videos i did about life come um brazen hammer life come i talked about it and a lot of people had comments a lot of people are waiting um to see this place i they're actually two cities they're building one is a life camp one is somewhere behind zuma rock or you can go you go through uh area you know but today we're doing this and um let's go let's see what they have there let's see i'm excited guys let's go all right we're right now on um this road where they have paradise city that's where we are we're going to drive past there and get to the place all right guys to my left here is trees that are in the places are not really that big i just know it's just coming up you know all right let's get out and show you the place how many units do you have in this phase one um a thousand eight thousand yes comprising of one bedroom flat two bedroom flat three bedroom flats four bedroom terraces and four bedroom semi detached so if you if i may ask which do you think sells more or from your experience here well um it depends on the purpose for which the property is being put yes because for people looking to buy for investment purposes i see a lot of people are asking for the two bedroom flats because you have more rental value and people ask for them more okay but most times for family people they go for the terraces because it has enough space to accommodate your family and in case there's any guests that is visiting so okay that's nice uh sure you're taking us to see one of them right now right yes okay which one are we saying we are seeing the public so how much is that going for um it's currently going for 27 million seven million yes and the rental value is from um two million upward okay depending on the level of punishing the house yeah okay that's nice so how long have you been working uh for or working with three years or some months now i joined the company in 2018 oh okay so we're going to be oh we're going this way all right all right um something's special about this game okay and like all that brings our estate is the fact that the finishing yeah everything you see electricity is on the ground okay you can't see any wire flying 45 million okay so question one asks right what makes that one more expensive than this i mean you understand what i'm saying well um number one is uh location is very important okay and then number two is house type okay you see the moment you have the more facilities you're going to get that's just for sure you can't find that if you are going to go for let's say a four bedroom here it won't be as exclusive as the four bedroom we have where it is expensive okay that's one okay like the house and the room sizes like uh the spaces for parking okay like uh the amenities in the estate yeah inside though we try to maintain the same point quality across yeah but still okay there is going to be a change in the field obviously yes and ultimately location is very important okay yeah okay so i just want to get some of these things uh in my head the four bedroom terraces you say is going for ah for the finish fully finished okay the next one you have is what we have a four bedroom terrace that is semi-finished as well okay that one goes between the range of 23.5 million okay yes so what's one there we have the three bedroom flats going between the range of 20 million to between 1950 millionaires okay that depends on the finishing too or what okay okay then thereafter you have then you have the two bedroom flats okay within the range of 15 million 16 million okay so you have the one bedroom flat okay that goes for as last 10 million here you know when you talked about the affordability of the place it made it more interesting for people so interesting that uh you should discuss about the rental value yeah okay you know people like to get houses so most people cannot afford to buy so they want to live in the eastern experience okay they usually come for rent okay and uh we have rent for all of them but i think no one bedroom um one bedroom we still have a few okay okay the moment we dropped one bedroom for sale in less than a month let's go down wow because you know for investment purposes yeah easy people can leave your [Music] you have in the house okay then four bedroom you have rate rate of 1.8 million okay yes 14 million for rent you see it's actually good because i was searching around for a two bedroom the least you can get is 2 million now but here we're having one million which is very good what are the facilities you have around okay the other question i i i just dropped in my head is this this phase one right you say it has it by a thousand yes yes thousand units right so how many phases do you have yes we have three pieces okay please one phase two okay three okay the phase two is is in progress no problem right yeah yes uh we are building 780 units of houses okay but solely it is four bedrooms because it has more more uh requests in what most people are concerned about they want to know if you have playgrounds you would have yeah do you have like a swimming pool in there yes but with simple here yeah it's not going to be one like just wanted to show you where phase two is this is the phase two to my right that you guys are seeing now that's the phase two still under construction nobody's living in there let me show you guys so
