I'm telling you this is the dish that your whole family will enjoy and this is what kids will remember you name it ratou this ratou though is not the ristic stew favored by Nas G but rather a mosaic of thinly sliced colored vegetables layered on a tomato peppery pad sauce recreate the dish that Remy made in the pizza ratou first I am going to make my Mir and dice carrots celery and onion and then the garlic for later for the bell peppers I like to roast them first to amplify their sweetness I'm using three kinds red yellow and the Mexican poblano allow them to steam then peel remove membranes and Seed chop and set aside now I am going to saute my Mira onion carrots and celery in all oil and butter for about 10 minutes next I'm going to add my garlic and cook it down a couple of minutes until fragrant then throw in bell peppers and crushed tomatoes then add the fresh th bouquet herb the provance salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes on low heat discard the thyme bouquet transfer the mixture into a food processor along with six basil leaves and give a few pulses in a large Skillet transfer the pead sauce mixture next I am going to make my vegetable tail using yellow squash zucchini eggplant and tomato cut these vegetables into 1 8 in three minim thick slices and layer the eggplant yellow squash tomato and zucchini and continue until the whole dish is fully covered with these vibrantly colored vegetables then season with salt and pepper top with crushed garlic herbed olive oil and bezel leaves cover and bake on low temperature for 2 and 1/2 hours it smells like it is ready I'm going to take a look at my ratou not done yet now remove the foil discard the basil and put it back in the oven at 375° F for 45 minutes to roast oh oh my goodness it smells like provance the summer on your plate I am bro El thank you again for being around my table to get this marvelous recipe go to Brunos k.net thank you again for watching and please subscribe like me on Facebook and follow me on Twitter Instagram and Pinterest if I can do it you guys can do it see you next [Music] time [Music]
