hey folks welcome back tell you what we're back indoors today guys I'm just want to do a little rotisserie cook for you here on the Emerald power enterprise 360 again I didn't want to do a rotisserie again for a while and I actually wanted to do the chicken but I'm having trouble finding one small enough for this particular wing limit so which is four pounds anyway I've got me up just a pork loin here it's little over four pounds but I think that time I trim the fat off over will be pretty close so I think we're good so guys I hope you enjoyed this come along and let's get going and trim this end up as you can see I've got a fair amount of fat on here and I'm just going to try to trim some of that off I don't think I'll get all of it off but we'll see what we can do it's gonna clean it up quite a bit I'm gonna try and not trust this but we have to we will we'll see what it looks like then I'm under that 4 pound weight limit now that my check cut off of that I guess I'm gonna hit this just a little olive oil it's almost too much we'll probably get the whole thing with that make a wheel I guess I want to follow this up with some of the killer hogs the steak rub really good stuff I've used it on States I haven't used it on pork yet so I'm really excited about that I don't think I have I have I apologize [Music] should get all sides of this alright guys let me get this on the spit and let's see if we need to touch up anything all right let's see if I can do this somewhat straight so far so good [Music] putting too big I'll tell you what that could be a little stubborn and get in there there we go loop's entered somewhat tighten everything down hey guys I know they'll have trouble showing this part to you because the lighting just doesn't work out but I'm gonna preheat this thing to 300 well actually it set it an hour I looked in the Emerald cookbook for a pork loin left the same recipe but that he recommends 340 degrees for an hour so that's what we're gonna go with here and I'm gonna get this thing preheated all right we are there now hopefully I can do this put that burning my hands bear with me [Music] there we go let's you get a good look at that [Music] I will check on this in about 30 minutes just to see where we are I never recommend an opening one in the middle that's good but I just wanted to show you this I wish I had trust this because it's you can see watch it flop on me just be it a little bit more even it's looking good and everything's looking fine see that I wish I could have got that a little bit more concentrated I think it's gonna be fine we're gonna go with it and see what happens hey guys we're back I don't 35 36 minutes in here I just want to jump in and see if I can get some temps I'm gonna see where we are I don't feel like we're done yet that's hot Charlie like that yeah we got a little ways to go about 123 so if we're gonna keep her going guys alright guys I feel like we might be close but I have a feeling we got a little bit more time yeah we are pretty close let me get some more tips here without burning myself I'm gonna give this another we're very close guys depending on where I stick this will give us about another ten minutes and see what we can do [Music] alright guys that should be it I feel like we're done but I'm gonna check the temps anyway oh yeah we're done 145 146 there I'm very comfortable yeah on the ends of stuff I'm gonna be more done yeah we're good guys I'm gonna pull this and let this rent our rest for about maybe 710 minutes and then I'll come back and cut it up for you hey guys this if we can get this thing out of here [Music] is it not a beautiful piece of meat beautiful time alright yes hey there I hope the light is doing this thing justice cuz it is beautiful let's start setting this thing up a little bit so good looking real good guys this you look at that juicy oh my god that is so juicy let me get my family fed guys and I'll come back we'll do a taste test on this all right guys look at that we just spread right there come on flip side of green beans on corn mama woke this up for me not wait to get a bite of that I'm gonna give this a taste test guys awesome I don't know you seen that juicy it was very tender very juicy still that's the key to try to keep it down that 140 range it's gonna come up a little bit in the rest or while its resting that oh my god that is so good oh it's your head go on the fork here on this pork loin but that killer called a steak rub in it that's really good on there I would definitely use them that again no question very good guys I'm try one more for you that rotisserie you don't have to let it rest very long just because it's the rotisserie all the juices stay and turn on that so it's very good so fast thank you so much please thank you for joining me for another week we'll be back next week I don't know probably inside or out but can't wait to see you guys god bless folks [Music]
