Random POKEMON CARDS Decide Our Team. Then we FIGHT!

hello everybody welcome back to another pokemon versus challenge video it is me quick gg uh playing with chill and play what's up dude not much my dude i'm just chilling in my next door neighbor's room she's not here though so i feel weird i i feel weird i i gotta get out of here i gotta get out of here i don't know how i got here well just like all of you guys already know for a pokemon versus challenge what me and shone play do is go into a pokemon game gather up a team of pokemon with a twist involved and at the end we fight it out but we're changing it up this time instead of going into the game we're going into the real world me and chill and play will open two packs of pokemon cards each we're gonna open them on video tell you what pokemon they are and at the end we're gonna decide based on those pokemon which one we want on our team the pokemon that we pull from these packs will be fully evolved for the video so after we're done pulling these pokemon we're going to gather them up into the game randomize their moveset according to their type and give them a random ability then we'll uh battle it out in showdown and the winner will be the cooler person you ready for this chill and play oh i'm so ready buddy i've been literally just sprinting laps around my small town just getting my legs warmed up because my hands are ready but i want to make sure my legs are warmed up too so these these 3d legs feel real nice huh yeah i feel like uh a real person yeah it's nice all right team quick gg here with the pokemon booster pack pulls let's do this team i'm out here let's go team quick we're ready for this we're ready for this all right starting off with a ancient origins pack i don't even know what that means but maybe we'll find something ancient who knows who knows nice nice nice all right let's go ahead and start from the back uh get rid of that starting off with a earlier okay so that can evolve into actually either a glade or a gardevoir i'm not sure not sure exactly what it would evolve into based on our rules we'll have to figure that out off screen but curly up garden board not a bad start not a bad start hey what else do we got out here faded town not where i want to be okay let's go ahead and that's a hot boy that's a hot one that's a hot one flareon i'm a fan i'm a fan i like the fire type all right what else do we got out here best be queen bro why does it look so insane are you guys seeing this art what is this why does it look so crazy okay i mean i'm not a big fan of best mcqueen because it looks so cool it makes me want it but we'll put it down for now all right all right we've got a relicanth which is four times weak to grass it's weak to fighting but it is pretty strong it's actually a very strong water rock type not too upset about that i might put that on the team pretty good pool so far actually uh a persian i'm not a fan of the fake outs the persians no probably probably not what else we got in this pack we're getting so many okay a waltz which stacks on top of the curlia can't really do anything with that it still evolves in the same thing so that's kind of a dupe now with this we've got a galette okay this is a ghost ground type that'll actually evolve into the goler uh i'm a big fan of this i'm really happy dude these are some great pools right now for my team we got some real type diversity right now i'm loving this what else do we got out here a malamar i'm pretty sure that's a dark psychic type which is insane that is that is so good okay i'm i'm all about the malamar i can't wait to see okay yeah that's probably gonna go on the team i'm gonna have to check stats it might go over the rosa rosalia honestly i might go over the rosalia depending on the stats i'm gonna have to look that up but malamar i like it i like it and the last card is a ball toy which will evolve into play doll he will evolve into a clay at all not a big fan of clay dolls but that's the first pack not really not too bad on the poles here and uh yeah we'll see what else we come up with all right guys it's my turn chill and play squad let's go we've got a steam siege pack right here let's go ahead and bust it open ready to look up some pokemon in case i see something i don't know what it is and it happens to be on jump luff when i pulled it up it was pretty funny anyways okay let's get into this oh we got a bergmite exactly i have no idea what a bergmite is let me investigate okay so this burmite happens to be an evolution for avalon which is a nice type pokemon pretty cool happy to see that on the team all right all right let's see what else we got here we've got larvesta okay awesome cool i believe that's going to evolve into a vulcarona i want to make sure on that though but i think that's what that is yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah i checked it out that's what we got so a volcano on the team that's going to be pretty nice as well see what else we got here joel tick all right cool that's another good one um galvantula is a really decent pokemon electric bug so uh that's pretty cool to have cool we're doing good so far let's see what else we got here angela awesome dude so that's gonna be a tang growth which is very strong as well um we're looking good on this side of things let's see what else we got here on yard decent decent okay so that's going to be a fraud what's his name dude bye sharp dude sharp yeah so bishop's pretty cool dark steel type four times weaknesses though so i may not use it may not use it but let's go ahead and see what else we got oshawott okay so that's gonna be a samarat pretty cool pretty cool to see um decent pokemon there what else do we got here dude what wow that's kind of funny another samurai that's uh what are the odds huh all right here we go what do we got next let me just okay oh really oh that's a trainer just a trainer guys that's nothing and finally driftblim decent guys that is really cool to see i actually really like driflim flying and ghost type obviously um okay well that's a good first starter pack let's go ahead and see what's on the next one all right the next pack is steam siege dude the steam is getting hot in here oh it's getting hot in here i'm wearing the jack i'm wearing a hoodie inside the house it's hot in here all right what do we got oh i just tore look at how bad i'm opening this pack oh no oh man oh that's disgusting i'm sorry i'm sorry you guys don't want to hear