what's up guys this is Jeff the all-terrain man and today I'm going to be doing a quick to the point review of the ryobi 18v cordless power inflator let's do this so here it is the tool the our the ryobi power inflator with the 18 volt lithium battery so a couple key things I want to point out real quick on this is that the hose is a 20 inch hose it has a pressure gauge built in on the top here it says that this little nook here is meant for like storage you can like wrap it around and kind of set it in there which to me is kind of I don't know I don't get it it's not really storage to me although this little hole here it does say in instructions that's meant for a pegboard you know so you can hang your tool on a pegboard which is kind of cool to me does come with a couple of little attachments for like a sports ball or pool toy inflatables for the review I am using a fresh freshly charged 1.5 amp hour 18 volt battery it's a fresh charge can't even see that out of here but it's a full charge and let's get to it so as you can see here I got a flat on my tire it's completely flat I don't think there's yeah there's there's no pressure in that tire right now I picked up a screw and it's it does hold air it takes about a day to day and a half right to completely go flat and so this is my first time ever using this this tool I typically don't buy rowdy tools I'm typically a Dewalt Milwaukee Makita guy but um I primarily got this because Robbie was the only company that had something readily for me to buy like this a power inflator we'll give it a shot and let's go before we start it does say that it's a hundred and fifty pound psi max and the other thing to point out that I don't know if people probably miss in instructions that it says for the power duty or the power cycle is five minutes on five minutes off so if you run for five minutes you're supposed to give it a five minute break so if this ends up going for long into five minutes I'm going to take take a break and let it rest for five minutes I like to let my tools be maintained to last as long as possible all right so here we go we all know how to attach these to a stem and get my stopwatch ready and here we go [Music] all right right there is exactly five minutes and I have about 32 pounds in there so so I'm gonna go ahead and give it a break and come back all right I've waited another five minutes so I'm gonna go ahead and keep going until I get to 40 pounds ready go [Music] and there we go we have about des can't see it just over six minutes to go from completely flat 240 pounds is you know obviously a pretty worst-case scenario going from a completely flat car tire to a full 40 pounds obviously doing say like a bike tire or a dolly tire or something like that that's gonna be a much better scenario for you alright so final thoughts on the Raby power inflator I give it a big thumbs up it did the job it's supposed to do I'm very happy with it it's convenient it's portable it did what I need it to do I gave it its worst case scenario for me which would be a car tire for with zero pounds of air in it all the way to 40 so the only negatives I would give this is I have big hands I have real big hands and this is a huge I mean grip on this thing which is not a big deal because in the big scheme you're not using it to grip and hold on and drill things or anything like that so you don't really even need you know to grip it to make it function do what you need to do the only other thing like I said it's not a big deal to me but it nonetheless it bothers me a little bit this triggers super light and touch it really takes any pressure whatsoever to press the trigger so when you're picking it up you know you accidentally kind of grab that trigger sometimes constantly giving that little spurts of power inadvertently but all in all I give it a big thumbs up maybe I'll try some more Robbie tools now that I've got some batteries for it alright so thanks for watching I hope you liked the video comment like subscribe and have a great one
