Today I will restore this engine to install it on my super boat This is the HiNo EK100 engine originating from Japan It was sunk in the sea for a long time so I bought it back to revive it I used old engine oil as lubricant I will try to reuse these components to save costs One piston was stuck and I used old oil and lubricant to pour it in to find a chance to get it out This part is quite broken but I still tried to reuse it I have cleaned the entire engine now we will reassemble it I used a tightening force of 280 Nm for the motor shaft Because the engine was too old, I increased the bolt tightening force I used 160Nm tightening force for the piston ring bolt The cylinder cover tightening force I used was 330Nm Valve clearance I use is 0.50mm for exhaust and 0.30mm for intake The firing order of this engine is 1.4.2.6.3.5 The oil pump has a slight problem, so the exhaust gas is white I'll fix it later The engine is lacking oil due to a weak pump I have successfully restored this engine, I will repair the rest later to make the engine run smoother See you in the next video, I will install this engine on a super boat End of Part 1
