RIVER PARK THE BIGGEST ESTATE IN ABUJA NIGERIA?

hello guys welcome back to the channel today i'm taking you on a ride to show you an estate that is uh along airport road it's called the river plate i've been there once and uh is a beautiful place i just want to go and show you guys so that you guys can see the place too along with me [Music] all right guys we're just getting close to where they get this all right we just get up the main road uh the airport road we're heading into the estate the last time i was here the idiots road wasn't has not been constructed then um i think i came in to see a client who wanted to do some wardrobes and kitchen but we never really agreed on the price so i never did the job all right that's the gate uh you can see how beautiful the gate is and on the right hand is the office complex just be recently completed i learned from a video i want all right let's go let's see what the security people will say just the entire on my left hand side is their shopping mall it's pretty big let me just call it is the shops is not shopping mall and on the left hand is the office complex i talked about is a massive structure you guys can see it's beautiful um since this place is kind of new to all of us okay let's just drive let me show you the kind of houses that is found in this estate uh like i learned uh i learned most of those houses because they just are semi-detached uh there i think i think there are four four bedrooms flat or something not three but i'm not sure whatever it is i don't really know but i just want to drive through and show you guys what the houses look like like on my right hand side you can see that they get the foundation okay let's go on this street this one is paul odily crescent or crescent so guys let's take a drive along this road let me show you guys what's the school was just past something past you i'm sure you won't see it maybe on our way back i'll show you guys so uh the houses are beautiful what i like about this kind of houses is that they don't have high fences the houses are just directly almost directly on the road you can uh you can see the houses straight it's not like some of some places that we have seen before where the fences are so high and you can't even see i'm sure those guys they won't get fresh air like these guys would hear you know all right uh okay the houses are beautiful they all have the same similar design um they all have similar designs okay these ones are different this one's uh i think that they are detached okay like i was talking about see look at this you can see solar panels on this side this person installed a lot of solar panels i like to see people install solar panels the reason why is that you you cut your cost of electricity because most time we know here in this part of the world the electricity is not a constant thing but if you have whoa well that's fine so like i was saying if you have uh your own power generation system like solar it's beautiful you don't have to rely on uh [Music] nepal the national grid to provide you electricity you just wow guys sorry i i'm cutting what i'm saying and i'm sure you know these beautiful houses these are like blocks of flats like four flats here whoa okay what i'm going to do is that we'll drive down where the roads the target and we're going to come back and join this road and see what we can find on that stretch of we're going to make a u-turn so we're here okay this guy state island it comes it's one of the biggest estate in the city of abuja it has three clusters where we are right now is close to one um they have cluster two i'm not gonna go that way let me just make a u-turn here and go on the other third street so that i can show what we can find on that street well and they have cluster one cluster two and close to three closer one is the most developed part as it is now this is where we are and cluster two is somewhere we just reversed i think that's where tesla's two stands and that's where houses uh a very big popular church called dunamis they have one of the largest church in the city it is somewhere we just anyway maybe on our way i'm gonna show you guys that structure is massive so what we're gonna do now is just drive along this stretch and see what we can find oh beautiful best constructing houses the plots of land guys i don't i'm not an estate agent i don't sell properties batman the houses are fine look at that too they can't just mount solar panels to use to cover all bed i'm gonna drive somewhere we'll go back to nashville i really want to show what that guy has done with with that part of the structure [Music] the place is beautiful i'm telling you just look how how beautiful the houses are wow how long they are wow some of the houses have been used detached and some of the houses like this one i'm seeing now they're beakers that actually detach from them while some of them [Music] god [Music] let me turn here and show us what house [Music] just want to show you guys [Music] this one [Music] you guys that i know in this country who want to know or see what the country actually looks like not being shown the usual thing is to show you what is [Music] i mean like i said it was one of okay like someone even made a comment he said if nigeria can get places like this five or six in this country this country will be amazing i mean if they can structure places like this make sure the houses are built to standard the roads are constructed properly electricity provided and the street lights and all that they have water meant that it would be awesome wow it will be awesome so we're just gonna drive get to the junction here ah i'm thinking we'll go back right because if we go left we're going to the cluster two area but i just wanted to see what we find here okay this is still cluster one okay that's the main gate today i think we need to get into one or two places to show what the place will look like where's this adriano house uh okay these are like blocks of flats being built one two three four one two three four five floors that's cool that's really cool i mean they the reason why they build those kind of blocks of flat is very simple for those that cannot afford to live in or rent these bigger properties can still live in an estate like this but you don't have to actually own oh let me go this way and see what the street looks like i was actually planning that i just saw it and said this is cara pc whatever it is they just drive through and let me show you guys oh this is beautiful this is beautiful i tell you you can tell that the places are not really occupied by so many people uh this one seemed to be a school danceville international school nice you know i like it when i see schools in environments like this because it makes it easier for people who live here who have kids not to take their kids far away from where they live and kids can easily just attend school here and that'll be cool instead of taking them far then you're thinking of the risk involved this student can move close from school