition he was also wowed by his performance and in fact he made history with having all the judges give him a golden buzzer uh I have his mother right here thank you for speaking to us ma'am how is it that your son is in the finals today here I'm very much impressed about his performances and all the achievements that he's been through and I feel so honored as a mother and I'm very much Happy over the moon I'm only specialist not knowing what to do or what to say because he has done so well since a long time ago I know that Musa is a go-getter I know that he is whatever he wants to get then he's getting it I'm so proud of him and I love him so much speaking about being a go-getter I mean I know that in the black family usually the Arts is not something that you expect a child to like go and pursue how did you feel the first time when Musa told you I want to be a dancer you know I was like pissed as a mother because once he started when he completed his metric I was like like every every parent will like the child to go to school so Musa didn't want to go to school he told me that he belonged somewhere else in the media entertainment industry so yeah I was like this child is telling me something that I don't want to hear but it's fine let me give him a chance to see what is going on but now he blew me away you know one of the things that are really amazing about Musa is the fact that he is breaking boundaries and we know that he's an amputee first of all he's competing with fully abled people out there waving the South African flag taking us International how does that make you feel it makes me feel so great because um firstly Musa it was difficult as a parent yes obviously so but as I can see that Musa has done well so far and along the way he was like chasing his dreams and now I can see that he impresses so many people and he inspire a lot of people and I'm proud of him because he cannot give up and whoever went through the same position or same situation as him then he can be able to help yeah to help to say no don't give up try to do this so that you can be recognized oh you can do well as well as as you can see that you are like this then you can do better than you think so Musa is a very brave boy and confident and dedicated um is very dedicated Shem and then you know what when he was in a hospital he was brave enough because Mina I was weaker than him crying all the time but you could see that I was crying then he would just console me saying Mama I'm not going anywhere I'm not going to die even though there were children that were dying tomorrow morning when I come they say whoever is passed on whoever is passed on but he made it yeah and and you've been supportive all along now we understand that you know it takes a village to raise a child and what do you have to say to um it's unbelievable the boy is multi-talented I taught him actually the ball is a go-getter like his mom her mom said by the way Musa has this unique talent he's a conqueror he want to conquer the universe yeah you can see yeah from his facial expression that the boy is going to break boundaries yeah I wanted to ask my mom like I I just want to ask you during the entire process when he was still ill and recovering from the cancer and he still wanted to go dancing how did that impact you as a family it was hard usually actually it was hard for the whole family because um we couldn't see that a muscle can go dancing in his position he was um I mean if you know let me start saying this way Musa when started dancing I was like having this good Goosebumps like saying no Musa how how can you do this how do you do this I didn't understand by then but now I can get it or that he is doing well yeah and he is he's doing wonders actually so yes because he has in um so I'm gonna ask you to send him a message right now I know that there's a video that you've actually sent out that he is actually gonna watch right now just before he performs and I want you to send you him a message from right here at home rooting for him what do you have to say I would say uh good luck my boy because I know that you are going to make it and I know that you've been through but so many things but you managed to to reach the point where you are right now and good luck and God bless you and I know that you're going to make it yes we are all rooting for Musa tonight so that's it from Heidi you can hear right now that um right here is very happy about her son I mean talk about breaking the boundaries and also just like going Against All Odds for your dreams like this is one of those stories that are so inspiring and could still be inspiring to many South Africans not just who are artists but people who are suffering from cancer who also uh feel like the world could be ending this is one of those stories Musa is breaking one of those stories right now where he is pushing the boundaries and he's waving the South African flag out there in Britain and we are all rooting for him a writer at his home we are with his mother and a couple of friends his stepfather we are all here rooting for Musa tonight and we hope he wins I hope to be coming back to you with some good news later tonight but right now back to you Heidi thank you so much for that very joyful story that is our reporter Theodore Michelle is speaking to us from um musa's home and it's such an inspiring story I really wish Mr all the best in the whole of South Africa is really behind him and rooting for him
