[Music] [Music] so that's what I actually do chef Mr lamba where did your like career trajectory come from well uh I always wanted to become a chef probably I was like 12 13 and my grandom and my mom uh both are Great Cooks and I always find myself in the kitchen and I was very Amazed by how you know norble ingredients transformed into something and became so delicious and flavorful when I got out of my college I asked myself this question that what is it that I would cook 7 days a week and not be bored the first answer answer was was Indian food I mean something that we have grown up eating and the second closest Cuisine was Asian or Chinese I only done one job in my career up until now uh that was at this restaurant yaa in BC I worked with them for about 3 years then this business opportunity came my way where we started the city's first customized meal prep service we are cooking for people who want a very customized diet plan uh cater to their calorie counts macros that they're following your likes dislike the works I mean I get all of this data then chalk out a menu share it with you and uh once you approve the menu then we go ahead and start the service we build a subscription plan and uh most of our clients were Bollywood actors such a service was very app for people like them who had to stay fit who had to follow a certain diet plan and we had a great Rand with it I've been working as a private Chef for kapor for over 5 years and now I started my own brand by the by the name private chefs club club cool man tsht so now we are cing to a lot many more people we are a large your team and can you uh can we start cooking something or we continue this of course let's go [Music] heyy I'm I'm [Music] it so you don't know this about me but I'm actually a train Chef yeah I will be with the end of at least true you know that knife is not good for cutting do you use all these knives uh it's every Everything has a purpose there's a beat slicing knife there's a bread knife there's a DEA which is like a bone cutting knife there is an allp purpose knife there's a petty knife there an oo Shaker that's a sushi knife there a cheese bone knife yeah so you are a chef your brother paints shoes primarily amongst other things which of these was the biggest shock for the F for oh well it all came in bits and pieces right cuz earlier they were like oh Chef okay and plus we come from a vegetarian household oh snap so for them earlier it was like oh going to be cooking non vegetarian food but they're very supportive since day one with ch it was a bigger shop honestly painting cars and he has a t-shirt brand of his own it's AES cool yeah so what are we cooking uh well we making a mushroom dumpling since it's all vegan food thank you uh yeah so we're going to some we're going to saute these mushrooms there are five types of mushrooms in front of you we've got with some refined oil all right so I will be your Sue Chef today no that takes a lot of hard work to get to that Stu yeah you'll be a commi comei what a commi comei is a starting stage yeah so look at this View and peel onions and garlic let's do it also tell me when did you get into uh sneaker you're a pretty big sneaker head yes so I always had the liking towards it but I didn't have the money for it so the time when I started making money I started collecting sneakers and uh now it got boring cuz got too mainstream man I never like paying resell prices I had other things to buy and invest like my knives my salt you know this salt I don't know this is a molden sea salt it's 2,000 bucks a kilo what are you saying yes that's expensive it's finishing salt so do you pay resale for this still I mean get occasionally that you see something bigger oh yeah of course and I get only from Main Street yeah I going to S you some shrooms now all of them uh little by little of each yeah no I mean you can go like [Music] yeah so what has been the most like absurd thing like a client has asked you for I feel it's it's absurd as as a request when when my clients ask for a particular like for example there was someone who asked us for a butter bread sandwich with Alo Buu in it I don't think anything's wrong in that cuz it's delicious yeah and sounds not very healthy well uh so that's the thing right some days you got to feed their soul some days you got to feed them to yeah their bodies to nourish them and what is this what is this barbecue soy so there is this really famous person who I'm not going to name has taken my barbecue uh since a year now and I've been asking for it back and no response yeah okay so what are we looking we are looking for all the moisture to evaporate get some Browning on it he's the best guy to ever cook for and he loves shoes he loves food he gets his shoes and food from yeah funny story there this one time Mr lamba has this B lockdown and there's this pair of edge Onin one Dior that he's coming to drop to Mr Kapoor but due to due to the co uh situation uh they were not no one was allowed up to go and deliver it the building so I just happened to see him at the gate and he handed over the pet to me and I just was so key on bouncing good man I would have taken a job that day if I made it up if I made it up after he tried my cooking he would be back with you love [Music] this fin 1 2 2 3 okay then the empty spaces you put this G dressing this is just blanched spinach uh it's a Japanese uh salad called gadar it's all going to get mixed up and any which and then we had some CH chili oil SPS see B are you proud of yourself not yet okay say I'm nothing if not this is the appetizer the first course okay uh spirit Andes me salad with hint of chili oil and crunchy s me go for it you got to mix it all oh you just