this Greek commercial boss welcome back to the no and you think Thomas is a real pleasure for me to meet you because I spent a lot of my time watching you on your show and so forth and very very impressed with you being here thank you so much for the girl let me ask you about where you're living now I guess you moved out of mom and dad's place yeah yeah and is this possible that you purchased a home owned by Errol Flynn yeah well it was a house that he built off of you know right here overlooking all of the valley room is this is out to my way I think an Errol Flynn's house has got to be enormous huh it's it's uh it's good-sized you it is how big would it be you know like in square feet you know I have no idea no it's so I know he built it around I think 1938 or nine jadon like that and it's kind of interesting because my dad needs to wrote play tennis up there as counselor and my mom said I know when it was in escrow and stuff it was his favorite house you know and I didn't I didn't head and realize that you know but it's a it's got a real good feeling and it's yeah Ella it was a little bit he I think was an unusual person or we were led to believe he had a rather colorful life they have any a lot of mirrors the mirrors are there like on the medicine chest mirrors there no there's a there's a mirror over the bed you know that's unusual yes for me I can I will never have one yeah I got one up in the garage but that's as are there secret passages or any of that there are yeah there it's a room now but it used to be a Sun Deck it used to have a little hole there he'd look into the living room and be able to see who who was there so he always had a pretty good idea folks coming and going and yeah yeah you did do you get the are there tourists still well I guess now maybe there would be tourists coming up there to see you but your honor we rights me no you don't get letters no I get yeah I got a couple what a pathetic development this is ladies no I'd say it's it's kind of a in its own area so it's it's pretty row protected in that way fairly well secluded yeah I just put a bit in I'm kind of keeping my fingers crossed I just put a bit in on the old Bob Eubanks place open that goes through a lot of secret passages oh I'm sure Bob would yeah buzzer isn't horns and bonus rounds and things now when when I first became aware of you it seemed like you broke into the music part of show business right after Elvis Presley did yeah I did I was well I was 16 at the time and I got to know Elvis and it was really nice because I got to be in on the whole beginnings of rock and roll ya know and I went to Hollywood High School and regular school you know I was to be in Hollywood but it mirrors on the ceiling there just on the wall when did you know Elvis at all did you guys I got to know him very well yeah I really did and we were real good friends we used to play football games together he'd have teams and I remember he died I used to go out and play you know just ask him exercise you know and over Benicio later and so he invited us to come and play his teeth and we drove down to this park and drove by these guys it had uniforms and series you know they were going all that candy no really warming up everything doing the whole thing and so we played and it was like the Rose Bowl isn't no I mean people were flying through the air it was you know it was a serious game yeah I went on and I did how old was he now if you were 16 at around this time how old was he he's about five years old yeah but did you become just casual friends or the driver socializer no lead no ball no I socialize a lot with him and I got to know him real well you know you know when he come into town and stuff and I liked him a lot it really did was he easy to talk to and hang around with and very easy it wasn't a good thing because it was like we could really relate you know I mean nobody had anything to to approve to each other or there were you know anything and did your parents like him or did they say you stay away from that Elvis he's oh no oh my god now this other song that you're going to do is there something we should know about this before well it's from my new album okay you know and what's another the round oh this one oh I thought maybe someone swiped your guitar if anything I was playing to win and this particular selection is here obvious and terrific writen by Dorsey Johnny Burnette who were also friends of mine oh yes the Burnett brother okay wonderful I don't believe it please believe what you say believe what you say Rick Nelson ladies and gentlemen
