flowers breathing in their sweet fragrance i lay still feeling the let go in my heart feeling the let go of my mind [Music] i breathe deeply i am free at last i'm free to rest i'm free to be as i am i am relaxed feeling my body perfectly supported by the grass and the earth beneath me i am balanced [Music] i am free free from my mind free from my own expectations free from anyone else's free to be allowing space for the universe to speak to me in this stillness quiet peace and calm i can be inspired by the universe when i let go there is space for it to reach into my life i let go even more breathing slowly feeling complete inner peace feeling oneness with my surroundings i feel my energy untangling unraveling my energy is deconstructing into the particles it is made of the particles that make up me release let go surrender floating in the air dancing on the wind evaporating into the space that surrounds i am feeling the ease and grace that comes with letting go the freedom it feels like i can breathe like nothing matters [Music] there is only spaciousness and expansiveness i am completely satisfied in this moment right now i have let go i have softened i have relaxed i have opened i have peace i am still there is something magnificent here for me in this space of nothingness i enjoy the peace in this profoundly vast moment everything is as it is and there is a reason why i am here in this moment there is a greater play going on a bigger picture a larger perspective than anything my mind can conceive i trust the universe i trust in the abilities i have been given and acquired i trust that i will be in the perfect place at the perfect time to receive exactly what is necessary for my life to unfold in miraculous ways i am at ease i am in the flow i am chilled out i am tuned in i am aligned to the larger vision for my life i am open to going with the flow i am movable i am soft like water flowing through life i have let go of all mind talk my energy