and walk back home you understand that's really nice okay this is uh street i don't know let's go left right cent let's go right let's go right let's see where it takes us to right so like i said in the beginning this is my first time entering driving through like this i know i was here a couple of years back uh when i came to prospective clients but after that i've not been here then the houses were not done they were still in cast states they were not this good the houses were not they were not completed like this and um the streets were not even made like this i mean this is nice look at how beautiful the houses are okay let's go left let's see where it takes us to go away so guys this is rivers river plate estate a beautiful place to behold all the houses are cute i'm telling you all the houses are fine they are really fine okay i think we're back to the same street we made where i showed you guys the solar panels so let's go this way we're out now i think we should go left let's see if we can find anything on the cluster too i'll be fine at least i've shown you guys a bit of cluster one let's go left let's see whether we can find something interesting in cluster two and show you guys [Music] i think this is a golf course country club that's all that this space empty space here is is written i saw a signpost there they say this is their golf course it's pretty large let's just drive and see how big the length of the golf course is that was the house went today to check the solar panels that's where we stopped today okay to my right here is the cluster two you can see construction is still taking place some houses have been built somewhere in there that the roads are not being constructed properly but i can see a road in front somehow we'll take that road i just want to see if we can find something on that street so that it won't be that i only showed this section and i didn't show the other section [Music] let's go right and see where it takes us to okay all right wow some of these sensors are already built properly i mean if you're looking at this section you think it has not been wow even the road has been constructed let's just drive down see where it takes us how far oh i can see in front on third section and i don't want to get on that just turn around and let me turn around and show that section where i saw some houses okay they will have like a mini market where they sell building materials paints it's mains that's a that's a nice one i'm sure the guys here they were smart they quickly opened the shop i started selling teas you don't have to go far to get what you're looking for you know wow this place though is it's beautiful as as it is but i think it it it will even be finer by the time they're done with okay let's go to the front let's go here i saw this street first let's okay look at the dunamis church i was talking about let me zoom into it the yellow roof there let me zoom into it zoom into it wow whoa whoa whoa this is crazy cool okay let's be careful here because this car is big okay construction is still taking place [Music] this is amazing you know somebody said that you are where you are and you think everything rotates around where you are people are building where you refer or call consider uh bush or uh not developed people are building structures there and you think you're living in this city and you're not doing anything oh crazy crazy cool let's get to the front and make a u-turn okay locator now to take that street let me make a new turn here i'm just gonna wait for this truck to pass probably follow the truck behind and see where it's going to see so they have like a play volleyball here or something okay let's follow this truck let's go off the road and see what we can find here really yeah so guys you can see the structures are still fresh still new let's drive there we can come back and take this oh yeah okay we'll go [Music] some people already started living in their houses i mean it's cool though that means that you know when they finish building they just do themselves they're not wasting their time wherever they are paying rent anymore or decided to move look at that wow look how beautiful this one it looks like i don't know what to call it but it doesn't look like oh the blocks are flat though there are blocks this is interesting i actually didn't think i was going to drive into the sector too because i just felt let me show you the buildings in sector one and then drive back bait seeing this part of sector 2 it's amazing you can even see somewhere in front there i hope you can zoom into it so that you see you see structures coming up a lot of structures but this is mad this is mad i'm telling you i wish i didn't know which direction to go let's go this okay the road actually goes this way because you're not supposed to go it's one way look at the structures i'm amazing wow guys man this place is awesome i i i hope i'm able to to convey how beautiful or the awesomeness of this of this place in this video really i really do hope i'm able to convey for you guys to see really it's beautiful okay this was where i made the u-turn yeah okay i think okay that place they're not planning to go there okay these are the shops i was talking about i said some guys are smart they quickly open stores there and they're selling beauty materials for people who are interested in i think i should just go back really i think i should go there and see what that place looks like i have a feeling that i find some interesting things there no it doesn't look that well tad bit our way back i think it will be tanned let's go [Music] okay let's go on this stretch let's see what we find here enjoy liberty avenue that's where we are right now we are on liberty avenue so let's see wow some people already living in this one yeah you can see from the house he tells that it's been occupied but some of them are still carcass they've not been completed like these ones are like blocks of flats you know and it's a good thing to have blocks of flag like i explained earlier that when you have blocks of flat it actually means that people cannot afford to own or rent this once on the right hand side these flats and these beautiful houses you can see that this one actually the beakers are attached to them right so people cannot afford that can easily get something look at this house in front of us see the solar panels on the uh let me call it the bq oh well that's nice because this person is planning ahead you know you're not wasting your time letting because once there's no electricity at least you have electricity you know today is a cloudy day it rained like almost all day and uh at first i felt like because of the way that i you know be good to go out and shoot it somehow encouraged ourselves and we're here oh wow okay let's just go this way and show these uncompleted buildings that are here in this sector and i think we're rounding up shortly showing you this beautiful place so guys if you love this video that i made please please please
