Romandisea Titanic vs. Titanic II

there are two replica  titanic projects in the world   both will be full-sized replicas of the 1912 ocean  liner rms titanic firstly there is Romandisea   this will be located in the landlocked sechuan  province in china as part of a theme park the ship will not be a real functioning  ship but a tourist attraction and hotel   construction began in 2016 but stalled in 2019 little work has been carried out in  recent years the project obviously ran   out of money in fact they have appealed  for volunteers to work on the ship's construction the second titanic project is called titanic  2 which will be a full-sized working replica   of the rms titanic it will cruise the world in  2012 australian mining billionaire clive palmer   announced that he was going to build a replica of  the 1912 titanic ocean liner to be called titanic   2. this would be a fully functioning ship  which would generally look like the original   he would replicate the ship's original interiors  including the lavish public rooms titanic 2 will   be about the same size as the original and  have a similar passenger capacity of 2435   however the ship would feature modern technology  and modern safety systems titanic 2 will not   have steam engines powered by coal she will have a  modern diesel propulsion system she will also have   modern navigational radar and plentiful modern  lifeboats enough for all the passengers and crew   as far as we are aware in 2021 the ship is  still in its design phase people often get   the two projects confused probably because palmer  said that his titanic 2 may be also constructed in   china remember Romandisea is a theme park replica  but construction virtually stopped by 2020.   titanic ii will be a real functioning  ship but construction has not yet begun