what this sounds like uh this again we don't deal with that all right let's see who else we can add to the team maybe some more beef lords would be nice maybe a whale lord could be cool okay uh claw fossil that's useless all right all right all right all right another persian serious a different type of persian too i mean maybe i should just start a persian collection but not not probably not using that looks so weird in there too anarith okay well an anarith that's funny because i just found the fossil well anirath does evolve into armaldo that's definitely an option because armaldo is a tough bug rockbug i like it a lot so we'll see animath is a contender for sure what else do we got out here a clink cl a clink clang oh we got the fully evolved buddy that's nice oh that's nice dude that's a beefy steel type might have to put that on the team might i'm probably going to put that on the team actually i like cleaning hank a lot he's tough and he's still type so it's got a lot of resistances and it's super beefy just naturally it also does hurt so uh clink clank really good pool there i like that and it's shiny but also we got a shiny hot pip with the move splash i don't want to look at that all right uh what else do we have out here of fletching okay well this evolves i believe twice um so we might we might take that onto the team i forget the fully evolved name for this guy i'm gonna have to check i completely forgot this does evolve into talonflame it's a fire flying type i'm not sure if i'll take it or not i'm gonna have to do a final check over with uh all my cards maybe we will maybe we won't i'm not sure about this all right we also have coming up a larvesta oh yeah oh yeah dude our best day evolves into volcarona guys that is a fire bug type which is honestly very strong it's a very strong fire bug type so i'm thinking this is i think it's mythical too i have to double check uh but i'm gonna go ahead and put this over here i'm a fan of larvesta i like larvesto a lot i like volcarona a lot it's a beefy bug so might have to come on the team see what happens though we'll see a meowth dude look what is he doing breaking like a plant i'm gonna put that with my persian collection far away from everything else all right what else do we have out here a mantine okay that's that's pretty tough it's a very tough flying water type beefy it is very beefy um maybe we'll take it four times week to electric which is weird but very beefy we might take the man time we'll have to go over it and lastly is a mureep yes yes i'm excited about this this turns into ampharos and frost is so tough oh ampharos is a good pokemon oh i've never been so happy to see the sheep before dude all right well marie is definitely coming onto the team well we'll see we'll see i'm gonna go over all the pokemon now that i've just opened and decide who i want on this team so uh just give me a minute fighting fire type yeah that's a good pokemon hey we'll take it and what else do we got on the squad another volcarona are you kidding me is this a special car this is this is decently shiny hmm interesting well that's a cool pokemon we got another volcarona that's crazy i can't believe we're getting duplicates over here but it is what it is we've got quite a few honita okay rapidash gosh dang another fire type dude we need some freaking we need some spreads here dude we're getting a lot of the same stuff okay come on what do you got for me there's a merrell oh okay well azumarill not the water type i would have hoped for but hey it is what it is next up we've got lit leo it's lit okay so this is another crazy pokemon another fire type though it evolves into pyroar um pretty good i mean gosh da i got a lot of good selections i'm just gonna have to see what happens there but i need some more spread let me get a dragon on the squad please or maybe one legend for god's sakes let's go really really well that's a potential bravey area on the team uh it is what it is not a bad pokemon by any means let's go ahead and see come on yo it's the sneak peek we got the fungus here aka among us the popular new hit game actually it's not new but it is it's popping right now but hey amungus really cool pokemon we'll see we'll see oop i hit the camera whoa all right what do we got here spirit link again oh it got me dude i always thought it was something do what do what stop stop giving me these duplicates dude oh my god i can't believe how many duplicates i have for what the crud what the cred this is just two pokemon card packs last card guys we need a dragon we need it greedy dice okay well okay that's all the pokemon guys i will see you in a second in the randomizer and all right squad for my team recap let's go ahead and see here starting off with man time the water flying type we're putting on team it's nice and beefy ballet it's gonna actually evolve into golurk which is a nice ghost type it's also ground so we got some nice type of energy there against you know electric maybe some normals then we are taking the curlia which will evolve into gardevoir i think i said rosalia earlier but that evolves in the gardevoir which is honestly just a top tier pokemon for psychic types you're like a gardevoir larvesta which will hatch into the volcarona which i'm excited for that's a beefy bug that's a beefy flaming bug talk about excited i also got marie who will evolve into ampharos nice nice electric type we love it we love to see it and lastly we do have clink clank which is already what it's going to be just a strong steel type onto the team to round us off and that is the whole squad so let's go ahead and get these uh moves on these people in the randomizer and then you're ready for a showdown all right starting off with our go lurk here he's got the ability pressure so uh raises the pp usage of our opponent we've got heal pulse seed bomb lands wrath and mud bomb which is actually okay he'll pulse is trash but seed bomb and lands wrath dude those are some big hitting physical moves and go lurk is a huge physical attacker so we'd like to see that we like to see that mud bomb meh that i'll use it but uh we you know what this is a decent start okay our mantine has the oh my god oh my god we have motor drive on this thing you've got to be kidding me you've got to be joking dude we've got motor drive on the man's side that boost speeds that would hit by an electric type move i think that also i think that also protects me from electric type moves as well it does