mix it up yep M yo nice that's a good salad that's so good well if you want this everyday to be made contact the pr CH Club this is insanely good yeah they're not liking it behind the camera you're doing this yeah let's move on to Coast number two Co take some dumpling you take a dumpling skin you put a little bit of this inside touch a little water the water is glue yeah it'll just help it stick that's good that's good there'll be too much otherwise just apply some water okay what am I supposed to do with nothing fix it no it's it's wasted so what you do with that is you you open this up and you take it do what that was start tough well kitchen is a tough L you know it's one of the most stressful jobs on this planet being a chef being a army man and uh one more thing selling shoes great I finished three you finish one I'm going to I'm going to apply for Master Chef from the way out here oh yeah you should they only take noobs I mean what's the most extravagant thing someone's have asked you for well we fly on uh mushrooms stuffles from you know from Italy which costed about 5 lak rupes a kilo do you think that's worth it uh not worth the but so is the Dior too you know cuz what's your favorite shoe the one that are comfy yeah that's my favorite shoe off lately I've been wearing a lot of ultra boost again cuz I find them super comfortable uh how you done be well I used to cook for him back in the days uh when I had my own meal prep service called sixpack meals and then this one fine day he reached out to me because uh he was bored of eating this dabaa food and he also wanted a private Chef who travel with him uh to Europe and is he cool to cook with is he cool to cook with I have taught him how to make a cake once yes for Alia's birthday so initially when they were dating uh they both have made cakes for each other's birthday which I think is really cute one was a pineapple cake and the other one was a thres less yeah how many dumblings did you make enough okay you'll know that they will get over in no time once you start eating them I have no doubt okay as we get into poaching our dumplings our next segment is called drip or drown first one is would you pick some Ambush shoes or pandas Ambush now cuz they I I recently got the Ambush and I'm done with the pandas Travis Scots or those Sal the Crocs the Sal Croc Sal Crocs every day yeah yeah would you rather cook for Kap or Al both yeah I mean it's the same house the same kitchen you got oh red beer yeah tight or little spoon you you can start putting the yeah yeah big spoon or little spoon stupid question of course uh different spoons for different things yeah huh uh would you pick your knife collection over your sneaker collection any day it's more expensive too it's more expensive really yeah the best part is there are no resellers I'm sure this reseller uh would you rather pick Cooking vegan food or Jan food oh dude uh vegan food every day J food is even more tougher and difficult cuz first they dumpling supposed to be steamed yeah these are poached you start seeing the skin inside that means you're almost there so you got to remove one each and drain it there get to the rest of the plating that's for you pick it up and pour it all gently gently gently yeah vegan friendly spoon okay so this is a mushroom P all the mushrooms that we cooked we spun it up with some tofu and some truffle oil I want to put one spoon down nicely plac these dumplings right in the center like that these are some pickled shimi mushrooms and these in my kitchen we call them sexy scallions super I would not drop this I would definitely eat it yeah let's go ah come to my favorite part of course eating the food eating the food yeah uh and unfortunately we do have to talk about shoes Okay uh how many shoes do you have I don't have a c the best part is like Chad and I are the same size so yeah we've got a lot of sneakers yeah how do you like The Dumpling wow really lost my T of thought yeah fruit off your labor just the kind of lost I want to be right now um okay I see one pair of shoes that sh customized what's the story I would say the story is try did you succeed I tried I tried and tried for CH to make a pair for me and it did take his time yeah it took took a while for me to get a pair from him but my favorite pair of sneakers now yeah I see the ultra boost you were talking about yeah the most comfiest pair I feel that exists you the Bape the Bape collab yeah there's two pairs of Travis very cool shoes yeah this is the only pair that I paid resell for I believe you spill some Dar on them yeah I I don't like to uh preserve my shoes as as you see all of them are pretty V yeah beaten um and I wear them in the kitchen so I rather preserve my knives you know cuz they are more precious more precious what's the most expensive KN I don't know the brand name as such but this friend of mine he recently got this from uh London and it's somewhere about 40,000 plus yeah yeah for single knife for one knife yeah would you like some are you sure you want oh they B if you don't mind I go for it super I never have this reaction to food really never so much you should have a private Chef I I wish I that being said let's move to dessert yeah course number three let's go [Music] flavor it's rice but it's little sour and this is what we are doing as an alternative for berries and cream yeah so this is a whipping siphon where we have charged this with NO2 this is inside this we have added the amazake so it aades the whole amazake mixture love so this more stabilized it won't flow as much yeah sick just knock yourself out with whatever berries you like so we've got blueberries we've got malberry we've got some passion fruit this very nice thank you