like it it doesn't do damage to me so now our major weakness which is electricity an electric type move which is four times effective against us might not do anything which means this is such an awesome man time all right we've got sky attack octazuka water pulse and phantom force that's terrifying this is a very scary man sign now oh my that is insane dude welcome aboard to the mantine decent moveset for sure but amazing ability for our king club i just noticed his ability okay for clink leg our ability is speed boost guys that is i i i'm loving this we were having an insane ability start right here we got clink link with speed boost its speed stat is gradually boosted every turn he'll get faster and faster we got aquajet which isn't actually that good uh because i guess we're not gonna really need it because we're gonna already get fast we've got heavy slam which is nice for clink clink cause he's a heavy pokemon and gunk shots so those are some decent physical attacking moves to use on the dude and we've also oh my god dude we got speed boost on this thing that's crazy this is gonna be such a terrifying team already or volcarona we have the ability of romavale protects allies from attacks that limit their move choices i'm not sure if that's only for doubles battles or not if not i guess that's kind of cool but let's see what he's got he's got a flame charge shadow punch fell stinger that's that's weird is that that i've never seen this move before i might that looks like it might be op it's an attack stat booster and twin needle no special attacking moves which kind of sucks because this is a huge special attacking pokemon uh so that actually is really bad for us but well you know it's the full corona whatever it is what it is welcome volcarona for the team for our guard of war we have the ability infiltrator gardevoir passes through the opposing pokemons barrier and strikes we've got giga impact vacuum wave rock slide and moon blast dude moon blast that's a good move that's actually a really good move to have on this person and giga impact that's a heavy hitting move rock slide wow we got some in vacuum wave too we got an awesome move set on this gardevoir that is really cool we like to see that welcome aboard guard of war and we still have our ampharos left let's go see what ambrose has all right and lastly for our ampharos it's got the ability torrent powers up water moves when the pokemon is in trouble which i doubt we'll use really because that's we don't have any water moves yeah we're not gonna be able to use that we've got pursuit parabolic charge the user attacks everything around it uses hp is restored by half of the damage taken by those hits holy crap it's only 50 damage but that is a special attacking move which is really good for ampros uh and then we got thunder for that big hitter oh my god that's so awesome in the topsy turvy all stat changes affecting the pokemon turn topsy-turvy and become the opposite of what they were which is good against set up pokemon uh welcome ampharos the last member on the team today let's uh let's do this i feel pretty good i do feel pretty good about this we'll see how this fight goes okay chillin squad we're back we have our six pokemon chosen here starting us off we've got larvesta who's going to evolve into a volk corona going on the team so i feel really good about that a bug fire type next we've got infernape another fire type um firefighting but unfortunately with our options as we were limited in what we had so we did take that on the team and then we've got fungus here who will be in a mungus decent little grass poison type there and then we've got uh dawad here who will be a samarat so that's a water type on the team we need and because we are very weak to fire on this squad we have joltik here who will be a galvantula excited to have it and then finally we've got bergmite who will evolve into a avalog who is a very very strong ice type over like 500 base stats so i'm happy to see that that's the team guys and i'm gonna randomize them up and see what abilities and move sets we get okay guys for our infernape we have the ability cute charm okay that's actually okay we got sludge fiery dance inferno and meteor mash wow inferno 50 accuracy uh okay that's kind of a weird set but you know what fire dance pretty decent this may also raise the user's special attack that's really good uh we'll take this on the team that's pretty decent all right guys for mungus we have the ability poison touch okay okay i like it i like it seed bomb hello toxic spikes that's really good coil and aura sphere oh man okay coil with c-bomb yo this is really good actually this is a decent among us um with the cheese as well from toxic spikes gonna make good use of this okay guys and for volcarona we have the ability leaf guard prevents status conditions and sunny weather all right all right dragon rush really okay uh forced curse that's weird psywave another weird one um land's wrath what the crud this is a lot this is a very weird moveset uh kind of not that good for a volcarona we got physical moves rudd man that is not too good that's actually really bad dang it well that's our vote corona oof next up we've got avalog here with regenerator restores a little hp with withdrawal from battle okay extreme speed that's that's weird that's good though this is a really strong attacker haze ah man frenzy plant not too good and trump card oh man this is another weird set dude oh my god what's up with these move sets um i don't know i mean i guess that's as good as we can get we got extreme speed at least huh okay next up we have galvantula with super luck okay there we go i like to see it eerie impulse that's weird bounce acrobatics hey and steelwing okay physical moves on my special attacker yay all right well that's our galvantula another weird set gosh dang it dude and for our final pokemon samarat we have the ability speed boost oh that's actually kind of good this is actually really good for this pokemon hydro cannon aqua tail origin pulse and aqua ring yo that's really good dude we're tanky we're gonna speed up and we're gonna just be healing with aqua ring probably this is a good pokemon um probably the best one we have the moveset actually makes sense it's actually randomized according to type i don't know what happened with the other ones but this is what we got here on the team final member i'm down with this let's see what we can do let's throw it into showdown all
